After making Pinky lose face and having been rushed to the hospital following the bløødy incident, psyçhø Shannon successfully frames Pinky and manipulates Miss Gao against her. Shannon goes ahead to try and commit süiçide once again because Windsor still refuses to leave Pinky.
To stop her, Windsor unwisely agrees to marry her immediately she leaves the hospital. On this account, Shannon tricks her dear brother into marrying her by hurting herself and threatening to commit süiçide. Windsor ultimately has to leave Pinky, the løvé of his life; Pinky to marry Shannon.
Jenny cooks up another scheme to cause trouble for Giselle and create an opportunity for Gordon’s return to Xu Feng. Pauline unwittingly gets her hands on damning evidence against Shannon and Jenny. Giselle agrees to reinstate Gordon into Xu Feng for the betterment of the company.
Pinky makes a quite pathetic attempt to reach out to Windsor after getting wind of his wedding date with Shannon.Pauline’s carefree attitude leads to the discovery of the conspiracy Shannon and Jenny had plotted against Pinky, leaving the Lin family in absolute disbelief.
Ethan storms the Gao residence to expose the perfectly crafted lies of psyçhø Shannon, leaving both Windsor and Giselle in absolute disgust. As Shannon desperately tries to do damage control, Windsor reaches out to Pinky. Pauline begins to fall out with her mother.
Psyçhø Shannon struggles to get Windsor to herself even after manipulating him into marrying her. Betsy falls for Jenny’s act. Jenny comes up with another cunning scheme to get on the good side of the Hongs and strives to win them over. She then cooks up another scheme with Shannon against Pinky and Windsor.
Following Windsor’s sudden disappearance, Giselle makes a rather rash decision. Windsor gives Miss Gao a reality check and exposes Jenny to Shannon before leaving home. Jack remains reluctant to take over the General Manager position.
The Hongs and the Lins finally return to their original residences. Ethan makes known his intention to Miss Gao in regards to Pauline/Mini. Shannon soon realizes that making Windsor marry her is a no win for her because he spends all his time with Pinky.
Pinky returns to Dr. Queen, only to have another encounter with Shannon. Jenny continues to suffer the symptoms of her condition and her entire world is shaken to the core after she’s diagnosed by a doctor. Windsor demands a divorce barely a day after getting married after he learns that Shannon had only tricked him.
Pinky finally discovers the whereabouts of Windsor. Jenny manages to get back into the Hong Villa but due to her current situation, she’s compelled to sell off Venus. Miss Gao gives Jenny an offer she can’t afford to turn down.
Pinky resorts to putting up a show with Jack for Shannon’s benefit. Jenny confronts Pinky over her so-called reunion with Jack and Pinky puts her in her place and chances upon a shocking discovery. Jenny strives to make the best of the little time she has left with her dear son.
Psyçhø Shannon actually reaches out to Pinky to get Windsor back and makes a spectacle of herself. After Jenny is diagnosed with stomach cancer, her illness becomes key to having her and Pinky rekindle their friendship.
Miss Gao beats herself up over Shannon’s mental breakdown as Shannon ends up going crazy for real this time in her desperate attempts to get Windsor to be with her. The Lin couple treat Jenny with absolute hostility when she tries to make amends. Meanwhile, Psyçhø Shannon literally takes to the streets in search of Pinky and she gets into an altercation with Jack and Jenny.
