Cardo & the Vendetta Take A Hospital Hostage. Lucas Desperately Pushes For The Massacre of Cardo & His Comrades.
Cardo and the members of the Vendetta continue to make their escape in the three police cars they had “borrowed”, with Patrick distressed over the annihilation of his family. Terante and his minions, with Brandon, maneuver their way into the hideout to behold what’s befallen the Vendetta’s allies and the fallen rotten cops.
At the Palace, Hipolito has a talk with VP Hernandez about the possible fallout of Terante’s operation. At the mining site, Senõr Gustavo charges his men to put in the effort and promises to reward whoever manages to find the buried treasure.Terante berates his men for their failure and orders them to set up checkpoints and barricades in the surrounding areas to catch the Vendetta.
Over the phone, Brandon notifies his father of the Vendetta’s escape and expresses his misgivings over how he had appointed Terante as the PNP chief. Meanwhile, Cardo and the Vendetta infiltrate a hospital and resolve to take everyone hostage and proceed to ask for the help of the doctor to attend to their wounded comrades.
To conceal their identities, President Hidalgo and his daughter have their faces covered with shawls like freaking Arabians.Lucas gives Terante an earful for failing to capture the Vendetta again. Terante apologizes and promises to deliver but Lucas continues to berate him and his men before hanging up on him.
A moment later, the dëäd bodies of the civilians, Marie and her family, are rounded up in body bags and Terante orders his men to put them away. Noel and some other inhabitants of the neighborhood behold the heartbreaking scene, with Patrick’s junky buddies blaming Rosa and vowing to make her pay for what she did.
Officer Morales is captured by Terante’s lackeys and interrogated about his talk with Teddy earlier at the precinct. Morales føølishly calls them out on their crimes. Over the phone, Virgie manages to convince her husband to leave the rendezvous place as she fears that the officer he’s gone to meet might have ratted him out already.
Back in the hospital, Delfin strives to ease the distress of the civilians as he assures them of their safety. Some nurse tries to discreetly make a phone call but she’s found out by Earthworm and stopped. News of the encounter in Baseco comes on TV, with some blasted reporter blaming the Vendetta for the dozens of lives that had been lost.
Terante assures Lucas that everything is under control because no one knows President Hidalgo is still alive. For his trouble, Lucas censures him for failing the mission he had given him. Ramil and Cardo resolve to strip their “captives” of their cellphones so they wouldn’t be able to call the police.
Our favorite hero reassures the civilians of their safety and urges them to cooperate with them so they can have their wounded companions treated. Back in the Palace, Hipolito doesn’t pass up the chance to ridicule Terante for the countless times he’s been outsmarted by the Vendetta.
Following the successful treatment of their wounded comrades, Romulo orders for the doctor and the nurses to be confined in a room. Margie tells Mayor Adonis of the rumoured criminal activities of Councilor Gina and the two cops she’s often in contact with.
Adonis doesn’t share her sentiments. Gina shows up to make a scene on account of the recent incident involving the Vendetta. At the hospital, Cardo deploys Earthworm and Greco to go and keep watch outside so they could alert them in case the cops find them.
Hipolito picks another fight with Terante over his inability to figure out where Cardo and the Vendetta had fled to and to his disbelief, Lucas sides against him and demands for action. In St. Niño, Caloy and a buddy of his wonder about what’s become of Cardo and Alyana. Back in the hospital, Ramil asks our favorite hero of their next line of action and Cardo declares that he knows of a place where they’ll all be safe.
Patrick beats himself up over what had happened to his family and the Hidalgos strive to encourage him.Rosa is delighted and eager to receive the reward money as she hears a knock on her door, thinking that it’s the police. She sends her løvër boy to go and open the door and the guy gets güññed down as soon as he does so.
Enter Patrick’s junky buddy who executes Rosa right there and then to avenge Patrick’s family. Some random worker at the hospital manages to call the police to report the Vendetta and when Ramil catches him, he almost beats him to dëäth if not for Cardo’s intervention. At the canteen in the city hall, Councilor Gina picks another fight with Grandma Flora on account of the recent incident involving the Vendetta.
Flora indulges Gina as she continues to accuse her grandson and his group of going on another k!lling spree. Virgie is distressed because her husband still hasn’t returned home until now and JP strives to calm her down. Teddy shows up at camp Crame to ask some cops about Morales. Marquez happens to see him and he gives him a ridiculous dëäth glare.
For no apparent reason, the Vendetta continue to linger unwisely in the hospital. After all this time, Cardo now alerts the others to leave because of the police. Grandma Flora is distressed on account of how her family and business is now being shunned by the public.
Terante is notified of the location of the Vendetta and he sets off with his men. Over the phone, Lucas demands that he doesn’t let anyone escape. Too bad for him though as the Vendetta manage to escape the hospital a crucial moment before the arrival of the police.
The look on Terante’s face suggests that he wants to cry or something. Anyway, Cardo decides to take his comrades to the so-called peaceful town of Santo Niño. Lucas is upset to learn that Cardo and the Vendetta had gotten away again and over the phone, he berates Terante for the zillionth time and demands his presence in his office immediately.
