General Borja Suffers At The Hands of Terante’s Hounds After His Botched Escape Attempt. Grandma Flora & Virgie Are Distressed Over The Safety of Their Families.

So we really need to act fast.” While Lucas and his blasted allies have a feast together at the Palace, Terante has another confrontation with Hipolito and they even issue threats against each other as usual.
Grandma Flora calls Billy to ask for updates on her brother’s whereabouts, only to learn that he had been taken out of camp Crame and detained elsewhere. Margie is worried about the situation of Flora and her family and she chastises her sister when she badmouths them as usual. Flora is appalled with the illegal detention of Delfin and she asks Billy to call her as soon as he hears anything.
Speaking of, Delfin deliberates on his situation and considers finding a way to escape. Back at the Palace, Lucas and his wretçhed son continue to connive together with their shady business partners. Rosa throws a fit and curses at her missing kids as she struggles to do the house chores while her blasted boyfriend sleeps comfortably on the sofa.
Nick worries about the mess that is likely to come if Rosa finds out the truth and reports the Vendetta to the cops. Still, Efren is confident that the shæmelëss woman wouldn’t do that unless she wants the cops to discover her illëgâl drüg operations. Speaking of, Rosa has a hunch that Patrick and Marie are hiding her kids at their house. Back in the Palace, Lucas announces Senator Albert Hernandez as his vice president.
Lucas has VP Hernandez join them at the table and the guy expresses his utmost support and loyalty for the president. When asked about the mission he had been given, Terante promises to do everything to squeeze the truth out of Delfin and find out everything about the Vendetta as soon as possible. Hipolito taunts him, saying that he better make sure of that. Lucas and the others break into laughter and Hipolito gladly joins them to mock Terante some more.
The members of the Vendetta have breakfast with President Hidalgo and his daughter. Aubrey expresses her appreciation to the group again and Oscar introduces everyone to her. At the holding facility, the goons bring Delfin his meal and as he eats, he takes notice of the guñs they’re carrying and hopes to get enough strength to escape.
Councilor Gina causes a ruckus in the mayor’s office with another one of her antics against the Vendetta and those connected to them. Yolly, Elmo and Wally soon drop off the mayor’s food and when Gina begins making a scene with her blasted whistle again, Elmo grabs one of the whistles and retaliates.
Having heard enough uproar for one day, Mayor Adonis calls for order and tries to reason with the councilor. One of Gina’s minions then comes over to give her a suspicious looking bag which doesn’t get past Elmo and the others. In the meantime, General Borja feigns sickness in order to ensure his escape.
When a goon comes to check up on him, Delfin takes advantage of a distraction to blindside and knock down the crook. He then picks up his güñ and aims but then his hesitation to do what’s necessary leads to him getting caught. After he’s disarmed, the goons beat him up to their satisfaction.
Virgie continues to worry about her husband’s critical articles against Lucas’ administration, and the fact that JP is insistent on helping out his father doesn’t help matters at all.
“Maybe it’s time for you to stop,” Virgie urges her husband. “Please stop before they find out that you’re the one writing all those articles against them.”

Margie has an exchange of opinions with the mayor over the Vendetta and Teddy’s newspaper article questioning Lucas’ administration. Lucas has a talk with his son about the contradictory reports of some of the media personnel, and he plots with Brandon to control the media and use them to manipulate the minds of the public and destroy Oscar’s reputation in the process.
With Ana and Aye bored inside the house, Aubrey decides to lighten them up with a drawing exercise.
The goon who had been overpowered by Delfin is made mockery of by his partners in crime..Cardo worries about his family’s safety since he suspects that Lucas would probably go after them. He’s distressed over the fact that he can’t contact them lest he risk exposing the current location of the group in the process.
President Hidalgo sympathizes with him and admires him for sacrificing so much for their fellow countrymen. He says they need to keep their hopes up and keep praying for things to work out for the best.
“You’re our only hope to get through all this,” our favorite hero states. “So we really need to act fast.”
“I agree, Cardo.”
Aubrey sits inside with Alyana and recounts the terrible tragedy that had befallen her family. She struggles to cope with it all and Alyana resolves to give her comfort. Grandma Flora worries about the safety of her brother and hopes that he can come back home soon. And Cardo too.
While the guys report back to the commander about their stakeout, Patrick hurries over to announce how Jerome and Soriano have been included in the manhunt of the police for the Vendetta. Greco goes on a stakeout with George, and he has a talk with him, hoping that once President Hidalgo returns to the Palace, he would hire them as his bodyguards.
Aubrey and Alyana proceed to entertain the kids with the drawing exercise. Marie begins to get suspicious of her brother’s behavior and indifference towards Ana and Aye. Patrick’s excuse is that he just wants to get rid of the kids because he’s honestly worried about their safety. Teddy has a talk with Billy over the phone about General Borja’s situation and learns that they have no idea where he’s being detained.
On that note, Virgie fears for the safety of her family. At the Dalisays, Wally, Elmo and the others worry about the trying times facing their family. Flora encourages everyone not to lose hope as she states that all their prayers will be answered. Meanwhile, the disgruntled goon confronts Delfin in his cell and begins choking him with a rope.
