Celine & Caloy Infiltrate The Hospital. Anton Tips Off His Sister. Emman Captures Amelia’s Goon.
Celine is incredulous to learn of the scene her impossible mother had made at Emman’s house. Linda justifies her actions, saying that she’s noticed her and Emman getting closer. She begins nagging Celine about her relationship and marriage with Anton and argues against the suspicions of Araceli.
Over the phone, Leo thanks Amelia for saving him and his marriage. Arnold is shocked and in disbelief to find out that he had been adopted and isn’t a real Hernandez. Araceli strives to make him believe that she’s like a real son to him in spite of the fact that they’re not blood related, adding that he’s very important to him and his older siblings.
The Salvadors discuss about the incident earlier with Linda and Bernie notes how he had only told Analyn in order to protect her from Arnold who’s supposedly been manipulating her. Amelia and Araceli apologize to Arnold for keeping the truth from him and reassure him of their løvë and care.
Later, Araceli has a talk with Anton about how she couldn’t help but to løvë Arnold genuinely as a mother. Anton reminds her of the agreement they had made to use Arnold. Araceli admits that though Arnold is important to her, he (Anton) is much more important to her than her own life.
Bernie calls Analyn on the phone to caution her about how Arnold’s family could hurt her and those having suspicions about their family. Analyn indulges Bernie and refuses to believe that the Hernandezes could be capable of what they’re being accused of. Bernie tries to convince her otherwise and she hangs up on him.
Arnold makes up with his mother who promises to be there for him and ensure that he doesn’t feel like an outsider any longer. Arnold then promises to do everything to protect her in order to repay her for everything she had done for him. Linda tells Amelia of the squabble she had had with her daughter last night and asks how Arnold is doing.
Arnold asks his mother why she’s been denying her friendship with Dr. Gomez if she isn’t part of the organ trafficking syndicate, and Araceli states that it’s because she’s scared and doesn’t want their family to be ruined and get dragged into any investigation: she just wants their family to live a peaceful life.
Arnold apologizes to Araceli for doubting her and goes on about how he’s grateful for everything she’s done for him. Clarissa apologizes to her husband for the incident at the restaurant and tries to appease him by making him breakfast in bed. Leo gladly accepts, though he’s taken by surprise when his wife suggests that they adopt a child.
Leo doesn’t think raising a kid would be advisable at the moment since he has to take care of his wife. Clarissa relates with him, understands his viewpoint and agrees with his opinion. Team Emman arrived outside A. Hernandez Hospital. Emman and Sam exchange apologies on account of their falling out a while ago.
Celine comes over, saying that they came at the right time because there’s not a lot of people around. Sam offers to go with them as backup but Celine says she’ll be just fine with Caloy. Emman then assures Celine that they would be right outside in case they need them.
Clarissa hands Nick her husband’s lunch and apologizes for whatever trouble she may have caused by making him reveal to her his whereabouts last night: she feels stüpïd for storming into the restaurant, thinking that he was cheating on her. Nick urges her to have trust in her husband since he seems to løvë her very much.
Clarissa declares that from now on, she would give him 100% of her trust. Leo spies and soon pulls a prank on Nick by jokingly scolding him for telling his wife about his whereabouts. While Caloy tries to retrace his steps to the restricted area with Celine, Amelia heads into the syndicate headquarters.
With their new batch of children ready, Amelia has a meeting with some clients of hers to do business. In the meantime, General Chavez makes it his mission to convince Colonel Manzano to close Robbie’s case so they could focus on something else since the so-called mastermind is already dëäd.
Gabo is reluctant to do so as he points out the countless loose ends with the case and the possible involvement of the Hernandezes. Leo states that the Hernandezes aren’t involved and to Gabo’s surprise, he also declares that the case is closed.
Anton finds Emman and Sam waiting outside the hospital and when he asks what they’re doing there, Sam claims that they had taken Caloy in because he’s been feeling pains from the accident. After Anton leaves, Emman gets worked up when he’s unable to reach Celine on the phone and Sam stops him from going into the hospital to blow their cover.
Anton asks the doctor about Caloy’s checkup, only to learn that the clinic is closed for the day. He heads to his office to check out the CCTV footages and he gets upset when he sees Celine snooping around the hospital with Caloy. Caloy eventually manages to find and lead Celine to the restricted area of the hospital.
Colonel Manzano interrogates Franco again at the NIA, refusing to believe that Dr. Gomez was the mastermind of the syndicate. Franco insists that he has nothing more to say. A moment later, Dante calls General Chavez to inform him of how the colonel is still interrogating Franco when the case is already closed.
He worries that Franco might crack and rat them out. While Celine and Caloy finally arrive outside the headquarters, Anton calls his sister and cautions her not to come out so she isn’t exposed. Celine alerts Caloy to hide himself as a guard approaches. The guard comes over and asks Celine to leave because she can’t be there.
Later, Amelia regroups with her mother and they watch the CCTV footages Anton had sent of Celine and Caloy in regards to their adventures at the hospital. Araceli worries about them getting exposed since all their files are kept in the headquarters and Amelia assures her that she’s already disposed of all the evidence.
Celine returns to her station at the hospital and when Anton comes to ask of Caloy’s supposed checkup, she literally lies to his face. Anton indulges Celine and without arguing, he asks that they go out for dinner. Celine merely says she would give him a call once she’s done working for the day. And with that, she walks away to go and check on her patients.
Meanwhile, Emman and Caloy capture the security guard who had chased off Celine earlier at the restricted area of the hospital. In no time, Sam is informed about the recent development and she orders Marquez to search for everything he can find about the security guard and send the info to her as soon as possible. The episode concludes as Caloy holds the guard at güñpøint as Emman stares silently.
