Teddy & His Family Escape Lucas. Romulo Weds Diana. Mayor Adonis Shelters The Arevalos. Javier & Baldo Set Off For Santo Niño, While Cardo & Vendetta Make Merry.
Virgie and JP recount to Flora’s family how they had suffered at the hands of the henchmen of the Cabreras, and Yolly mentions that they’ll only be free from bondage once the crooks are removed from office. Flora holds on to the hope that their atrocities would soon come to an end.
In spite of Snooky’s worries, Senõra Madonna is confident that all her plans will bear fruit and she’ll be able to make Gascone do everything she wants. Snooky warns her that it’s not easy to føøl Senõr Gustavo. In the meantime, Gustavo lectures Gascone on how he deals with people who betray him.
Elmo and Yolly discuss about the current situation with Teddy’s family and the manhunt President Cabrera had initiated against him while some goons spy nearby. At home, Teddy deliberates on the very same issue with his family: he hopes that Cardo returns soon with his companions so they could bring down the Cabreras.
Like hell they would. In Santo Niño, our favorite hero and his comrades take delight in making preparations and decorating the spot for the upcoming wedding.
The girls blabber about how happy they are to finally have a chance to live a quiet, peaceful life.
Romulo has a heart-to-heart with Cardo about his past life of armed conflict and relationship with Diana. He thanks him for making it possible for him to meet his beloved and Cardo merely says that fate had brought them together.
It doesn’t take long for the long awaited wedding ceremony to begin. Cardo and the members of Vendetta, along with grandpa Marsing’s family, fully support Romulo and Diana throughout the ceremony with such delight and excitement. The lovely couple ultimately exchange their vows in front of the priest and their løvëd ones.
Margie informs Mayor Dimagiba about how Teddy’s family are hiding out in Flora’s house. Adonis worries that the lives of Flora and her family might be in danger for helping out the Arevalos. Teddy raises the very same issue with Grandma Flora but she persuades him to stay with his family nonetheless, irrespective of the apparent danger their presence at home could likely bring.
At the Palace, Hipolito gives Lucas and his cohorts some good news regarding the mining deal. Lucas asks for updates on the Arevalos and Brandon mentions a particular car that has been parked in front of the house of the Dalisays. Homer has another faceoff with Javier and taunts him with Senõr Gustavo’s orders to capture more men for the mining operations.
In no time, Javier and Baldo’s groups get in their cars to head for Santo Niño. While Margie pays a visit to Flora’s family to check up on everyone, Brandon notifies his father that the car parked outside the Dalisays happens to belong to Jonathan Abad, former editor in chief of The Herald and a friend of the Arevalos who’s also gone into hiding.
On this note, they conclude that it’s actually Teddy and his family who are hiding out in Flora’s house and not Cardo and Vendetta. Margie informs Flora about how she and Mayor Adonis plan to press charges against Panting and Kapus for everyone who’s suffered in the hands of the Cabreras. Flora admires her bravery but cautions her about the dangers of it.
In the meantime, President Cabrera is talked into sending policemen to the de Leon house in order to search the place and legally apprehend Teddy. In no time, Flora soon receives an impromptu visit from some officers with a warrant to search the house. She indulges the officers and gives them the goahead to carry out their orders.
Councilor Gina rants nonstop about how Flora is supposedly hiding Cardo and the Vendetta in her house, and she hopes that the police arrest everyone in there, Flora inclusive. Back inside, the officers search the backyard after failing to find the suspect in the main building.
Thanks to a distraction from Wally, Teddy manages to slip away with his family without being seen or caught. Way back in Santo Niño, Romulo and Diana go around expressing their appreciation to everyone for their assistance and contributions which made their wedding a success.
Diego and Gapon deliberate on the unending clashes between Homer and Javier and how they could fulfill their ambitions of getting the treasures for themselves. They decide to side with Homer since he seems to have the support of Senõr Gustavo.
Lucas charges Brandon to give his men instructions to keep an eye on grandma Flora and her family in hopes of tracking down the Arevalos. Over the phone, Teddy thanks Flora for all her help and makes known his decision not to come back with Virgie and JP for the safety of everyone, especially the children.
Margie mentions that she knows someone who could be of help to the Arevalos. A moment later, mayor Adonis receives a phone call from Margie. Diana and Romulo officially give their vote of thanks to their løvëd ones and well-wishers. The newlyweds reaffirm their løvë for each other, much to the applause and excitement of their comrades.
The Commander and the General open the dancefloor, and Cardo and Alyana join them, and so does Jerome and Bubbles and a few others. In the meantime, Teddy and his family are assisted by Mayor Adonis who takes them to an old house he had inherited from his foster parents.
The Arevalos thank the mayor for his help but worry about how he could get into serious trouble for giving them refuge.Adonis says his life has already been in danger ever since he went up against Brandon, adding that he had become more determined to fight the Cabreras after what happened to Margie.
The Arevalos admire the mayor’s courage. Meanwhile, Romulo and Diana have some drinks with their comrades to celebrate their union. Delfin takes delight in mentioning how two people with different beliefs and principles had ended up together.
With their common goal in mind, Cardo states that they shouldn’t lose hope of having a brighter future, and they make a toast. After surveying the province, Javier and Baldo are informed that there are no military or checkpoints in the area.
While Cardo and his comrades continue to celebrate and make merry, Javier declares that come tomorrow, they would make Santo Niño experience a day they would never forget.
