“Fate Brings Gabriel & Bianca Closer. A Difficult Situation Comples Bianca to Postpone Her Dreams as Carlos comes to the rescue while Victoria avoids Maila to protect her secret”
Gabriel returns with his grandma to their house to pick up the pieces of their lives after the destruction the storm had caused. They receive assistance from their neighbors whom they’re acquainted with. Bianca continues to live with her mother, father and little brother Jay Jay in the the city.
Carlos keeps up with his ambition of training to become a triathlete and his mother Victoria supports him all the way. In no time, Carlos, Bianca and Gabriel grow into promising young adults. While Bianca wins a gold medal during an event, Carlos also comes first place in a triathlon.
Gabriel on the other hand decides to hold off from school for a while in order to relieve his grandmother so she doesn’t stress herself from too much work. Carlos asks his father to hand over to him an energy drink company called TigerSharks. Apparently, the business is failing so Roman plans to close it down.
However, Carlos manages to convince his father to grant him his request with a little nudge from Victoria. The only condition is that if Carlos isn’t able to revive TigerShark, then he would close it. Carlos then promises to prove himself.
Bianca finally graduates from college and she gladly celebrates with her family and friend Marilyn. Following Carlos’ graduation and inability to revive TigerShark, Roman asks him to close it down since the company is only bleeding money.
Carlos pleads for one more year to deliver and Roman decides to give him six months instead. Bianca returns home to learn of the good news regarding how she had been accepted into the Philippine Team. She shares her delight and excitement with her family but soon begins to worry about the long distance to the training facility.
Bianca considers applying for a side job with her accountancy degree so she could help out with the house bills and support her family as well. Maila objects to it and reminds her daughter that an athlete’s career is short and she can work after she retires.
Later, while Bianca is being escorted by Marilyn for her first day on the Philippine Team, they notice a young man on a motorbike dropping off a young lady nearby. The guy happens to be Carlos and he drives off after exchanging looks with Bianca.Carlos and his team at TigerShark meet up in the conference room for a presentation that could hopefully be the saving grace of the company.
A young lady by name Isabel makes the presentation and proposes that they target students in order to promote their brand and get more sponsors. Carlos has an exchange of opinions with her as he’s certain that instead of sponsors, they need an endorser whom the masses could relate to.
Since they can’t afford a celebrity, he suggests that they look for a new face with a great story. Isabel makes a point to argue against getting a poor female endorser but Carlos insists and won’t have it any other way since he believes it could improve their market.At the training facility, Bianca recounts her story and aspirations to the national team coach.
She makes mention of her connection with her mother and her admiration for her, just as Gabriel keeps on with his petty jobs in Zambales. Victoria struggles to convince her husband to give TigerShark to their son and when she asks why he’s always so hard on him, Roman states that they’re both different with opposite traits.
Carlos happens to overhear this and is somewhat affected by it. During dinner at the Agbayani residence, Bianca updates her family about how much she would be earning as a trainee and runner. Ben suffers a heart ättaçk and has to be rushed to the hospital.
The doctor informs the Agbayanis about Ben’s condition and how he needs to take lots of rest and medication. Not wanting to lose another family member, Bianca decides to postpone following her dreams so she could get a higher paying job to make sure her grandpa gets better.
She proceeds to notify the coach about her decision and they part ways on a good note, though with a heavy heart. Gabriel takes on a delivery job with his friend Olsen who comes from a long line of mango farmers. They’re caught up in heavy traffic somewhere in Manila.
Olsen is skeptical that they could be successful but Gabriel, who has two years left to finish his studies, is quite confident that one can achieve a lot and reach their dreams with a good education. Gabriel sees an umbrella identical to the one he had given Bianca before she left Zambales, and he reflects on some memories with her. Speaking of, Bianca runs on the track while the coach observes.
When Carlos comes over and asks of her, the coach informs her about her situation which had compelled her to resign. Carlos soon catches up with Bianca on the track and makes several futile attempts to get her to talk to him. After practice, Carlos approaches her again and makes her an offer to participate in a triathlon and become the endorser of TigerShark.
Bianca is reluctant to oblige, so Carlos goes on about the benefits and help she would receive and Bianca eventually agrees to the deal. Gabriel and Olsen deliver some mangoes to a customer who ridiculously hits on Gabriel. As fate will have it, the restaurant the woman works at happens to be the very same one where Bianca and Carlos are discussing their deal.
When it starts raining, Olsen stops Gabriel from going into the restaurant to take shelter in and a moment after they head for their car, Bianca turns and fails to spot them. Later, while she informs her family about the good news, Carlos also excitedly tells his mother about the endorser he’s gotten and promises to introduce her to her soon.
Maila is surprised to learn that Carlos is the son of her so-called best friend Victoria and she hopes to meet her soon. The next morning, Bianca arrives at TigerShark with her mother for the contract signing and Victoria slips away with a flimsy excuse in order to avoid Maila.
On the guise of being dizzy and needing rest, Victoria heads back home where she reflects on how she had framed Rigor and had him arrested in order to bury the truth of what had happened to Maila back then. In no time, Carlos informs his father about the new endorser of TigerShark and he makes several futile attempts to convince him that she would be able to win the triathlon and make her number one.
Roman reminds him that if his project doesn’t succeed this time, then he would shut down the company. Roman later questions his wife about the mother of Carlos’ new endorser and tells her to invite them over to dinner soon so he could meet Bianca.
In spite of Isabel’s misgivings, Carlos insists on holding the triathlon event in Zambales. When Isabel asks about the new endorser, Carlos merely tells her that she would get to meet her soon. Gabriel urges his grandma to go with him to Manila so she could have her checkup during their next delivery.
Lola Lydia is reluctant to do so and tells him to save up all that money for his studies. However, Gabriel manages to convince her otherwise. In the meantime, Carlos grants Bianca her request to have her family watch her at the triathlon. When she learns that the event will be taking place in Zambales, she reflects on some memories she had had there mostly with Gabriel.
Carlos soon presents her to his father and everyone else and Isabel begins to second-guess her capabilities. Though Carlos assures his father that Bianca would do her best, Roman demands that she win the competition since they’ve already invested a lot in her. After the meeting, Isabel mischievously asks to be signed up to take part in the competition.
