Major Basco Trains Cardo & The Vendetta. Hipolito Partners With Lazaro & Plots To Eliminate Potential Competition. General Borja & President Hidalgo Are Shocked With What Hipolito Has Been Up To.
At the Palace, a couple of the staff discuss about Renato Hipolito and the possible threat he could pose to the president. In the office of the president, Lily congratulates General Borja and Oligario on their new assignment and begins blabbering about her freaking genuine plan to help President Hidalgo and the whole country with her blasted humanitarian projects.
Somewhere in the kitchen, Elizabeth worries that Hipolito might be lurking outside and waiting to ättaçk the president and Doray assures her that he wouldn’t even be able to get into the highly secured Palace. Meanwhile, the new police recruits are called forward to receive their uniforms.
Elizabeth and her coworkers have a heartfelt conversation with Delfin and Diana about their new jobs. Lily returns home with some jewelry and gloats over how she’s amassed money, power and authority through her connection with President Hidalgo. She then begins to wonder what the Vulture is up to.Hipolito whines to Lazaro about his intention to get back at Lily and finish her off.
Nevertheless, he plans to find a way of benefiting from her plan of buttering up Hidalgo first. Back at Camp Crame, Dela Cruz welcomes the trainees and the return of our favorite hero to the police force. Major Basco proceeds to lecture the guys about the hardships of being an officer and charges everyone to fully finish the training.
While Grandma Flora informs her brother about the trouble Councilor Gina has started stirring up again, the rotten councilor and her minions plan to come up with a way to have the entire family evicted from their house so they could continue their illegal businesses without fear of capture. Back at the de Leon residence, Grandma Flora scolds Elmo when he suggests that they use General Borja and Oligario to intimidate Mrs. Suarez (the landlady) in order to prevent her from kicking them out.
Hipolito summons some goons and promises to reward them handsomely if they’re loyal to him and are able to accomplish the tasks he would give them.Alyana has a talk with Bubbles about her trying situation and urges her to come clean to Jerome. Bubbles worries that Jerome might not accept her anymore when he comes to learn of the truth and Alyana states that he will if he truly løvës her.
Bubbles agrees to tell Jerome the truth about her baby but only when the time is right. Lazaro commends Hipolito for wasting no time to form a private army of his own. Hipolito says it’s only the beginning and he plans to get back everything that was taken from him. Anyway, the training of the new recruits of the special task force begins.
At the Palace, President Hidalgo gives a blasted speech during a press conference about the suffering the country had been dealt with under the previous administration. He then acknowledges and appreciates Lily for her “goodwill” to help the government as well as those who had been victimized by the Cabreras and their cohorts.
Cardo and his fellow aspiring officers continue their training under the command of Major Basco, doing some sort of pushups. They then proceed to shooting practice. Meanwhile, Hipolito storms the hideout of a drug lord by name Carlson Chan along with his men, güñs blazing.
With all of his men neutralized, Mr. Chan’s attempt to escape fails miserably as Hipolito effortlessly güñs him down. The Vulture then orders his men to gather up all the drugs in the house. A carjacking incident occurs in broad daylight somewhere in Barangay 628, resulting in a civilian getting shot.
As usual, Councilor Gina and her minions take advantage of the situation to spread some more false rumors about Grandma Flora’s family. Anyway, Major Basco takes the guys through contact combat and Tadpole gets his ass kicked when he volunteers. George’s ridiculous reaction to being used as a punching bag is beyond hilarious.
With tryouts underway, a female recruit makes use of the 360 defense tactic to overpower Billy and take him down. Grandma Flora and her family discuss about the tragic carjacking incident in their neighborhood, distressed with the fact that crime continues to go on in spite of the return of President Hidalgo.
Flora mentions that it would take some time for their country’s peace and order to be restored by the president. Upon his return to the safe house, Hipolito strikes a partnership deal with Lazaro who makes a joke of how he’s started eliminating fellow criminals in order to steal their businesses. While Lily dines with President Hidalgo at the Palace, Hipolito discusses the treacherous snake with Lazaro.
He makes note of how Lily covers her tracks well and so would be very difficult for anyone to expose her true nature to the president. A couple of officers are discussing about Cardo’s group and how they’ve been faring with training. Major Basco comes over to share his opinions and urges the guys to give them their support and not underestimate them.General Borja receives some files from Dela Cruz regarding the investigation on Hipolito.
He’s provided with a flash drive and once he sees its contents, he declares that the president needs to see it as soon as possible. Major Basco commends the trainees for how far they’ve come and hints at harder challenges to come. He then declares that no one would surrender until the end. Back at the Palace, General Borja shows President Hidalgo the file of Pedro Javier and recounts his connection with Lucas and Hipolito.
Oscar is shown a CCTV footage of Carlson Chan who has always been on the list of the PNP narcotics but has never been arrested. General Borja plays a different CCTV footage taken from the scene of the mürdër of the drug lord Chan. The video captures Hipolito infiltrating the house with his equally armed men. President Hidalgo observes in disbelief before staring up at General Borja, quite dumbfounded.
