General Chavez Interrogates Araceli At The NIA, Franco Resumes Operation,A Scandal At Clarissa’s Birthday Party & Emman Disputes Celine’s Hope.
Araceli preaches to Celine the innocence of her children in her çriminal activities and claims that she was in no way involved in what had happened to her son. Amelia asks her to wait a little so she can get her the proof she wants. In no time, Colonel Manzano arrives with his team to transport Araceli to the NIA and Linda also shows up to express her grievances and Araceli can only apologize for disappointing her before she’s escorted out.
While Emman has a talk over the phone with his father about their suspicions of General Chavez, Sam receives a phone call from her absentee father who asks about how she’s been holding up following the recent incidents involving Dante.
Sam gladly tells her father of how she had been promoted and Renzo congratulates her. Sam goes on about how she had worked so hard toward the achievement and before she can even begin to express her joy, her father hangs up on her in a heartbeat, leaving her in disbelief.
Clarissa has a talk with her husband about her upcoming birthday and the issue involving Dr. Araceli. On account of his insistence on conducting the interrogation himself, she worries that people might think that he’s trying to cover up for the Hernandez family. Leo says he doesn’t care what other people think. Back at the NIA, Sam ignores Caloy as he floods her inbox with text message apologies and emojis.
Marcelo updates Sam about Araceli’s transfer and fears that there might be a repeat of what had happened with Franco. However, Sam is confident that Colonel Manzano will be able to bring Araceli safely into custody. While being taken to the transport vehicle, Araceli is berated by the victimized parents as the media hound her for comments.
Celine finds it hard to believe that Araceli really had nothing to do with what had happened to her son. Over the phone, Bernie talks to Analyn about the current issue on ground and urges her to quit working at A. Hernandez Hospital and apply somewhere else. During Araceli’s transfer, Franco and his band of hoodlums kidñäp some kid they’ve targeted for some time now.
General Chavez personally interrogates Araceli at the NIA and as Colonel Manzano and Sam watch from the outside, he puts on a quite remarkable show. Araceli insists that her children have nothing to do with the organ trafficking syndicate. The bereaved and disgruntled parents protest outside the DNS for justice and lament over their suspicions of General Chavez.
Emman relates with them and assures them that he would keep the promise he made them. At A. Hernandez Hospital, Celine actually thanks Anton for making it possible for her to talk to his mother. Anton says his mother had really been telling her the truth about Robbie but Celine won’t be swayed with words anymore – what she needs is solid proof.
Amelia comes and declares that she would give her the proof she so desperately wants – they would show her who Lester’s donor is. Caloy makes a delivery to a random lady who gives him trouble and refuses to pay because there’s onion in the sandwich. Caloy makes a futile attempt to reason with her so he decides to pick out the onions and throw them away.
Big mistake, cause that only makes the situation even worse as the lady throws a fit and storms back into her house. Anyway, General Chavez continues to interrogate Araceli about the syndicate, demanding for her to reveal her other members and partners, their clients as well as where they’re holding the äbduçted children. Eventually, Araceli agrees to give him what he wants.
Sam informs Emman about how General Chavez had granted Araceli’s request to face the media and reveal everything. Emman continues to harbor doubts about the General’s integrity. He asks why she’s been ignoring and avoiding Caloy and she admits that she had been hurt by the things he had said to her last night though it had all been true.
Nevertheless, Sam vows not to give up on Emman. Leo entertains some guests for his wife’s birthday party and the people resolve to gossip about the huge scandal he’s involved in as Nick listens in. In no time, Amelia shows up with a present and Clarissa gladly receives her. Leo comes off the phone to greet her.
Celine shows Emman the supposed legal documents of Lester’s heart donor she had received from Amelia earlier. Emman notes that the Hernandezes might have fabricated the details to føøl them. Celine understands so so she plans to verify the documents, though she hopes that it’s true since it could mean that their son might still be alive.
She makes known her plan of performing a particular procedure to verify the information and getting Anton to convince his sister to give her consent. Emman is incredulous and an argument ensues as he expresses his misgivings about Anton. He wants her to stop blindly hoping but Celine refuses to give up.
Leo takes Amelia to a secluded table as some guests begin to gossip again. Amelia takes offense and Leo urges her not to react lest the situation blow out of proportion. Linda tells her daughter that she can’t really blame Emman for doubting the information she had received from Amelia since the Hernandezes had føøled them for so many years.
Celine wonders why Emman doesn’t seem to understand her this time and her mother insinuates that he might just be trying to protect her. Linda cautions Celine about Anton and approves Emman over him, adding that he’s the only one who can help her at the moment. Celine worries that he might refuse to help her this time and Linda urges her to talk to him.
During Clarissa’s birthday party, a random disgruntled mother whose children had fallen victim to the organ trafficking syndicate confronts Amelia and General Chavez and makes a scene in front of all the guests. Majority of said guests pull out their cellphones to record as the woman accuses Leo of being in cahoots with Araceli and Amelia in commiting their crimes.
Leo threatens to have her arrested and Clarissa hurries over and has security take her out. One of the guests who’s still recording bluntly asks General Chavez if he’s really protecting the syndicate. Leo gets upset and confronts the guy, destroying his phone in the process before chasing him off. Clarissa strives to restrain her irate husband.
Araceli remains determined to push through with her intention of speaking out at the scheduled press conference in spite of the counsel of her lawyer. As Colonel Manzano watches and listens from outside the interrogation room, the lawyer makes a futile attempt to convince Araceli not to give up on the case. Araceli says that she’s merely fighting for her children and has only one request.
The attorney has Marcelo mute the CCTV footage for the privacy of his client. He then begins to record Araceli with his phone as she says something. Meanwhile, Celine regards some photos of Emman and Robbie in her room, and she reflects on their adventure on the island: Celine recalls how Emman had proposed that they get back together as well as how he had ki$$ed her. The episode concludes as Celine smiles to herself.
