Pinky Finds Miss Gao’s Daughter. Shirleen Teams Up With Pinky To Expose Jenny.
Psyçhö Shannon actually has the guts to confront Mrs. Lin about the 10 million Pinky had supposedly stolen from her mother. At Dr. Queen, Pinky hangs out with Windsor and decides to finally fight back against Jenny’s unending schemes. A moment later, she goes to see Shirleen at home to check up on her.
In spite of Betsy’s interference, Pinky prompts Shirleen to reach out to her once she remembers the button she had grabbed on to on that fateful day. While Betsy drives Pinky out of the house, Shirleen recalls how she had grabbed onto the button of her ättaçker.
At the Gao residence, Windsor has an exchange of words with Shannon regarding the stunt she had pulled at the villa. Miss Gao puts a stop to the argument and for some reason decides to take her mental daughter’s side. Ethan takes Pauline out and treats her to some great noodles at a certain restaurant.
Pauline recounts how her uncle and aunty have been fighting over someone called Mini. Pinky comes upon the scene and takes note of a green colored ring on Pauline’s finger. After calling Windsor on the phone and briefing him about how she found Miss Gao’s Mini, Pinky fills in her brother.
Shirleen calls Jenny on the phone to tell her about how she could identify her ättaçker through the perfume the person was wearing. Jenny gets worked up and she hurries home to dispose of all of her perfumes before hurrying back to work. Shirleen happens to be getting her eyesight back gradually and she decides to keep it a secret from everyone else in order to find proof to expose Jenny as her ãssaülter.
Ethan drops off Pauline home just then and is met with hostility from Betsy as usual. He cautions her to be nice to Pauline since she might be Miss Gao’s daughter. Pinky and Windsor go to see Miss Gao at Xu Feng to tell her of how Pauline could be the daughter she’s long thought of to be dëâd.
Giselle gets worked up over the discovery and she goes to confront Gordon about it. They happen to talk inside the office of Xu Feng where Gordon reluctantly admits that Pauline is actually Mini and thus Giselle’s daughter. Giselle gets quite emotional over it and refuses to keep things under wraps.
It doesn’t take long for Miss Gao to go to the Hong residence with Pinky and Windsor in search of Pauline. Betsy gives them hell, makes mockery of them and frustrates their efforts. Pinky and Windsor decide to head out in search of Pauline. Ethan also goes around the places he had taken her to earlier but all to no avail.
Shirleen continues to play blind and her suspicion of Jenny being the one who had åttaçked her and stolen the house deed intensifies. Miss Gao stares at the old photo of herself and baby Mini as she reflects on some encounters with Pauline. Gordon has a talk with his wife and proposes that they get a divorce already if she won’t be able to forgive him for his shortcomings.
Betsy berates him and asks him to go and spend the rest of his life with ‘that witch’. Gordon asks for her to give back Pauline first and Betsy shôòts back at him, saying that she would never tell him even if she knew where Pauline is. Jack arrives home to another one of his parents’ arguments and when he learns of Pauline’s disappearance, he decides to go out in search of her.
Gordon makes a solemn vow not to let Betsy off so easily if anything happens to Pauline. After he leaves, Betsy begins grumbling over how she would only go and pick up Pauline from her friend’s place once Giselle pays her back. Jenny listens in and makes sense of what she’s just heard.
Ethan questions Jenny about Pauline’s whereabouts and urges him to tell her where Betsy had hidden Pauline. Though initially reluctant to cooperate, Jenny gives Ethan some hints regarding where Betsy had taken Pauline. She does so not from the goodness of her heart but because she acknowledges that she owes Ethan a lot. Pinky makes a futile attempt to get Betsy to tell her where Pauline is.
Betsy walks out of Pinky and as she turns to leave, Shirleen shows up to ask about Pauline’s disappearance and whether her mother really has a hand in it. Pinky insinuates that Betsy is probably hiding something from them, though she agrees with Shirleen that she isn’t capable of doing something to hürt Pauline.
Shirleen recounts how she had played Jenny and led her on. Pinky is delighted to learn that she’s started to regain her eyesight.Shirleen swears Pinky to secrecy and charges her to keep everything between them a secret so she can continue watching Jenny.
She apologizes to Pinky for misjudging her and reveals that she would keep pretending not to see until she gets solid evidence against Jenny. Shirleen declares that she must bring the one who ãssaülted her to justice. On this note, she asks Pinky to help her out with her plan. Pinky stares in disbelief and is quite dumbfounded.
