Teddy Opposes The Cabreras. Margie Is Laid To Rest. Lucas Cooks Up A Wicked Scheme Against His Sworn Enemies. Cardo & Vendetta Plan To Return To Manila.
Cardo regroups with the members of Vendetta and their allies and he’s informed that the people are safe, though a handful of them had also been k!lled. Our favorite hero tells his grandpa that he’s finally gotten justice for the dëäth of his father by k!lling Don Emilio. Delfin is surprised to learn that Don Emilio had been alive all this time and the one who had been running the mines.
At the morgue in Manila, Shirlene and Denise cry over Margie’s remains. Teddy has a talk with Billy about the tragic incident and the probable involvement of the Cabreras. Alyana seems to be on a hunger strike as she anxiously waits for the return of her beloved husband and his companions. In no time, they all return with the rescued workers.
Alyana has a dramatic reunion with Cardo before Jerome reveals how Homer had taken Bubbles and Diana to Manila. While Hipolito and Homer discuss about whether Diana has really changed, Bubbles expresses her worries to Diana regarding her plan to lead on Hipolito.
Shirlene confronts the supposedly drunk truck driver who had caused her sister’s dëäth. The scoundrel is currently locked up in a cell and rambles his make-believe ‘accident” story. Gapuz and Panting suddenly show up to taunt her and Grandma Flora has an exchange of words with them.
In the meantime, Teddy approaches the wife of councilor Molina and makes a desperate, futile attempt to convince her to admit the involvement of the Cabreras in her husband’s situation. Mrs. Molina refuses to talk or cooperate and after she ditches Teddy, Billy hurries over and ushers him out of harm’s way as some policemen drive by.
The people of Santo Niño gladly offer to render their assistance to Cardo and the Vendetta in their mission to rescue General Oligario and Bubbles. However, Cardo thanks them for all their help and urges them to try to start over and rebuild their lives. At the Palace, President Cabrera worries about how their critics don’t believe that Margie’s dëäth had really been an accident.
Brandon is indifferent since they’ve already been able to eliminate one of their persistent detractors. The members of Vendetta discuss about their recent mission, with Jerome stating that they need to save Diana and Bubbles and finally put a stop to Homer’s evil plans.
Team Billy discuss about the atrocities of the Cabreras and how Grandma Flora and her family could be their next targets. On this note, they resolve to watch over Flora and her family. Teddy begins writing an online article about the dëäths of Mayor Dimagiba and Margie and the involvement of the Cabreras.
The opposition of Lucas’ administration take to the streets to protest against the current rotten government. JP is all for his father’s return to online journalism but as always, Virgie worries that it would give Lucas another reason to have them tracked down since they’re determined to end Teddy’s life.
Secretary O’Campo shows President Cabrera the new article Teddy had written against them, blaming them for the dëäths of Margie and Mayor Dimagiba. Lucas and Brandon are both pretty upset with the fact that Teddy is still alive and going against them. On this note, they plan to continue the manhunt for the troublesome journalist.
Cardo and his comrades have dinner with Domeng’s family, all the while talking about their current situation. Our favorite hero notes that they can’t afford to delay rescuing Diana and Bubbles; now that their enemies are crippled with the dëäth of Don Emilio, it’s the perfect time for them to save General Oligario and Bubbles.
Anton and President Hidalgo insinuate the involvement of Hipolito and Lucas in the recent tragic incidents. Speaking of, Lucas plans to go to Santo Niño to put on a show and frame the Vendetta for the countless dëäths. He’s more than willing to make them take the blame.
Brandon picks a fight with Damian on account of how his father had left him out of his upcoming trip to Santo Niño. During dinner at the safe house, Hipolito taunts Diana and Bubbles with how President Cabrera would be going to Santo Niño with the military to seek out the Vendetta.
Diana lamely tries to make him believe that her comrades might have moved on somewhere else. Hipolito senses something fishy but decides to play along. While Cardo and the members of Vendetta plan to go to Manila to rescue their captured comrades, Shirlene and Denise mourn Margie’s dëäth with Flora and her family.
As the wake is ongoing, rotten cops Gapuz and Panting plot to get rid of Margie’s sister and niece and Grandma Flora to boot.Margie’s wake is attended by her løvëd ones and well-wishers who openly continue to protest for justice for the dëäths of Mayor Dimagiba and Margie.
The Arevalos watch a live broadcast of Margie’s wake and deliberate on the possibility of the Cabreras causing problems there. Eventually, the coffin is carried out for burial. Brandon taunts his father with how his lapdog Damian had told on him. Lucas puts him in his place as he charges him to make himself useful by running his foundation properly and using it to clear his name.
Stating that all his problems will be taken care of, Lucas demands that his wretçhed follow his lead. Unaware of what awaits them in Manila, Cardo and the Vendetta still plan on returning to the city not only to rescue Diana and Bubbles, but also to overthrow the administration of Lucas Cabrera.
