Lucas Swears In His VP & Begins To Plot Against Teddy. Cardo & the Vendetta Enjoy Their Peaceful Life. Senõr Gustavo Relocates To Santo Niño.
The members of the Vendetta wake up to the serenity of their new environment and take pleasure in the peace and comfort. They acknowledge all the help of grandpa Marsing and plan to repay his kindness and hospitality. President Cabrera confronts secretary O’campo about the negative articles of Juan Verdad and he’s assured that he would send the chief editor a clearer message to stop his publications.
Lucas charges him to make sure that no one from that particular paper would ever bother them again.Aubrey wants to prepare breakfast for everyone but doesn’t really know her way around the kitchen so Ana and Aye gladly offer to help her out since they already know how to do household chores. On this note, they assist Aubrey to make scrambled eggs.
Bubbles comes over with Diana and asks the kids to teach her how to cook too because she wants to cook for someone. Ana and Aye gladly agree and Bubbles is questioned about the “someone” she wants to cook for. Elizabeth and Doray bring the group some dishes they had prepared. The faithful cops who had met up with Teddy are delighted with the critical article of Juan Verdad.
Romulo and the others join the girls for breakfast and plan on planting some vegetables later in order to help out Marsing’s family. In their separate hut, Cardo wakes up to his wife happily preparing breakfast. Alyana thanks him for keeping his promise of bringing her back to Santo Niño and Cardo assures her that once everything is over, he would turn all their dreams into reality.
Marsing’s family reflect on what had happened to Cardo and his companions in Manila and how Cardo had rescued President Hidalgo. They appreciate the Vendetta group, glad to have such honorable people to fight for them.Marsing notes that they have to do their best to support them all since that’s the least they could do to help them out in their missions.
Alyana insists on staying back to clean up the hut by herself while Cardo goes to join the rest of his comrades for breakfast. Delfin recounts how he had been hellbent on hunting down Bløødy Sun and his constant confrontations with President Hidalgo. He mentions that they’re all now allies with a common goal to help their beloved country.
Romulo and Oscar relate with him, with the latter acknowledging his shortcomings and expressing his appreciation for being saved.
Cardo says that though they come from different walks of life and fight for different causes, he believes that they were brought together to rebuild their country. Making a vow to stick together until the very end, the members of the Vendetta make a toast.
At the Palace, Terante informs Lucas about the real identity of Juan Verdad. Lucas refrains from getting rid of Teddy and plans to use him instead. Billy and Chikoy consider breaking out and escaping before Terante’s hounds return to deal with them again and Vargas worries that they might not be successful because they’re already wounded as it is.
The members of the Vendetta proceed to have a peaceful breakfast together. Senõr Gustavo assembles the miners and promises to reward those who work hard and stay loyal to him. He gives Bruno the goahead to execute a couple of the workers who hadn’t worked hard enough. As Cardo and the others are still having breakfast, Patrick slips away to reflect on what had befallen his family. He continues to beat himself up and wishes that he was the one who had died instead.
While Hipolito and Homer continue to plot against Lucas, Gustavo arrives at a mansion and Gascone introduces his house staff to him. Senõr Gustavo gives the staff a stern warning not to share anything they hear or see to anyone outside of the house: anyone who rats them out will be tørtüred slowly before meeting their maker.
At the Palace, Alberto Hernandez takes his oath and in the presence of the media, he’s officially sworn into office as the new vice president. Teddy recounts the revealing piece he had written about the corrupt politicians and the injustices going on in the country.
Aye finds Patrick crying and he encourages him and proposes that he ask the heavens for forgiveness so he doesn’t keep blaming himself. Patrick thanks Aye for being nice to him in spite of how he had treated him before and the kid states that they stick together now because they’re family.
Cardo has a talk with his comrades about the beauty of Santo Niño. VP Hernandez thanks Lucas for his trust and assures him that he would meet with all the mayors and police chiefs and see to it that he has their support: if they oppose him and his directives, he (Albert) and Terante will deal with them. Gascone informs Senõr Gustavo of how Lucas had insisted that he meet with Hipolito.
Gustavo looks forward to meeting Lucas’ lapdog as he puts it. Greco, Earthworm and Tadpole join Patrick and upon learning that he still feels guilty for what happened to his family, they sympathize and relate with him and go on about how they keep fighting to get justice for the løvëd ones they had lost.
Aye is amazed with Vendetta’s agenda to fight for and protect the oppressed and he considers joining the group when he grows up. Baldo and Javier plan on reaching out to Diego and Gapon, another one of their associates to strengthen their forces for the partnership with Senõr Gustavo.
Jerome thanks Bubbles for making coffee for him earlier and Bubbles begins to make moves on him yet again. Soriano walks in on Jerome checking Bubbles’ wound and insinuates something going on. He mentions how Jerome’s future wife would be really lucky to have him and Bubbles subtly states that she hopes it’ll be her.
Flora decides to head to the public attorney’s office with Yolly to follow up with the case. Javier leaves with his group to meet up with Gapon while Baldo also sets off with his men to Diego’s camp. As fate will have it, Cardo and his comrades decide to take a walk around the village to familiarize themselves with the place.
They stop by the bridge and a couple of the guys gladly go for a swim, with Jerome dragging a reluctant Bubbles along. Hipolito receives a phone call from Gascone who gladly informs him of how Senõr Gustavo is finally ready to meet with him.
Hipolito asks when the meeting will be and Gascone says now – he would text him the exact address. Hipolito is delighted with the news and hopes he’s not disappointed with the meeting. The episode concludes with Senõr Gustavo smirking in the comfort of his mansion.
