Gabriel Is Left Devastated After His Talk With His “Mother”. Maila Resumes Her Investigation To Uncover The Truth. Rigor Plots To Get Vicky Back. Isabel Puts Carlos In His Place. Lydia Confronts Victoria.
Victoria sobs bitterly as she laments over how much she løvês her husband and family. Roman seethes with anger and barely restrains himself from hitting her. Carlos comes to his mother’s aid and Roman blatantly reveals Vicky’s relationship with Rigor and the son they have together.
Carlos puts on an act of ignorance, even as Roman vows to destroy his wife and her son. Mr. Dela Vega then proceeds to call security to come and escort Victoria out of the mansion, all the while turning a deaf ear to her pleas as Carlos looks on helplessly.
While Bianca discusses with her family about the discovery of Gabriel’s mother, some guards literally drag out a distressed Vicky out of the mansion. Grandma Lydia confronts her son about why he had kept the identity of Gabriel’s mother a secret and he tries to justify his actions.
Lydia can only hope that his lies don’t get her grandson into trouble. At a hotel, Victoria goes to reception to ask for the key to a particular room and she’s turned down on the orders of Mr. Dela Vega. As she makes a scene, security comes to escort her outside.
Eventually, she manages to get a room at another hotel where she cries her heart out and calls Rigor on phone to lash out at him, blaming him for everything she’s lost. Later, Rigor the scoundrel actually dresses up to go and see Victoria and help her out. He talks Gabriel into dressing up too and coming along since he wants to talk to her.
Isabel whines to her mother about her frustrated romance with Carlos and Sandra strives to talk some sense into her not to continue throwing herself at him since he’s not worth it. Roman reflects on a memory where his wife had consoled him following his father’s death. In the meantime, Rigor shows up at the hotel with Gabriel in tow, taking Victoria by surprise.
Gabriel asks his supposed mother why she had given him away and left him and Vicky laments over how she had never wanted a child in the first place. Gabriel is deeply hurt when dear mother says that she had given him away because she didn’t want her future career to be ruined.
As Gabriel turns to leave, he overhears supposed mother lamenting over how she doesn’t want to lose Carlos and Roman. Later, Vicky confronts Rigor for bringing Gabriel to see her without any prior notice. Rigor justifies his move and an exchange of threats ensue, with Rigor getting the upper hand.
While Gabriel pours out his heart to Bianca over how his supposed mother had made him feel worthless, Victoria meets up with Carlos who apologizes for being unable to help her. Vicky tells him that the most important thing is to protect the secret of their relation and make Roman believe that Gabriel is her son with Rigor.
Carlos puts on a show of being torn apart by his father’s separation from his mother and as Isabel strives to sympathize with him and cheer him up, he gives her attitude and practically chases her off.
Lydia pushes for her grandson to tell him about how the talk with his “mother” had gone and Gabriel merely gives her a vague answer to avoid the topic. The next morning at the market, Gabriel helps one of his companions who had gone for a loan from being duped by the collector. He discusses his situation and worries that Roman might kick him out of TigerShark.
Lydia is appalled to learn of how Victoria had treated her grandson when he had talked to her. The Agbayanis discuss about the investigation into the person who had ättaçked Maila years ago. Ben mentions the oddity of the time Victoria had had Rigor’s baby and suggests that they look into what happened before Rigor was jailed.
Lydia questions Rigor about why he had allowed Victoria to treat Gabriel terribly and the scoundrel claims that good old Vicky had just been caught off guard and reacted out of stress. Maila and Ben go to the headquarters of the Philippine Team to ask for some more information on Rigor.
They’re given Rigor’s former address and they proceed there to ask about him. Bad reports of the scoundrel is what they get and nothing much seems to come of it. At TigerShark, Carlos actually apologizes to Isabel for his bad behavior and actions and promises to earn her trust.
Isabel accepts the apology but declares that she would no longer be his plaything: from now on, their relationship will strictly be professional so she won’t partake of his diabolic plan to ruin Gabriel. Rigor the scoundrel drinks happily with his buddies to celebrate the separation of Roman and Victoria.
Rigor looks forward to getting Vicky back and the guys ridicule him and call him delusional, asking if he can give her the same life Roman her rich husband used to give her. Rigor says it’s no big deal and he’s told that he can never be as rich as a Dela Vega even if he sells his damn kidney.
Rigor’s reply is that – “You don’t know what I’m capable of doing for løve”. Meanwhile, Victoria returns to the hotel to meet an unwelcome surprise waiting for her. It’s Grandma Lydia and she confronts her about how she had treated Gabriel. Lydia is appalled when Vicky whines and actually blames Gabriel for everything she’s lost.
Lydia gives her a reality check and tells her to stop being selfish. However, Victoria whines and rants some more and states that she can never be a mother to Gabriel because her priority is to fix her problems. Appalled, Lydia lashes out at her and berates her for her heartlessness.
