Lucas & His Cohorts Plot Against General Borja & Cardo & The Vendetta Rescue Him From Mortal Danger.
General Terante takes his oath as the new PNP chief and makes a solemn proclamation against the allies of Cardo and the Vendetta. Lucas begins to earn big money from his shady business dealings and soon comes to know of the disappearance of Jerome and Soriano.
The members of the Vendetta secure their hideout in Baseco and plan to rectify their country’s situation and fight Lucas’ corrupt system. Terante wastes no time to take out his grudge against General Borja by seizing him for supposedly conniving with Vendetta.
Melba and Efren decide to let Ana and Aye stay with them in order to protect them from their abüsive mother, though Patrick resolves to treat the kids with hostility. Lucas and Hipolito make deliberate attempts to tarnish the good name and record of President Hidalgo.
Following his imprisonment for no valid reason, General Borja tends to get distressed over the terrible plight of his beloved country. When Rosa begins searching for her kids, Marie and her brother Patrick are compelled to lead her on.
The unsettling news of Delfin’s arrest reaches the Arevalos and Grandma Flora and her family. Billy and his buddies strive to figure out where General Borja is being held. As Lucas feasts with his allies, Hipolito has another unfriendly encounter with Terante.
Grandma Flora reaches out to Billy in regards to Delfin’s whereabouts. Oscar introduces the members of the Vendetta to his daughter. Terante vows to squeeze the truth out of Delfin.
Lucas appoints himself another ally of his as his vice president. Councilor Gina causes a ruckus in the mayor’s office. Delfin begins to suffer at the hands of Terante’s hounds, and his attempt to escape doesn’t go so well.
Virgie continues to worry about her husband’s critical articles against Lucas’ administration, even as Lucas and his cohorts plot to control the media and use them to manipulate the minds of the public and destroy Oscar’s reputation in the process.
While Aubrey struggles to cope with the terrible tragedy that had befallen her family, Grandma Flora worries about the safety of her brother. Marie begins to get suspicious of her brother’s behavior and indifference towards Ana and Aye. Delfin is tormented again by his abductors.
Terante remains persistent in his attempts to make Delfin talk. With General Borja out of the way, Homer designs a scheme to make Lucas favor Hipolito over Terante. Delfin defies Terante and pays for it. Jerome tries to contact General Borja to assess the situation back home, only to learn of his terrible fate.
Billy, Chikoy and Vargas strive to get some information on Borja’s whereabouts. As soon as Cardo has knowledge of his grandfather’s plight, he rallies the Vendetta to go and rescue him. Lucas gives the vice president an order of grave significance.
Cardo and his comrades head for Manila, more than ready to face the enemy head-on. Aubrey begins to make good use of her time by helping out Ana, Aye and the other neighborhood kids with their studies.
Teddy remains determined to fight for the truth in spite of his wife’s misgivings. Flora makes an audacious move in a desperate bid to find her brother and she comes face-to-face with the rotten General Terante.
Lucas and inner circle solidify their control over the government as they make it their habit to eliminate potential threats around them.
Hipolito puts things in place to finalize a lucrative business deal with an illegal mining company.
Lucas upholds himself as the new law and pays Delfin a visit to rub it in his face. Terante’s hounds put Delfin’s life in danger as they persist with their attempts to make him give in. Billy and his team have an unfriendly encounter with a powerful ally of Lucas.
Cardo and his comrades begin to shadow General Terante in an attempt to discover the location where General Borja is being held. While Lucas and Brandon strive to get a hold of Terante, his hounds resolve to a sinister scheme to compel General Borja to give into their demands.
With their cover blown, Cardo and the Vendetta resort to a high-speed chase and a guñfight to get to General Terante. Eventually, our favorite hero and his comrades entrap Terante and compel him to give up the whereabouts of General Borja.
Despite Virgie’s uneasiness, JP insists on helping his father with his fight against the rotten government and it’s unending injustices. General Borja finally agrees to tell Lucas of the truth he so desperately seeks. Cardo and the Vendetta waste no time to storm the holding facility to save Delfin.
The incompetence of George enables a wounded Terante to escape. .Lucas and Brandon refrain from going to the facility due to their inability to contact Terante. After being saved, General Borja encounters the members of the Vendetta, President Hidalgo inclusive.
As Terante ends up in a car accident, our favorite hero and his group safely return to their hideout with General Borja. Meanwhile, Lucas is enraged to learn of Genera Borja’s escape.
