The episode begins with Homer, the sorry excuse of a father belittling, criticizing and berating Sam for disgracing him by helping out a fugitive like Emman. Sam strives to plead her case and reason with him, only for dear father to whine nonstop and declare her as the biggest mistake of his pathetic life.
Later, poor Sam wallows in self-pity in her room and laments over how her so-called bond with her father has been ruined because of her obsession with Emman. She deems herself as a føøl for letting herself be used so many times, and then charges herself not to be exploited again. In no time, she receives a phone call from Emman and assures him of Colonel Manzano’s support.
Sam asks for Emman’s current location and decides to meet up with him later. It doesn’t take long for her to receive another phone call from General Chavez who whines about how she had aided in Emman’s escape. Leo then demands that Sam cooperate and disclose Emman’s whereabouts or else..
Upon his return home, Clarissa begins bombarding him with questions about his relationship with Amelia and his obsession to catch Emman. Leo denies the former and regarding the latter, he strives to justify his actions but Clarissa won’t be taken for a føøl. Celine is delighted to learn that they would soon be under the protection of the NIA.
Emman makes known his plan to stay back in hiding since he’s still wanted by the law and Celine gets all worked up over his safety. Emman calms her and urges her to trust him. Clarissa warns her husband that if he continues to involve himself in the issues of the Hernandezes, then he would go down with them.
Leo claims that he’s just doing his job and that it’s not personal. Once he leaves for the office, Clarissa manages to successfully break into his safe after several failed attempts. She finds some documents of a property he owns in Vargas and thinking that it could be his løvë nest with Amelia, she quickly takes some photos before putting them back in place.
Sam sets off to meet up with Emman as Leo’s spy from the NIA tails her. She reflects on Leo’s threat and how Emman had chosen to discard her to save Celine the other night. Speaking of, Emman decides to leave the current hideout with Celine when he realizes that they’ve been spotted and identified by some nosy citizens.
Linda shows up at the Hernandez residence much to Amelia’s displeasure and begins to make a scene to make Anton come out so she could talk with him. Once he does so, Linda confronts him about the countless crimes he’s committed.
Of course Anton plays dumb and a war of words ensue, with Anton vowing to stop at nothing to get Celine back. Linda calls his bluff and vows to become his worst enemy should anything happen to her daughter. Amelia butts in and tries to drive Linda out.
Opinions and threats are exchanged, with Linda taunting Amelia and asking if she’s going to get rid of her like she had done to Nestor. Amelia claims she knows nothing of what she’s talking about but Linda gets outspoken and states that they had probably gotten rid of him because he discovered one of their dark secrets.
When Amelia dares her to prove her accusations, Linda questions her about Arnold’s whereabouts, insinuating that he had also gone missing because he had discovered something about her. Again, Amelia plays dumb and stüpïd and Linda eventually drops the keys to the house on the table, finally severing her ties with the dêspiçable family.
The nurse who’s been attending to Arnold happens to be the nosy nurse who’s been picking on Analyn. Analyn runs into her shady colleague in the hospital and she covers up the identity of the patient she’s been taking care of.
Anton informs his sister about how Celine and Emman had seen him with Franco and Amelia lashes out at her for his recklessness and stubnorness. Emman and Celine begin to escape after they’re made out by the police. As the officers close in on them, Sam shows up to help them escape.
The NIA spy witnesses the scene and reports back to General Chavez. They make a stop somewhere and Sam begins to make a scene when Emman refuses to turn himself in into the authorities. In the meantime, Clarissa sets off for the address of the secret property of her husband.
At A Hernandez Hospital, Amelia is notified by the shady nurse that Arnold might not live much longer since his organs have started shutting down. Amelia urges her to let her know once dear little brother passes on so they can use him for Anton’s surgery. Analyn spies but doesn’t really hear anything worthwhile.
The homeless woman brings Robbie some food and after the little boy barely has a bite, he begins throwing up without warning. Emman insists on staying in hiding and Sam observes as he and Celine literally put on a dramatic show of how they would all eventually reunite with their missing son as a complete family.
Sam begins throwing a tantrum when Emman insists on his plan. Emman merely thanks her for everything and bids goodbye to Celine before walking away. The police suddenly surround Emman before he can really go any further and Sam personally cuffs him herself before handing him over to the other officers.
Devastated, Celine begins to make a scene. Leo notifies Anton about Emman’s arrest and Anton begins to plan his revenge on Celine for betraying him. Analyn wanders into the room the anonymous patient has been confined in and she has the shock of her life to see that it’s Arnold.
Unfortunately, she’s caught and captured by some goon. Celine confronts Sam about how she had betrayed Emman to save herself and her police career. A few choice words are exchanged before Sam eventually gets in her car to drive away.
The two police officers transporting Emman to the DNS are relieved that Sam hadn’t insisted on taking Emman to the NIA headquarters. They express their shared annoyance over how the NIA keep interfering. In no time, the superior officer orders his subordinate to pull over on the side of the road.
Once they both step out of the car, he k!lls his fellow officer with Emman’s güñ before switching it with his own güñ. He then goes to uncuff Emman and telling him that he’s free to go, he returns his güñ and gives him the go-ahead to leave.
Emman ridiculously plays along, only for the rotten cop to come after him and shøøt him in the shoulder. As he tries to get away, he suffers another guñshøt wound. The rotten cop shøøts him a couple more times and the episode concludes as Emman falls into the river below.
