Dr. Calderon Teams Up With Celine To Discover The Truth. General Chavez Has Attorney Rabago Mürdëred. Emman Nurses Sam. Bernie Fights Arnold Over Analyn.
The nosy reporters swarm and hound Amelia for comments in regards to her mother’s dëäth and her ex-husband Nestor’s. Amelia faces off with the media as she puts on a quite dramatic act and bluntly declares her delight for Nestor’s dëäth for k!lling her mother. Emman and his father, as well as Celine and her mother watch the live broadcast at their respective homes.
Linda acknowledges Nestor as a thief but doesn’t believe that he could have really k!lled Araceli in spite of what she had done to him..She insinuates that everything that’s being reported is nothing but lies, and that the Hernandezes might be hiding something.
Nick informs Emman about his suspicions of Amelia and General Chavez having some kind of affair on account of the way they’ve been acting. He reminds him of the danger Celine would probably be in if she continues to stay with the Hernandezes and marry Anton.
Emman notes that Celine refuses to listen to him no matter what he says. Back at the Delgado residence, Celine receives a phone call from Dr. Calderon who informs her about how she had secretly gotten DNA samples from Lester’s heart. Dr. Calderon asks Celine to bring a DNA sample of herself and Emman so they could compare the samples to that from Lester in order to find out the truth.
Amelia and Anton watch over Lester, relieved with his stability. In the meantime, Arnold meets up with Analyn at a restaurant and gladly informs her of how Lester is now out of danger. He proceeds to express his feelings for her and Analyn surprisingly reveals that she also løvës him.
Bernie observes from the outside in absolute disbelief. Later that night, Caloy brings Sam her delivery and she apologizes to him for blaming him for their recent failed mission. Anton and Amelia deliberate on their mother’s mürdër. Anton worries that they could be implicated in Nestor’s dëäth but Amelia assures him that Leo has already covered up their tracks.
Clarissa is at it again with her blasted insecurities and accusations as she confronts her husband about who he’s been talking to and whether he’s cheating on her again. An altercation ensues, and Leo comes close to hitting her. Celine shows up at the Salvador residence in search of Emman. She finds Nick cooking in the kitchen and resolves to take over while she waits for Emman to return home.
Sam shows up with Caloy in tow and things tend to get pretty awkward as both women set eyes on each other. Emman soon arrives home and Caloy begins with his antics, asking him to choose between the shrimps Sam had brought and the fish Celine just cooked. In no time, they all take their seats at the table and Celine reveals the purpose of her visit, in regards to the DNA samples.
Nick is relieved to learn that they can finally be able to find out who Lester’s heart belongs to. Caloy intensifies the awkwardness by asking who Emman’s heart belongs to. Franco assassinates attorney Rabago and stages the scene to make it look like a robbery gone wrong. Arnold drops off Analyn at home and the moment she’s out of sight, Bernie suddenly shows up to confront him.
He demands that she stay away from Analyn. An altercation ensues which develops into a ridiculous fistfight. Eventually, some watchmen come upon the scene and strive to restore order. Back at the Salvadors, Celine takes a swab of Emman’s DNA as Sam sits nearby dejectedly. They deliberate on what the outcome of the test could be.
Emman vows to make Amelia and Anton rot in jail if it’s proven that Lester really has Robbie’s heart. Over the phone, Anton charges Franco to get more children for their clients. The syndicate board agrees to have Amelia lead them as their new leader on account of the steady flow of children in spite of adversity.
Amelia commends Anton for all his efforts in keeping the business running. With Celine having left already, Nick notifies Emman about what had happened to Bernie. At the precinct, Emman counsels Bernie for his reckless moves. Bernie justifies his actions and begins to make a fuss upon setting eyes on Arnold again, and Emman strives to restrain him and talk some sense into him as Analyn observes silently.
Anton shows up to come to his brother’s aid and he voices out some threats of his own. Later that night, Emman makes deliberate efforts to take care of Sam after she had contracted the flu. Leo comes to see his illegitimate son and he asks Amelia to give him the chance to be alone with him for a change. Arnold apologizes to his brother for dragging him into his problems.
Anton shrugs it off and urges Arnold to notify him the next time he gets into trouble so he would back him up. Arnold is amazed that his brother is being supportive: he thinks his brother really cares about him but we all know that Anton wants Arnold to remain safe so he could safely get his (Arnold’s) heart once his (Anton’s) fails.
Amelia has a talk with Leo about how Clarissa is determined to find out about the things he’s been hiding from her. She worries that Clarissa might not be able to handle the truth that he’s Lester’s father and the protector of the syndicate. Leo couldn’t care less.
Amelia acknowledges and appreciates all of Leo’s efforts to take care of and protect her and her son. Emman continues to take care of Sam and to alleviate her cold, he uses his body to warm her up. So Analyn gives Arnold a talking to and urges him to reach out to Bernie and patch things up since he’s the more reasonable of the two.
She says she won’t talk to either of them ever again if they don’t quit with their constant fights. Speaking of, Nick scolds Bernie for getting into another fight on account of Analyn. He counsels him and strives to talk some sense into him but Bernie doesn’t seem to care.
Arnold bluntly refuses to call Bernie so Analyn decides to walk out on him. In the meantime, Nick urges his bullheaded son not to throw his life away because of a woman. Leo returns home to meet another confrontation from his wife and he snubs her.
Sam has a talk with Caloy about Emman, rambling nonstop about how he seems to have regained his løvë for her all because he had taken care of her. She later video calls Emman to inform him that she would be bringing him his lunch in a few hours.
Marcelo shows up to notify her about attorney Rabago. Acting on the orders of General Chavez, Franco has his lackey delete all the files on the dëäd lawyer’s laptop and phone. At the NIA, Colonel Manzano and Sam deliberate on the dëäth of attorney Rabago and they both come to the conclusion that it wasn’t just a simple robbery. Sam declares that she smells a cover-up.
