“The suspect already confessed that you ordered him to do it, and you’re still denying it? You k!lled Mr. Kulas’ son and nearly k!lled my daughter too! How do you still have the guts to deny it?! You two are the absolute worst. You are animals!!”
Mikoy was having breakfast with Gino, pointing out the fact that Myrna was in a good mood. Myrna told him that she felt a bit relieved because the police finally caught Jude’s k!ller. She then went knocking on her husband’s door to break the news to her. When no one answered, Myrna opened the door and poked her head in. She was met with an eyesaw. The misëräble one-eyed-old man and his treacherous mistress lay in bed naked with only the sheets covering them. Gino hurried over to see the show, asking Mikoy to stay put.
Mini-Daniela tried talking to Kristoff. Cassie’s presence however made her shut up and scram. She later went to mount her stand to distribute her flyers, asking the students to vote for her. The Mean Squad came over and a battle of words ensued. Mini-Daniela started putting on a show of emotional blackmail as soon as she noticed Kristoff approaching.
Kristoff bought the act like a gullible kid. Most employees of SikaTuna were amazed and excited with Romina for her interview and having been married to Camila’s former CEO, Robert Mondragon. But not Bibeth. The insufferable woman argued that her interview hadn’t affected their sales yet.
“I just did the best I could to try and save this company, and our jobs,” Romina stated. “That’s a lot better than waiting for a blessing.”
“Was that a jab at me?”
“Bibeth, Romina has already done so much,” the boss cut in. “She got new clients at the expo. And now this interview. It’s time for all of you to step up. Especially you.”
Daniela met up with Hector, asking if the cops had really caught his henchman. Instead of answering the question, Hector went into his car and brought out some shopping bags for her. Danny girl wasn’t in the mood for his cheap tricks, and Hector admitted to it, adding that the goon didn’t know she was the actual person behind it.
“What if you’re the one who rats me out?” Danny girl asked.
“Do you really think I’d do that? You know how I feel about you.”
“Why should I trust you?”
“Because I can make what I want happen. Do you actually think I can’t get rid of this guy? One word from me and he’s a goner.”
After successfully manipulating Kristoff to help with her campaign, Mini-Daniela deliberately poured water on Nadya’s flyers as her nannies were posting them on the walls. Nadya went berserk after learning of the incident. She went tearing down Marga’s posters in retaliation. Now in the new principal’s office, the principal played a CCTV footage of the incident earlier and threatened to disqualify Nadya from the elections if she did something like that again. Mini-Daniela gloated. Nadya went distributing her flyers to the students, asking that they vote for her. She wasn’t really having much luck so Nica suggested that they beat Marga at her own game, with the help of Cassie.
Cassie discussed with Mikoy and Roxanne about allowing Kristoff to help Marga out in the elections, confident of her trust in him since he had never left her side when she had been fighting for her life. She then had a phone call from Nadya, asking that they meet up. Roxy and Mikoy looked on. Savannah asked Daniela to come back to the office since there was trouble in Camila. Danny girl told her to ask Mrs. Galvez for help because there was something important she had to do.
Neil caught Bonita heading out with her stuff. Bonita revealed that she was resigning because she couldn’t stand the toxic environment all because of Daniela. Neil promised to let her know if he found a new job. A guard was forcing a factory worker out and Neil asked what the matter was. It turned out that Danny girl had never paid the workers even a single cent for their overtime work.
“She hasn’t paid for our benefits either,” the guy added. “She’s an absolute liar! If Mrs. Romina were here, this wouldn’t have happened.”
Carlos the undeniable dumbass was beating himself over the fact that Leon had been the one to help Romina out in taking down the scumbag. Gino tried talking some sense into him, which only flew out the other ear. Carlos was determined in helping out Romina so he could get closer to her, and Gino suggested that she help out Cassie instead since she was the most important thing in Mina’s life. (Oh, oh. This is so not gonna end well) Glenn stood outside the precinct, receiving orders from Hector to get rid of ‘that bästārd’ before he ratted them out.
The goon, together with his lawyer, was brought out by some officers as Romina and Bernard stood by the entrance. The goon started struggling to break free when he saw Glenn approaching. Romina noticed, putting two and two together. She tripped Glenn and the muscular man stumbled. “He’s going to k!ll the suspect! Arrest him right now!”
Glen however managed to get away, thanks to the incompetence of the police. As useless as always. Nadya met up with Cassie, asking for her help in beating Marga in the students election. Cassie mentioned that they weren’t even friends in the first place, and Nadya pointed out the fact that she still had friends in Maxwell.
“Do you want them all to suffer when Marga wins the election?” Nadya said. “Not to mention your boyfriend. I’m sure she’ll find a way to take him away from you as well.”
Mini-Daniela was distributing her flyers when Mikoy came over to mock her with her inability to steal Kristoff from Cassie. Mini-Daniela shot some words back before suffering a paper cut. Mikoy offered to accompany her to the clinic. Back at the rendezvous point, Nadya was trying to convince Cassie to help her, bringing up the times Marga had bullied her. Cassie went on about how Marga had always been angry at her and how she and her mother had taken everything from them, even her mother’s job and her right to study in Maxwell.
“See? She really is a bad person.”
“No, Nadya. Don’t say that. And you know what’s funny? Despite what Marga has done to me, I still believe she and her mom are good people.” (LOL. At least I’m glad you find it funny).
“Because they share my father’s blood,” Cassie went on. “The Mondragons are good people, Nadya.” (Yeah. Whatever.) “It’s just that they let anger and jealousy get the best of them. I’m sorry, Nadya. I won’t help you.”
Carlos went to Maxwell to pick up her daughter, asking for Cassie’s whereabouts so he could give her and Mikoy a ride home. Mikoy insisted on walking. The goon thanked Romina for saving his life. Mina asked him to tell her everything he knew if he was really grateful.
“Hector. He was the one who paid me to k!ll you,” the goon revealed. “Which led to your daughter’s accident. He also ordered me to k!ll the cop who was helping you.”
Romina looked on in disbelief. Back at Maxwell, Carlos asked Cassie to ride with them, much to Marga’s dismay. Cassie declined the offer but eventually gave in as Carlos insisted. Mini-Daniela stormed off to get a taxi instead. “Uncle Carlos, you should go after Marga,” Cassie suggested.
“No, Cassie. She has to learn that she can’t always get what she wants.” (All hail the father of the year! You’re trying to teach your daughter good morals and manners while you’re using someone else’s daughter to get closer to another woman who isn’t your wife? Your idiocy knows no bounds, Carlos Bartolome)
Myrna was pretty upset with Kulas, calling him a ‘good for nothing father’ for staying behind with her treacherous mistress instead of helping her and Carlos catch Jude’s k!ller. Meanwhile, Hector was arrested for the accident of Cassie and Kristoff, and the dëäth of SP02 Jude Bartolome. Roxy and Alvin looked on as Hector was cuffed and driven away. Kulas walked in on his wife and mistress having an argument. Myrna received a call from Romina, telling her about the goon’s confession. Myrna rushed out, with Kulas in tow.
At the precinct, Kulas asked to see ‘that bästārd’ so he could make him pay for what he had done before going to prison. Myrna tried calming him down, but the misëräble one-eyed-old man was out of control. He went at Hector as some officers were bringing him in. Hector denied having done anything. Romina was appalled. “The suspect already confessed that you ordered him to do it, and you’re still denying it? You k!lled Mr. Kulas’ son and nearly k!lled my daughter too! “My brother isn’t a liar,” Alvin cut in. “Did you tørtüre him the way you tørtüred me to make him say all those things?”
“There’s no need, Alvin,” Romina spat as the officers struggled to keep Kulas from Hector. “Since I’m completely convinced that you two were the masterminds behind all this.”
“Now you’re accusing me too?”
“It is you two. You two are the absolute worst. How can you wake up each morning without a single hint of guilt? You are animals!!”
Hector still insisted his innocence. He asked the useless officers to hold on before whispering into his brother’s ear, telling him to find ‘that traitor’. Mini-Daniela arrived home and reluctantly told her mother about the adventures of her father/husband. Danny girl fumed and stormed out. Romina was trying to fix her broken water pipe when Cassie arrived with Carlos, who thanked her for helping in the arrest of Jude’s k!ller.
The shameful man actually took off his shirt and insisted on fixing the water pipe. Cassie then had a call from Roxanne, telling her about her father’s arrest. After she came off the phone, Romina told her daughter about Hector’s alleged involvement in her and Kristoff’s car accident. Felix questioned his boss about how he always put other people first before himself, bringing up the incident at Romina’s and pointing out the fact that he had even gotten injured because of it.
“Why are you helping them out anyway?” Felix asked.
“Because they need help,” Leon replied.
“Or maybe they remind you of the past.”
Leon looked on silently. Back at the Mondragons’ backyard, Romina offered to have someone else fix the pipe leak but Carlos insisted on doing it himself. Daniela stormed in with her bratty daughter. “Romina! Give my husband back.”
Romina was flustered. “He’s all yours. He’s the one who came here.” Some neighbors videoed as Mina went on taunting Daniela.
Carlos asked that they leave but Danny girl didn’t care about causing a scene. She ranted on and damaged the water pipe even more. “Fix that. That’s what you wanna do, right? Fix problems that are not yours.” She then turned back to Romina. “As for you, stop taking advantage of my husband. Stop asking him to come here to do things for you.”
“Then chain him down, Daniela! I can’t blame Carlos for wanting a quiet life though, because who would want to put up with a nag like you?”
At the storage house, Leon’s guys came over to inform him of the commotion at miss beautiful’s place. Meanwhile, Romina apologized to her neighbors for the disturbance earlier. Leon came over a moment later, his tools in hand to fix the water pipe. Neil had his mouth wide open in wonder. He left with Cassie as Leon went to work, asking Romina why she had allowed a married man to come over. Mina explained the situation and Leon suggested that she avoid such men who were married. Romina got upset and stormed off.
The Bartolomes arrived home. Mini-Daniela watched and refereed her parents as they resumed their unending arguments. Danny girl went on about the sacrifices she had made for him and how she had given him a good family (at this point, it was evident that she was the husband, and Carlos, the wife. Don’t take my word for it though) Carlos asked her to stop rubbing it in his face but Daniela however threatened to take away all of his means for helping Romina, even the car shop. (Told you she’s the husband. This is a classic husband move)
“I could do that if I wanted to,” Danny girl barked. “Because you are nothing without me.”
“I know how exactly you got it back,” Carlos shot back. “And I’ll pay you if I have to. What kind of person are you? How can you make me look bad to our daughter? Do you really think I can still løvë you after the things you’ve done? How?!” Carlos grabbed Danny girl. “How?!”
Mini-Daniela intervened, sobbing and pleading with her father. Carlos gave Daniela a look, and off he went. Leon was done fixing the water pipe. He glanced up, staring at Romina’s window before walking off. The goon was uncuffed and allowed to use the washroom at the precinct. Alvin ambushed him and gave him a little beating for betraying them. He covered the goon’s mouth before he could call out for help.
“You even ratted my brother out. If Daniela finds out about this and my brother gets out, you better start praying. Your days are numbered.”
The one-sided conversation ended with a punch to the belly. (Honestly, between you and Carlos, I can’t tell who’s the bigger idïøt. You do realize that you just ratted out Danny girl to the goon, right?). A moment later, Alvin was on the phone with Roxy, talking her into believing that her father was innocent of the charges against him and yet, Romina was insisting that that he was guilty of something he hadn’t done.
The goon had been taken back to his jail cell. He asked about the guy who had hired him, and an officer told him that his boss had already posted bail and left him to rot in jail. (What did you expect, you scumbag? A 1st class trip to the Bahamas??). Neil told his sister about how Daniela was treating the Camila employees like robots, overworking them to the bone. “I’m just glad they’re starting to man up. I can’t wait for her to get what’s coming to her.”
“You know Daniela only cares about one thing – to be number one above everyone. It’s like she forgot to be compassionate.”
“I’m really glad I decided to leave Camila Sardines then. It’s basically a living hell now.”
“I’m sure you’ll find a nice job since you’re one of the most diligent people I know. We can do this.”
“Of course. I learned it from you.”
At Maxwell Integrated, Cassie approached Roxanne and asked how she was since she had said last night that she needed someone to talk to. She offered to listen but Roxy just spouted a bunch of nonsense, upset that her mom had had her dad arrested when he hadn’t done anything wrong. Supposedly.
“I do hope that’s true,” Cassie said. “You’re my friend and I don’t like seeing you like this. Your father needs to go through due process. Only the police can tell if he’s really innocent or not.” Cassie looked on as Roxy turned away from her. (And I can’t help but wonder why you see this girl as your friend. News flash! She’s the biggest, craziest fan of your archenemy. I bet she’s gonna make you eat dirt for breakfast and decorate your pretty face with the scraps from her bratty queen. You just wait and see)
