Pinky continues to take care of Jenny. Also, she makes deliberate efforts to reach out to Jenny as she makes it her mission to convince her not to give up the fight for her son’s sake. Jenny recounts the encounters with Shannon and Jack the other night. Jack confronts Jenny at the hospital as he continues to hold on to the belief that she’s only displaying another one of her manipulative tricks.
Pinky defends Jenny, much to Jack’s surprise. Mr. and Mrs. Lin are left devastated over Jenny’s unfortunate fate. Tormented with the fear of what could happen to Shawn in her absence, Jenny finally agrees to do the surgery and is determined to do whatever it takes to survive.

Guilt-ridden over how Jenny had ended up, Jack resolves to turn himself in to save her from further trouble. Miss Gao gives Shannon the divorce agreement and strives to convince her to sign it and set Windsor free for the betterment of the both of them.
Jenny refuses to spend her last days cooped up in the hospital and wants to go out doing what she løvēs best so Pinky agrees to let her return to work at Dr. Queen.Miss Gao cautions Pinky about a career-threatening decision she makes on Jenny’s account.
Upon getting wind of it, Jenny tries to reason with Pinky and makes deliberate attempts to get into contact with Jack. Gordon informs Giselle of Jenny’s condition and asks her for a favor. Betsy learns of Jenny’s fate but remains indifferent.
Jenny finally reunites with the Lins for a little bonding and catching up. After recovering from her momentary mädñess, Shannon reflects on her encounters with Pinky and Windsor and finally decides to do the right thing. Jenny asks both Pinky and Ethan for a favor in regards to her son.
Jack tries to make it up to Jenny in his own way and resolves to escape from police custody to fulfill her wish. The police begin to hunt down Jack who meets up with his sister to inform her of his plans. Jenny says a dramatic farewell as she parts ways with Pinky and her family to rendezvous with Jack.
Betsy desperately tries to figure out her son’s whereabouts and Pinky strives to reason with her. Jack spends some time with Jenny as they prepare to go on their final trip. Shannon acknowledges the errors of her ways and urges both Windsor and Pinky to get back together.
After Betsy confronts Giselle and accuses her of framing her son, the police clear Jack of the allegations against him. Jenny and Jack have a tragic end in the ocean. Shannon leaves with her mother for America to get treatment. Ultimately, a double wedding takes place between Ethan and Pauline, and Windsor and Pinky.
