Celine Comes Under Criticism. Emman Strives To Expose Anton While Celine Leads Him On. The Mastermind of Araceli’s Mürdër Is Revealed. Nestor Shocks & Blackmails Amelia.
Amelia beholds her mother’s remains and apologizes to Leo for venting out her anger on him earlier. Leo relates and sympathizes with her and promises to find the person behind her mother’s mürdër. At the NIA, Colonel Manzano, Sam and some other agents deliberate on the assassination of Araceli and the probable suspects.
Meanwhile, Celine arrives at the chapel to join the wake of the Hernandezes. On live camera, the bereaved parents and victims of the syndicate protesting criticize her for sympathizing with the family of the people who k!lled their children. Emman watches the broadcast with his father at home with such displeasure.
Anton worries that the bereaved parents might vent out their grievances on Celine and even hurt her. Nevertheless, Celine is confident that they’re harmless and only want justice to be rendered. Anton then promises to talk to Amelia again and convince her to allow the procedure to prove that Lester doesn’t have Robbie’s heart.
Emman resolves to leave Celine to her devices since she refused to listen to him. He looks forward to prove that Anton is lying so he can finally get justice for his son. Lester pesters Linda with questions of the whereabouts of his grandma Araceli. Amelia soon arrives home to break the unfortunate news to her son.
Lester gets pretty worked up to learn that his grandma won’t be coming home anymore, and Amelia consoles him and strives to keep him from getting stressed since it wouldn’t be good for his heart. Later at the chapel, Amelia gives a blasted speech in honor of her mother and rambles on about how she would keep taking care of others and her family in her mother’s stead.
Anton joins her on stage to give moral support in front of the seated audience. Eventually, Amelia makes a silent solemn vow to find her mother’s k!ller and make them suffer. A couple of guys then come to carry the coffin out of the chapel for the burial. Sam talks to Emman on the phone and updates him about the ongoing investigation.
At the DNS, General Chavez unleashes his anger on Nick when he fails to bring him the right bag he had requested for earlier. His secretary comes to notify him that Colonel Manzano is waiting for him in the conference room. Nick apologizes to the General and offers to go and get the right bag, and Leo charges him not to interrupt them until his meeting is over.
A moment later, Nick finds the bag in the car’s trunk outside. Its contents scatter onto the floor and as he gathers the documents to put them back in place, he notices a paper from a DNA testing facility. Nestor surprises Amelia and taunts her with how her family and businesses are on the brink of a major breakdown. Amelia declares that she’s going to revive everything.
Nestor gloats, asking if she’s also going to be a mürdërer like her own mother. He berates Araceli for having him imprisoned, stating that she was the one who should have been jailed because she’s worse than the devil himself. An altercation ensues, with Nestor criticizing Amelia for all the horrible things she had done to him. Meanwhile, Colonel Manzano updates General Chavez about the ongoing investigation.
Leo throws a fit and demands for results in order to restore their public image. Bernie beholds his brother’s “wall of suspects” and insinuates that Araceli’s k!ller might be connected to the syndicate, adding that Amelia and Anton’s lives might be in danger too if they know something. Nick brings Leo the bag he had requested before and Leo apologizes for losing his temper earlier.
Emman deliberates on his brother’s judgement and realizes that he might have been right. Speaking of, Bernie has a talk with Analyn at A. Hernandez Hospital. He makes a futile attempt to convince her to distance herself from Arnold. Bernie deduces that Analyn is starting to fall for Arnold and he leaves in such disappointment.
Emman discusses the current case and Araceli’s assassination with Sam, noting that finding Araceli’s k!ller will be their ticket to exposing Anton. A moment later, Anton comes to see Celine at home and Emman spies as she lets him inside. Celine puts on an act of being good with Anton and hopes that Amelia would soon give her consent for the procedure.
She leads Anton on and apologizes for how she treated him before. Outside, Emman receives a phone call from Sam, telling him to go home and rest since she’s already assigned one of her men to conduct surveillance on Anton. Amelia receives a phone call from Franco, who notifies her that they need some more money to get more firearms and security on the farm.
Amelia promises to send some money once she’s less busy and Franco pathetically extends his condolences for her loss. In no time, Clarissa comes to see Amelia to check up on her. Caloy asks Sam to go out to dinner with him since he can’t seem to move on. Sam turns him down and merely tells him to give himself some more time to get over it.
Meanwhile, General Chavez calls Franco on the phone and scolds him for not doing a clean job and leaving a bunch of fingerprints on the crime scene. While Linda goes to get two plates of food for Lester and herself, Nestor slips into the room and when the little boy asks who he is, he merely stares down at him, asking if he’s Lester. Amelia has the shock of her life to see Nestor in her son’s room.
She asks how he had gotten in and Nestor reminds her that he used to live there with them. Having been informed that his father’s name is Nestor, Lester asks Nestor if he’s really his father and Nestor tells him that only his mother can give him the answer to his questions. Amelia makes her son believe that “the stranger” is just a friend of hers before dragging him out of the room.
Nestor taunts Amelia with the secret of Lester’s paternity and resolves to blackmail her for money in exchange for his silence. Linda shows up and he charges her to be careful of the Hernandez family before leaving. Sam returns home to find her door unlocked and she slithers in cautiously, only to find Emman inside. Sam chastises him for startling her and when asked what he’s doing there, Emman says he just wants someone to talk to.
In the meantime, Anton lamely tries to make Celine believe that he also misses Robbie and believes that he’s still alive, and that his mother had nothing to do with what happened to him. Celine indulges him and asks where her son could be and Anton offers to help her search for him. He then asks to spend the night so he could be with her.
