Emman faces more obstacles in his search for Robbie. Celine continues to dwell on the striking connection between Lester and Robbie. Sam and Emman come up with a new lead and resolve to keep it from the shady Major Francisco.
Amelia and her partners in crime make preparations for Lester’s heart transplant, and Franco beefs up security to secure the facility from intruders. Emman, Sam and Celine discover the hospital the operation is set to take place in.
Emman refrains from calling for backup since he can’t be sure about who can be trusted. Celine makes a fatal blunder. Amelia makes ready with her team to initiate her sinister design. Anton tips off Franco about Emman’s presence in the area.
With the transplant operation ongoing, Emman and Sam sneak into the heavily guarded facility at Saint Jude’s Hospital, and they make deliberate attempts to fulfil their mission. Franco strives to evacuate Amelia and Lester amidst the ensuing chaos, though Emman manages to shöôt one of the escapees as Sam fights to the dëāth.
Amelia and her team manage to get away from their attackers, and Araceli is fortunate enough to have her vital organs intact. Emman charges agent Marquez to keep a lookout for the female suspect with a günshøt wound on her back. There’s more trouble for Emman with Caloy’s attempted escape from police custody in the hospital.
The NIA discover a grave of deãd bodies in the premises of the facility which tends to aggravate Emman and Celine as they fear for the gruesome fate their son might meet. Emman gives the police a description of Franco and it’s made out into a cartographic sketch to aid in their search.
Celine becomes even more suspicious of Anton and his family as she begins to suspect that they’re involved in everything that has happened to her son. Anton strives to curtail Celine’s suspicion of his family. An ominous conversation with Amelia and a telltale sign of Araceli’s günshøt wound intensifies Celine’s suspicion of the Hernandez family.
Based on initial investigation, the NIA is inclined to believe that illegal medical procedures were conducted at Saint John’s Hospital. Emman, Sam and Celine discover evidence connecting Anton’s family to the infamous hospital and the organ trafficking syndicate.
Celine informs Emman of her suspicions. In spite of the countless setbacks, Amelia remains determined to proceed with the transplant. She makes plans to get her hands on all the surgical instruments and machines, to hell with the number of people who die as long as her son lives.
After Amelia successfully manages to extend the life of her son, Anton sees to it that the boy’s remains is found, with the sole purpose of making Celine and Emman finally part ways. An unfortunate incident compels Colonel Manzano to have Sam and Marquez terminated.
For some reason, General Leo intervenes. Team Emman discover more clues connecting the Hernandezes. Amelia and Araceli catch Celine snooping around Lester’s bedroom.
A boy’s cadaver is found somewhere and Emman and Celine are devastated to learn that it matches the DNA and dental records of Robbie.
Celine gets quite emotional after going to see Lester and Amelia eavesdrops on a troubling conversation between her and her mother. Sam and Marquez tend to get suspicious upon discovering information about the heart transplant Anton had undergone years ago. Meanwhile, Emman and Celine strive to cope with their son’s tragic fate.
