Bernie Infiltrates The Hernandez Residence & Discovers Their Dirty Secrets. Clarissa Begins To Suspect Amelia & Leo. Anton Catches & K!lls Bernie. Emman Storms The Hernandezes. The Salvadors Find Bernie’s Lif£less Body.
While the wedding coordinator has the catering service bring in some dishes for the food tasting, Clarissa has breakfast with her husband and has him agree to have dinner with her later at his favorite mediterranean restaurant. She points out that it’s their anniversary and Leo puts on a show and indulges her. He promises to be there and asks her to take care of the reservations.
Meanwhile, the bullheaded Bernie sneaks into the Hernandez house and right into the bathroom in a room that happens to be Arnold’s. Amelia enters the room in search of Arnold and the maid tells her that she’s not seen him. Celine is having the food tasting with Anton when Amelia comes over to drag her brother back into Arnold’s room to ask about Arnold.
Anton reveals the tragic incident and when Amelia begins lashing out at him for messing up, he points out that they would have had to k!ll him already for his heart. As Bernie listens in from the bathroom, the siblings argue about the organ trafficking syndicate and why they had to take Arnold in when they could have easily gotten a donor from the farm.
Amelia notes that they’ve already transferred the kids to a different location where Emman wouldn’t find it. Analyn boards a taxi to the executive village where the Hernandezes live. In the meantime, Amelia charges Anton to make sure to clean up the mess he had created and Anton promises that no one would find out what happened to Arnold.
Linda has a talk with her daughter about the Hernandezes, expressing her worries about the kind of future Arnold could have with such a family. Celine asks if the boy might know about the syndicate and Linda replies in the negative, declaring that whatever ugly secrets the Hernandezes are keeping, they’re also hiding from Arnold.
Celine then begins to wonder why the controversial family had adopted a good kid like Arnold.Anton still has Arnold’s phone in his possession and he rejects a number of phone calls from Analyn. As he gets up to leave the room, he hears the sound of another phone ringing. Analyn had just called Bernie and inadvertently exposed him.
Anton catches Bernie in the bathroom and an altercation ensues, with the troublesome Salvador cursing his family and taunting them with their dirty secrets and ranting about how he would expose them. Anton begins to strangle him right there and then. Celine comes looking for her sorry excuse of a fiance and Anton resolves to gag Bernie.
Bernie overpowers Anton as soon as Celine leaves and he desperately runs out of the house. Anton hurries out and gets into his car to give chase. Bernie manages to evade him long enough to call his brother on the phone to tell him of what he discovered regarding the conversation between Anton and Amelia.
Bernie gets off the phone when he spots Analyn in a taxi and after failing to get her attention, he lamely calls her on the phone to urge her not to go to Arnold’s. Out of nowhere comes Anton who knocks him out from behind with the butt of his güñ, just as Emman hurries to go to the aid of his brother.
Amelia snaps at Clarissa when she continuously pesters her with her suspicions about her husband cheating on her. Clarissa takes offense and decides to leave. On her way out of the hospital, she recalls the lipstick stain she had seen on Leo’s shirt last night and she’s is absolute disbelief to realize that Amelia happens to use the very same shade.
General Chavez comes to see Colonel Manzano who still hasn’t regained consciousness until now. He puts on a pathetic show and asks Marcelo to give him an update the minute his condition improves. As soon as he leaves, the colonel wakes up and stares at Marcelo through the transparent window.
Anton finds Analyn waiting by the entrance to the executive village and when she asks about Arnold, he merely tells her that he’s fine, adding that she should give him some space because he’s supposedly going through something. Bernie lies in the passenger seat of the car, still unconscious.
As Emman desperately hurries to the Hernandez residence with Sam, Anton arrives home all drenched in sweat and dirty and when Celine asks what happened, he claims that he had to verify something at the bank and had to change his tire because he had had a flat. Emman comes charging, crying out for his brother.
He confronts Anton who blatantly denies and plays dumb.Emman begins to make a scene, refusing to leave until he gets his brother back since he had been at the village earlier. Anton continues to play dumb. Celine comes to Anton’s defense and Sam calms Emman down so they could use legal means to get to the bottom of the matter.
Later, they both have a talk with Analyn who informs them of the strange phone calls with Arnold and Bernie before their disappearances. That night, Anton meets up with Franco to order him to get rid of Bernie without leaving a trace. Bernie jumps Franco and as he begins to run off, Anton shøøts him and he drops dëäd in an instant.
Anton orders Franco to take Bernie to his family. Leo meets up with Amelia at a restaurant somewhere, unbeknownst to them that Clarissa is observing them from her car outside. She calls Amelia on the phone to ask about their coffee date tonight and Amelia asks that they meet up tomorrow instead, claiming that she’s still in the hospital dealing with an emergency.
Clarissa indulges her and plays along. At home, Linda asks her daughter about Emman’s accusation of Anton having something to do with his brother’s disappearance. Celine says she doesn’t know, though earlier, she had heard some disturbance in Arnold’s room. Linda begins to worry about Arnold since he’s also been missing the whole day, just like Bernie.
Mother and daughter wonder whether the syndicate has a hand in it. Leo has a talk with Amelia, making known his intention to tell Clarissa the truth so they could stop hiding. Amelia objects to it and urges him to stop whatever his plans are since the revelation would only create another scandal for them.
She then proposes that they end things for the best but Leo refuses to do so, saying that if Clarissa can’t accept that they have a son together, then she would rather divorce her. Amelia is appalled and points out the probable repercussions of such a move.
Sam has Marcelo pull up some CCTV footages that clearly show that Bernie had indeed gone to the residence of the Hernandezes but hadn’t been seen coming out. A moment later, Sam catches up with the Salvadors outside their house to inform them about her discovery.
On Nick’s request, Emman calls his brother on the phone again and they all get relieved to hear Bernie’s phone ringing from inside the house. When Bernie doesn’t answer his phone after several calls, Emman heads up the stairs into his room, only to find his brother’s lifeless body on the bed.
Emman makes futile attempts to revive him and as he cries out, the commotion alerts Nick and the others. Franco calls Anton to notify him that he’s already accomplished the mission and staged the scene to look like Bernie committed süiçide. Anton cleans up his car in agitation and doesn’t notice that he’s overlooked a little piece of evidence and left it behind.
