Councilor Gina Connives With The Captain Against Flora’s Family. Cardo & Vendetta Continue Their Training. Hipolito K!lls Off Another Syndicate Head. Lily Plots To Use The Vendetta Against Hipolito.
General Oligario and President Hidalgo discuss about Renato Hipolito’s connections with the drug lords under the Cabrera administration. Meanwhile, Hipolito shows Lazaro the list of the names of the syndicate leaders they can take down.
Back at the Palace, Diana speculates that Hipolito is hunting the groups in order to strengthen his forces. At the town hall, some community members whine to Captain Bart about the worries of their safety and he promises to get to the bottom of the matter.
Councilor Gina ridiculously blames the Vendetta for the problems in their neighborhood, all the while riling up the people against them and Flora’s family to boot. As the members of the Vendetta continue with their training at Camp Crame, General Borja has a talk with his subordinate generals regarding Hipolito’s case and the strategies and procedures they could use to nab him for good.
Hipolito notifies Lazaro about his new target and he offers to lend him some of his men to get the job done. At the town hall, Elmo and Wally trade words with Councilor Gina over her constant attempts to ruin the reputation of their family.
Together with the people, they ridiculously argue over whether or not the Vendetta is guilty of Gina’s allegations. Captain Bart calls for order and dismisses everyone. Following a lecture on the kinds of exercises the trainees would be undertaking, Cardo and his comrades are taken through some motor cycling skills aiming at zero civilian casualties.
At the de Leon residence, Elmo brings up how Councilor Gina has started causing problems for them again. He suggests that they tell Cardo about it but Flora strongly objects to it so as not to distract him and the others with their issues while they’re still training.
Captain Bart receives some bribe money from Councilor Gina and is urged to keep backing her up with her shenanigans. Flora has a talk with her family about whether or not the new community captain is honorable and trustworthy.
Alyana talks to her parents on the phone about the trouble at home and like always, Virgie gets worked up. In the meantime, the trainees are educated on close combat battle and George almost disgraces us by falling asleep on his desk since he can’t seem to understand a single word coming out of the mouth of the instructor.
A female trainee regards our favorite hero and smiles at him and he returns the favor as Major Basco observes silently with interest. Hipolito has a talk with Lazaro about his diabolic plan, gloating over how the syndicates heads won’t suspect that he’s the one betraying them and taking them down one by one.
Instead, they would suspect Lily because she was the one who mostly transacted business with them. Hipolito carries out his sinister plan to take down the next target on his list – an arms smuggling syndicate. He has his men eliminate the opposing goons before stealing their güñs for himself.
While President Hidalgo puts Ana and Aye to bed in their rooms at the Palace, Flora turns down her brother’s offer to deal with the rotten Councilor Gina and the trouble she’s been causing them. Speaking of, Gina riles up Mrs. Suarez (the landlady) to evict Flora’s family from the house.
The bullheaded landlady proceeds to confront Flora and an altercation ensues. Lily continues to harbor her plan of using Cardo’s Vendetta to eliminate Hipolito. She later goes to the Palace to gift Caloy and the other workers with some clothes.
Following a meeting between the top generals at the Palace to discuss Hipolito’s case, Lily is called in to ask for her assistance in tracking down the Vulture. The treacherous snake agrees to contact her connections and business partners in hopes of finding Hipolito’s location.
Councilor Gina reminds Captain Bart of their agreement to force out Flora’s family in order to continue with their illegal business. A moment later, Flora shows up at the town hall to talk to the captain about the issue with her landlady and he promises to personally talk to her to settle the matter.
The training of the special task force continues with some vehicle simulations. Lazaro taunts Hipolito with how he would be the first target of the Vendetta after they complete their training.
Nevertheless, Hipolito declares that before the group even gets to finish their training, they would have strengthened their forces and would have no problem taking them down. Councilor Gina lashes out at Captain Bart for not keeping his end of the bargain. After Bart explains his reasons, Gina gladly offers him some more money to motivate him.
At the de Leons, the family deliberate on whether or not to tell Cardo about the situation at home. Virgie whines to her husband about the problem their daughter is going through.
Major Basco observes as the members of the special task force train with some combat simulations, with Cardo as the obvious leader of the troops.
At the Palace, General Borja, Oligario and President Hidalgo discuss about the manhunt for Hipolito and the special task force. The president hopes that they will be able to succeed in capturing Hipolito before he completely destroys the peace and order in their country.
Meanwhile, Hipolito points out his next target to Cedric and notes that they’re going to observe his every move before they ättaçk. Lily resolves to tighten up security at her place upon figuring out that Hipolito has been k!lling off the heads of the syndicates.
She gets worked up with the fact that he’s k!lling the syndicates heads for their money in an attempt to bounce back and survive. The episode concludes as Hipolito and his minions continue spying on their next target.
