Victoria Struggles To Deal With Maila & Rigor. Rigor Causes More Trouble & Leaves Gabriel In A Tight Spot. Carlos’ Plans Prevail. Gabriel Tries To Make It Up To Bianca.
Lydia wishes Bianca a happy birthday and when it gets to Gabriel’s turn, things tend to get a little ridiculous as they both don’t know whether to hug or whatever. Gabriel gives Bianca the gift he and his grandma had prepared for her.
In no time, the event finally begins and Victoria successfully gives her speech. While on her way to use the washroom, Vicky runs into Rigor and she strives to get rid of him before her husband Roman sees them together.
Rigor pathetically blackmails her with her dirty secret in order to get her to agree to talk to him soon. Eventually, Vicky manages to get rid of him after reluctantly giving him her phone number, a crucial moment before Roman shows up.
Rigor tries to call Vicky’s number and ironic enough, it doesn’t go through. After charging his guys not to mess up the surprise he prepared for Bianca’s birthday, Carlos confronts Gabriel when he sees him and Isabel rears her ugly head to come to Gabriel’s “defense.”
Gabriel regroups with his family and together, they begin looking for Rigor. As it turns out, Rigor has already left the event grounds and it doesn’t take long for him to get into a brawl with some guys in an attempt to defend some random woman.
In the meantime, Bianca is called up to give her speech and she begins by expressing her appreciation to her boss Carlos, her mother and her family.As fate will have it, Gabriel receives a phone call from Olsen, telling him about how his sorry excuse of a father had gotten drunk and ended up in a fight.
Gabriel notifies his grandma and slips out a moment before Bianca mentions him and recounts how he had helped her get to where she is now. Bianca is spellbound when she realizes that Gabriel is nowhere to be found and Isabel doesn’t help matters. To save face, Carlos gives Simeon the order to initiate his surprise plan, somewhat overshadowing Isabel’s devices.
At the precinct, Gabriel is compelled to use his savings to bail his misëräble father out of jail.Bianca is saddened and worried about Gabriel on account of his sudden disappearance and Carlos begins blabbering about the efforts he himself had made to make her birthday special. Bianca expresses her appreciation as Isabel observes dejectedly.
When Steph comes over and asks that they go home, Isabel throws her shade and treats her with indifference. Lydia scolds Rigor for causing trouble yet again and forcing Gabriel to use his tuition fee to pay the settlement to have him released. Rigor lamely insists that he wasn’t the one who started the fight and Lydia scolds him some more.
Gabriel worries about how his plan to surprise Bianca on her birthday hadn’t gone so well and his family encourages him to try to make it up to her. Since Olsen’s phone is already dead, he’s unable to call her on phone. Speaking of, Bianca is pretty upset with Gabriel’s sudden disappearance earlier and her mother strives to convince her that there’s probably a good reason for it.
Maila urges her daughter to go to sleep so she can clear things up with Gabriel tomorrow. Lydia questions her troublesome son as to why he had gone drinking and ended up in a fight.
Rigor bores us with some sentimental questions of his own, blabbering on about how he’s a good person who makes wrong decisions.
Lydia can’t seem to figure out what’s with all the drama. The next morning, Gabriel approaches Bianca during her training and tries to explain what had happened yesterday. Bianca gives him attitude for making her worry all night and for having the nerve to crack jokes to boot.
Gabriel strives to appease her and urges her to meet up with him later tonight because he has so many things to tell her. Victoria congratulates her son on the success of his sports camp. Carlos begins grumbling about Gabriel and how his father had invited him.
Vicky charges him to stay away from Gabriel, claiming that he means trouble and doesn’t want him (Carlos) to get into any trouble. After talking to her mother on the phone, Steph asks her stepsister if she likes Carlos. When Isabel evades the question, Steph blabbers about how Isabel seems to be in løvë with him.
When their situation with their mother comes up, Isabel begins bragging about her achievements and how she doesn’t need anyone. Steph won’t be føøled though. At TigerShark, Carlos seeks Simeon’s help to pursue Bianca.Simeon asks why he had chosen Bianca over Isabel and Carlos mentions that Bianca is like a “rare trophy” that he has to win.
And once he has her heart and wins the “challenge”, then he’ll just throw her away. The scoundrel. Simeon seems disgusted. Anyway, Gabriel brings Bianca to Eco Park and resorts to a cheesy and dramatic way to surprise her with a picnic. Bianca thanks him for the effort and Gabriel explains the reason for his disappearance yesterday’s.
Bianca recounts her thanksgiving message and when the time comes for Gabriel to confess his feelings for her, he chickens out yet again and begins blabbering about how important and valuable she is to him. Suddenly, the rain starts to fall and Bianca quickly takes out her umbrella and together, they take shelter under it.
