Lucas Orders A Hit On Teddy & His Family. The Arevalos Narrowly Escape Certain Dëäth. Homer Beats Javier. Romulo Proposes To Diana In An Epic Way.
President Cabrera is brooding by himself when Brandon shows up to inform him about how his men had found Teddy and his family. Lucas orders for the troublesome journalist and his entire family to be k!lled. Meanwhile, the Arevalos strive to escape and get away from their pursuers at the safe house.
Teddy knocks down a random goon with a stick to guarantee the successful escape of himself and his family. Senõr Gustavo opens his vault in the presence of Gascone to give him 50 million to hand over to Hipolito so he would shut up. Gascone is wide-eyed and in disbelief at the sight of the tons of treasures and bonds of money stacked inside the vault.
Cardo and his comrades have a talk over some drinks, discussing about Romulo’s intention to propose to Diana. While Diana and the other ladies observe the guys from their table and begin to wonder what they’re up to, Cardo recounts how he had serenaded Alyana and won her over on multiple occasions.
Romulo gladly agrees to ask for Diana’s hand in marriage in his own way and Caloy promises to get him a horse. The guys then make a toast. At the Palace, VP Hernandez notifies President Cabrera about the various activist groups supporting the detainees that had suffered in their hands. Lucas is vexed.
Alyana and Bubbles join the guys at their table and they manage to convince them to reveal Romulo’s plan to propose to Diana. Both girls are delighted, even as they’re sworn to secrecy so as not to spoil the surprise. A moment later, Romulo has a talk with Diana to make some plans for tomorrow.
Lucas angrily watches a demonstration of his detractors and declares that they can never force him to resign. Albert suggests that they let Teddy and his family be for now so their administration doesn’t get blamed should anything happen to them.
Even still, Lucas refuses to listen to reason, hellbent on eliminating Teddy and his entire family in order to regain control of the media and the people.Teddy hides with his family somewhere in the city and calls Jonathan on the phone to ask him for help.
In Santo Niño, Romulo is first to wake up in such high spirits and after staring at Diana for a while, he gladly goes to get dressed for the day. In regards to the çriminal case filed against him, Mayor Dimagiba is inclined to believe that truth and justice would eventually be served and the actual perpetrators would be punished for their crimes.
Councilor Gina chases off Shirlene and her companions after refusing to sign a petition against Brandon. In the meantime, Senõr Gustavo orders Gascone to deliver the money to Homer and go to Madonna in Manila thereafter in order to keep an eye on her and escort her back.
The members of the Vendetta have breakfast together and happily discuss about Romulo’s plan to propose to Diana. Inside, Diana continues to sleep soundly and she daydreams about some of her sweet moments with Romulo.
She soon wakes up to join her comrades and when she asks of Romulo, everyone begins teasing her. Diana then steps out to look for her beloved. Teddy drives his family in a car he had borrowed from Jonathan and over the phone, he thanks him for the help. He føølishly decides that the best thing is for them to go back to their old house.
Ironic enough, Brandon has his henchmen break into the Arevalo house in search of their elusive enemies. Diana continues to linger outside the hut, calling out to Romulo. She’s blown away when the Commander suddenly shows up riding a horse.
Romulo offers to take her around town, horseback riding and Diana gladly agrees as she gushes with delight. Cardo and his comrades cheer on the couple, and so does grandpa Marsing and his family as they ride off. Back in the city, the Arevalos have the shock of their life to witness their house being invaded by Brandon and his minions.
Teddy drives away quickly and fortunately, they’re not spotted by their mortal enemy. Back in Santo Niño, Romulo continues to ride with Diana on horseback through town. Tyson barks orders for the miners to work double time as punishment for trying to escape their job.
When a feeble, thirsty old man pleads for some water, Homer treats him with such inhumane actions and as if that’s not enough, he has Mando tørtüre the poor old man by dunking his head into the dirty, murky water the miners are working in. While the members of the Vendetta delight in discussing about the epic move of the Commander, Romulo continues his romance with Diana.
After horseback riding through the community and the fields, he takes her to the river where they begin to fish. Javier and Baldo keep a watchful eye on the miners as they work and a random worker soon finds a diamond and surrenders it. Romulo and Diana have a picnic by the riverside with the fish they had caught earlier.
The lovebirds take delight in feeding each other and expressing their feelings. Homer is brought the diamond and when he asks if that’s all they got, Javier takes offense. An altercation ensues between both men and that’s the beginning of an overdue fistfight.
Homer and Javier order their lackeys not to interfere and they begin to go at it, trading a couple of blows and kicks. Javier has the upper hand for a while before Homer dominates him and beats him up silly. Homer makes mockery of Javier, saying that instead of “Bulletboy”, he would be called “Babyboy” from now on.
Bubbles excitedly fills in Marsing’s family about Romulo’s intention with Diana and the girls get all excited as well. Doray hails Cardo and the Vendetta for all their efforts in making Santo Niño a much peaceful place. In the meantime, Romulo rides with Diana on horseback again and he takes her to a never-seen spot in the province.
Diana is mesmerized by the beauty of the place and its view. Romulo goes on about how he wants nothing more but to see her happy and smiling always. When Diana asks if he wants to tell her something, Romulo produces a makeshift ring and proposes to her right on the spot.
Diana gets all emotional and gladly accepts to be his wife. The Commander and General profess their løvë for each other and the episode concludes as they ki$$ and hug so passionately.
