Cardo & Vendetta Enjoy The Beauty of Santo Niño. Mayor Adonis Helps Brandon’s Victim. Senõr Gustavo Meets Hipolito & Homer While Plotting Against Each Other.
Homer and his lackeys deliberate on the meeting with Senõr Gustavo and Gascone. Hipolito recounts some details he’s discovered about Gascone and brings up his suspicions of Gustavo who seems to have some unknown background. Cardo and his comrades hang out on the bridge and discuss about life in the city and the countryside as Jerome and the others enjoy swimming in the river.
Grandma Flora shows up at the public attorney’s office to behold the victims of Terante crying out for justice. Attorney Gonzalez merely asks them to be a little patient so everything can go through the right process.
Grandma Flora butts in and admonishes the lawyer for ignoring the cries of the people for help. JP thanks his boss for the job opportunity he had given him in spite of his connection to Cardo and his group.
Speaking of, Cardo and his comrade resume their tour of Santo Niño, with Jerome and the others delighting in how they had enjoyed swimming in the river. Javier meets up with Gapon and his group somewhere by the river to ask them for help. Cardo takes his comrades to an eatery to get something to eat. He introduces his companions to Miss Eva the owner of the eatery and he’s asked about the two people who have their faces covered with some clothes.
Cardo introduces them as Emilio and Elsa, (Oscar & Aubrey) friends of his. The entire group then proceeds to enjoy the soup they’re treated with. The security guard Brandon had āssäulted seeks the assistance of mayor Adonis to get justice for what had been done to him since the police had refused to help him.
The mayor resolves to ask for help from his lawyer friends to deliver justice. Margie asks him if he now believes what she’s been saying about the true nature of the Cabreras but Adonis doesn’t answer. At the Palace, Lucas confronts his son about his actions and the repercussions and demands that he stop causing him problems.
Our favorite hero and his comrades continue their tour through Santo Niño after the soup they had enjoyed at the eatery. He introduces his companions to the folks they come across, a crucial moment before Javier also passes by with Gapon’s group, gloating over how he has total control of the village. The local folks tend to get worried for their safety at the sight of the armed men.
Anyway, Cardo and the members of the Vendetta return home and discuss how they would settle down in Santo Niño after everything is over. Bubbles makes another pass at Jerome before they start eating. At the university, JP meets up with some protesters led by Jordan who have been victims of Cabrera’s regime, corruption and intimidation.
Jordan urges JP to join the movement to speak out against the injustices. Flora has a talk with the other disgruntled victims of Terante regarding their situation. She declares that she would keep fighting for what she believes to be right. Hipolito sets off for his meeting with Senõr Gustavo and gloats over how he would eventually overthrow Lucas and Terante.
Homer and his lackeys discuss about the mining deal and gloat over how they would exploit Gustavo’s treasure discoveries. Romulo and a couple other members of the Vendetta proceed to plant the crops and recount their time on Mount. Karagao. Flora returns home with Yolly to inform Elmo and Wally about the incident at the public attorney’s office.
In spite of the unending setbacks, she’s quite confident that eventually, they would all attain the justice they’re seeking. In Santo Niño, Cardo urges President Hidalgo to focus on the agriculture sector once he returns to power since they have rich soil but are fond of building malls and restaurants and importing food commodities they can easily grow in their country.
Hipolito arrives with Homer’s group outside the mansion and he cautions the guys to be careful of everything they say and do. Inside, Senõr Gustavo gloats over how he would exploit and use Hipolito as a fall guy should he be exposed. The overweight Thunder comes to call Hipolito in for the meeting. Cardo and his comrades discuss about their plans of going fishing tomorrow and raising livestock for food and also to help out Marsing’s family.
Hipolito finally meets up with Senõr Gustavo and introduces his men to him. Gustavo and Homer are left staring at each other as a flashback shows how Don Emilio had dealt with Homer before. Senõr Gustavo makes mockery of Homer’s group, calling them fangless ättaçk dogs. Homer gazes at the one eyed old man with apparent apprehension.
While Aubrey prepares the group’s favorite dish, Bubbles continues to hit on Jerome and Alyana notes how cute they look together. Soriano bluntly urges Jerome to court Bubbles but Jerome wants to be sure of what he feels before making a move. Gustavo bans Homer’s group from joining the meeting to close the deal and proceeds to head inside with Hipolito. In the meantime, Cardo and the Vendetta have a peaceful dinner together.
Javier informs Gapon about the high paying job and how they need to abduct more people and force them to mine for the gold and diamond. The guys are delighted at the chance to make a fortune out of the job. As Hipolito bombards Senõr Gustavo with questions about himself and his business, Homer tells his men of how Gustavo seems to look familiar to him. He fumes as he recalls the encounter with Don Emilio.
Hipolito informs Gustavo of the terms and conditions of the deal and they come to an agreement and make a toast to their partnership. Ultimately, Gascone tells Hipolito that they’re trustworthy so he doesn’t have to bring his lapdogs along the next time they meet. Senõr Gustavo gazes at Homer and laughs mockingly as Homer fumes while Hipolito looks on silently.
