“Oh, good Lord, Daniela. Will you stop acting so stüpïd? Your husband wasn’t forced to come with her. He’s the one who wants to get closer to Romina. He went with her so they could catch you. That’s the truth. And you still want to go back to that bästärd? I know løvë is blind, but it’s not stüpïd. Just like you.”
Romina cautioned Carlos to stop messing around in Leon’s car. Carlos talked some crap and showed her a photo of a woman he had found in Leon’s car. Romina resorted to slapping some sense into Carlos as he kept on spouting nonsense. Mikoy offered to help Marga find her mother. Marga was trash-talking, pinning over Kristoff and waiting for him to show, but Mikoy was relentless.
The spouses of some Camila employees were getting worked up over the fact that their loved ones were still in trouble because of Daniela, who was still nowhere to be found. Cassie suggested that the only way to fix their situation was to work together to find Daniela. Hector made ready to leave for the safehouse after spending some time with his daughter.
Meanwhile, Romina, Carlos and Leon were running surveillance outside. Romina and Carlos sneaked behind Hector’s car. Romina caught the shameless man smelling her hair but of course Carlos denied it flat out.
“I hope you aren’t smelling my hair,” Mina mumbled.
They overheard Hector’s conversation with Alvin concerning Daniela. Hector felt something amiss. Romina and Carlos took cover behind another car as Hector came out to check the side of his car. Seeing no one, he got into his car and drove off. Romina and Carlos hurried over to Leon’s car. The Bartolomes were getting worried over Daniela’s kidñappiñg.
Kulas was even more upset to find out about Carlos’ intention of divorcing his wife. Hector set out for the safehouse as Leon tailed him from a safe distance. Romina asked Leon to speed up before they lost Hector, but Leon told her that they could be spotted if they got too close.
“I knew my hunch was right,” Mina said. “Daniela was planning to run off. But if she thinks she can get away this time, then she’s wrong. If I have to follow her through hell and back, I swear I will.”
At the safehouse, Daniela blackmailed Alvin into untying her. A moment later, Romina, Carlos and Leon arrived at the safehouse. Leon went on ahead to survey the area. Daniela picked the lock and managed to get out. Meanwhile, Romina was growing impatient waiting for Leon’s return. As she and Carlos started sneaking in, Hector subdued Daniela before she could make her escape.
Daniela was beside herself. She told Hector about how his brother had been treating her like an animal. She pleaded with him to let her go so she could go see her daughter. Back outside, Alvin spotted Romina, thanks to Carlos’ clumsiness. Mina suggested that they call the police since she had the feeling that Daniela was at the premises.
Hector gave in to Daniela’s wishes, allowing her to see her daughter as long as she cooperated with them. Alvin came in just then to inform him of Romina’s presence. Romina heard Hector’s car spark to life, and she hurried over and stood in the middle of the driveway, determined not to allow Daniela and her cohorts escape. Carlos went after her and tried to pull her to safety, all to no avail. Hector told Daniela to hide.
As Danny girl was in disbelief to see her husband with Romina, Hector was more than pleased to run her over. Leon however shoved them out of harm’s way at the last minute. It ended with Romina landing on top of Leon, staring at each other as Carlos looked on. After they helped her up, Mina took turns glancing at both men.
Carlos arrived home and told Nanny Esther about how he and Romina had followed Hector. “We have a feeling he’s with Daniela. If we’re right about this, Daniela’s running from the law.”
Mini-Daniela came over, spouting her usual nonsense. Daniela ranted on about Romina dragging her husband into their issues. Alvin tried giving her a reality check. “Oh, good Lord, Daniela,” Hector cut in. “Will you stop acting so stüpïd? Your husband wasn’t forced to come with her. He’s the one who wants to get closer to Romina.”
“How dare you?” Danny girl hissed. “That’s not true.”
“Yes, it is. He went with her so they could catch you. That’s the truth. And you still want to go back to that bästärd? I know løvë is blind, but it’s not stüpïd. Just like you.”
Some officers came to the Mondragon house and announced the women stuff they had found inside the safehouse, adding that they couldn’t really confirm if they belonged to Daniela or not. Romina told them that they wouldn’t have escaped if they had nothing to hide, and the officers said they’d inform her if they had any updates.
After the officers left, Leon offered to help Romina find Daniela, but Mina declined, recalling his conversation with Carlos concerning Leon’s family. Daniela was sobbing and sulking at the new hideout. Hector tried talking her into leaving everything and everyone behind so they could have a new life somewhere else.
“What about Marga?” Danny girl sobbed. “I can’t bear to lose her too.”
“We can start a new life with her.” Hector offered Daniela his phone. “Call her up. I know it’s hard for you, but this is the only way for you to start over.”
At the mansion, Marga reminisced about her mother. She had a call from an unlisted number, which turned out to be Daniela. After they talked for a while, Daniela charged Marga to keep their conversation a secret. She then set up a meeting the next day so she can explain the situation. Leon’s guys started bombarding him with questions concerning miss beautiful since he had just gotten a new look.
They then brought up how they had told Neil that he was courting someone. Leon then realized that that was the reason Romina was avoiding him recently. Neil was glad that his sister wasn’t going out with Leon since he found out that he had a family. Romina said she was not interested in Leon, single or otherwise.
Romina was certain that Daniela was still nearby because she was also a mother and would never leave her daughter behind. Leon came over and insisted on helping out. Carlos was in dismay as Romina decided to go with Leon in search of Daniela’s hideout. Leon gave Carlos a piece of his mind before getting behind the wheel. Marga arrived at the school’s entrance, only to be grabbed by someone. It was Daniela.
Marga asked her mother to come back home, saying that her aunt Romina was trying to steal her father. Mikoy spotted them as they talked. He then noticed Carlos at the school’s entrance. Carlos talked to a security guard and found out that his daughter hadn’t gone to school after the driver had dropped her off.
Hector was having trouble reaching Daniela on the phone after seeing Romina and co around. Carlos announced that Marga hadn’t gone to school. Romina held fast to her belief that Marga was with Daniela. As Marga tried to convince her mother to come home with her, Mikoy wrote a note and sent it off with a street kid. The kid brought the note to Marga. It read, “they’re here.”
Daniela then had a call from Hector, telling her that they had to go because Romina was there. Daniela bid goodbye to her daughter. And off she went. Trina deliberately knocked down Cassie’s sardines. Cassie shoved her aside as she tried to trample on them as well. As she lamented, Gwen ran off.
Kristoff was walking with his basketball buddies when Gwen came up to him, telling him about Trina and her friends bullying Cassie. Carlos caught Mikoy coming into school late. When questioned, Mikoy claimed that he woke up late. Romina asked if he’d seen Marga, and Mikoy just played dumb. Back at Maxwell Integrated, Cassie demanded that Trina pay for the sardines she had destroyed. Kristoff barged in and shoved Trina aside. Some Integrated guys came over, not happy to see an international in their side of the school. A fight ensued. Romina and Leon came up short in tracking down Daniela. Mina received a phone call concerning her daughter.
Carlos spotted Daniela and proceeded to chase her. Danny girl managed to get away, thanks to Hector, who seemed so glad to be standing so close to her. As soon as Carlos left, Daniela broke Hector’s hold on her, disgusted with his touch. The Maxwell International principal gave Kristoff a scolding for starting a fight. At Maxwell Integrated, Trina claimed that Cassie’s boyfriend had started the fight.
Gwen however put her words to shame. Meanwhile, Kristoff was suspended from the basketball team. Daniela was sick of hiding and wanted to be with her daughter. Hector tried to talk her out of it, all to no avail.
“I’m done talking to you,” Danny girl grumbled. “I won’t live my life like this.”
“Daniela…”
“Let me go.”
As they struggled, Daniela fell. Hector reached out his hand. “C’mon, Daniela. You can’t even stand.”
“Don’t come any closer. I’m not going with you.”
“I’ll take you to the hospital.”
Daniela started calling out for help while shooing Hector away, determined not to go back with him. Hector looked on in disappointment as Danny girl was being crowded with people. And off he went.
