Audrey is belittled by some school mates of hers because of the fact that she doesn’t have a father. Janine comes upon the scene and scolds the kids before sending them running off. She then consoles her daughter and assures her that she has a father who really løvës her.
A moment later, Janine brings her daughter to the office of the guidance counselor who takes Audrey through an emotional welfare session regarding her parents. Distressed with her daughter’s situation, Janine heads to the Gopez residence to talk to Dale, only for ma’am Sandy to give her a cheque of 45 million pesos and demands that she stay out of her son’s life for good.
Janine says she only wants her son to acknowledge the daughter they have together. Sandy responds by berating her and insinuating that Dale might not even be the father of Audrey, adding that the cheque she had given her should be enough for her and her daughter to live on for the rest of their lives.
Janine tears up the cheque and declares that she doesn’t need her money. Later, she has a talk with her friend about the suggestion of the guidance counselor to give Audrey a father figure. Janine worries about who could fulfil that since she’s already gotten tired of relationships.
Yvonne requests for a loan at the school where she works as a cook in order to help her husband pay for the placement fee for the Dubai job. She gets all emotional when the principal lends her the money. While playing video game, Audrey suffers an asthma ättaçk and has trouble breathing. Victor finds her and tries to help.
After the little girl’s nanny isn’t able to revive her with her inhaler, Victor quickly carries her out of the farm, headed for the hospital. Janine is notified of her daughter’s condition and she comes across them on the main road and drives them to the hospital where Audrey is stabilized. Janine expresses her utmost appreciation to Victor for his help.
Victor is taken by surprise when Janine offers to pay him 700 dollars (the exact salary he would be receiving in Dubai). His job is to act as her daughter’s father who supposedly came back from America.
Victor is reluctant to accept the offer and Janine strives to talk him into it. Later that night at the flower farm, Victor agrees to Janine’s offer since that would mean that he wouldn’t have to leave his family to work abroad.
Janine excitedly shakes hands on their partnership and urges him to get the barn ready for Audrey’s birthday. Upon his return home, Victor gladly informs his wife about the good news regarding the job he had gotten at the flower farm. However, he leaves out the major details.
The next morning after Audrey’s birthday celebration at the Løvë Blooms farm, Janine has Victor change his overall appearance before introducing him to her daughter as her father. Audrey excitedly receives supposed dad and begins bombarding him with a barrage of questions.
Janine hands Victor a hardcopy of their agreement detailing the dos and don’ts of their deal. Victor is required to always arrive at the house before Audrey wakes up and only leave after she sleeps; they have to make her believe that he lives with them in the house.
Victor goes home late to his family and he wakes up early the next morning to hurry to Janine’s house where he’s given a change of clothes (pajamas). He then slips into Audrey’s room and lies by her side on the bed. Audrey is delighted to see her father when she wakes up since she believes that he had slept there with her.
Janine observes smilingly unnoticed as Victor gladdens her daughter with his words and presence. Victor stays with Audrey the whole day and only leaves for home after putting her to bed that night. He joins his wife in bed and murmurs “goodnight, Audrey” as he sleeps.
Yvonne opens her eyes and when she asks who Audrey is, Victor blabbers about her being his boss’ daughter. Yvonne regards him suspiciously. The next morning while Victor hurries to take his bath, Yvonne goes through his phone to get Audrey’s phone number.
She proceeds to call her and laughs at herself when she learns that Audrey is just a 7 year old girl. Victor comes out of the bathroom and can’t seem to understand why his wife is behaving so strangely and excitedly. Since it’s the weekend, he later takes his family out to eat and sightseeing.
At the Arguello residence, Audrey pesters her mother to let her talk to her father and Janine turns her down and claims that he’s busy at work and can’t be disturbed. Yvonne has a talk with Nina her coworker about her husband’s recent attitude and whether he’s cheating on her or not.
Nina urges her to spy on him to clear her suspicions. The next morning, Yvonne proceeds to tail Victor as he rides the bus to Janine’s house. Victor spots her and calls to notify Janine, telling her that he would go straight to the flower farm in order to avoid suspicion.
Yvonne is relieved and glad to confirm that her husband really works at the flower farm. Audrey happily reunites with Victor and has him teach her how to make toy horses. Later that night, Victor asks Janine about Audrey’s actual father and she recounts how she had been compelled to break up with him due to his family’s situation back then.
Apparently, Dale had no idea that Janine was pregnant with their daughter before he had left for the states to be with his family. Victor says he admires her for raising Audrey as a single mother. Janine smiles at Victor sheepishly and he smiles back at her as the episode comes to a conclusion.
