Celine Makes A Shocking Connection Between Robbie & Lester. Emman Gets Another Chance To Rescue His Son. Amelia Frustrates Anton’s Calculating Plan To Save Robbie.
Sam feels responsible for what had happened to Caloy and Emman assures her that he would be fine. Celine soon comes over to announce that Caloy is in the clear now. Emman and Sam head inside to see him.
Sam gives Caloy reassurance of her promise and Celine notes that he and Emman are lucky to have a friend like Sam. With one man down, Emman and co are discussing their next line of action when Amelia shows up to make mockery of their fruitless search.
Amelia taunts Emman with the fact that one of his teammates is a wanted man. Emman insists that Caloy isn’t a criminal and had done nothing wrong but still, Amelia continues with her trash talking and even mentions that they could all get arrested for harboring a criminal.
Having heard enough, Sam shuts her up by revealing that Anton also knows about Caloy. A moment later, Amelia has an exchange of words with her brother on the matter. Anton argues that he wouldn’t have been able to keep a close eye on Emman and his companions if he had told on them.
Still, Amelia talks down at him some more and declares that her son would have a new heart at all cost. In the meantime, Franco asks Robbie to tell him what he wants to eat since it would be his last meal. The little boy cowers and doesn’t say a word. At the Hernandez residence, Anton brings Celine to see his nephew.
Lester asks Celine if she had come with Robbie and she replies in the negative. Lester asks if they’re going to find him and Celine assures him so and states that they would even be able to play again. Anton then urges him to focus on getting better so everyone around him would be happy.
A moment later, Celine and her mother have dinner with the Hernandez family. They talk about Lester’s condition and Celine is troubled to realize that he has the same rare blood type like her son Robbie. Celine asks Amelia about Lester’s donor and Amelia merely tells her that it’s against protocol to reveal such information as a doctor.
Arnold arrives home just then and when he’s asked to join the table for dinner, he turns down the offer and heads to his room. Later, Celine assures Anton that she would push through with her decision to marry him. However, she needs to find and be with her son first. After Celine has left, Anton joins his mother and sister.
Amelia worries that Celine is starting to suspect them because of the several questions she had asked about Lester earlier. Anton is indifferent and much to his sister’s dismay, he makes it clear that he would marry Celine no matter what happens. Amelia points out that Celine might eventually see the connection between Robbie’s disappearance to Lester’s transplant.
She says they would never be safe as long as Celine and her mother are with them. Anton then offers to leave for the states with Celine after their wedding and start their lives there. However, Araceli refuses to stand by and watch their family fall apart. Amelia then warns them not to blame her when Celine finds out about the whole truth.
Meanwhile, Emman apologizes to Sam for hurting her feelings and Sam tells him that he hadn’t done anything wrong. She assures him that she would eventually heal. Sam wants to keep helping Emman to find his son since that would make him extremely happy. Emman states that he also wants the very same thing for her – for her to be happy.
While Arnold enjoys the bread rolls Analyn had sent him, Analyn treats Bernie’s wounds and all the while scolding him. Meanwhile, Emman takes a critical look of the leads he’s been able to gather so far and eventually deduces where he can find Robbie – in Alegre. Colonel Manzano reprimands Sam for harboring Caloy who’s wanted by the law.
Sam assures him that he’s innocent and she recounts how he had saved her on one occasion. She says Caloy can be an asset to their organization. The colonel then tells her to come up with enough concrete proof if Caloy is indeed innocent. Emman hits the road with his father and heads for the province of Alegre which is a town in West Dumapay.
Amelia calls Franco and charges him not to give her anymore problems. Early the next morning, Emman and Nick stake out a large building in Alegre which they suspect to be the hideout of the syndicate. A van soon pulls over but it turns out to be a false lead since it’s just a family.
As fate will have it, Franco and his men drive by Emman as they transport Robbie to their destination. Emman happens to recognize the plate number of the van as the very same one that had taken Robbie. Emman quickly gets into the car with his father and they begin tailing the goons. It doesn’t take long for them to be made out.
Franco pulls a fast one on them and fires at them, compelling Emman and Nick to take cover. Emman swerves out of the road and out of harm’s way, though Nick gets grazed by a büllêt. Franco and his men manage to escape. Araceli tells her daughter that she wants them all to move on and start over as a family after everything is done.
Amelia mentions that they would never be able to move on as long as Celine and Linda are part of their family. Also, their family secret wouldn’t be safe with them around. Araceli says there’s nothing they can do about it. Nevertheless, she would make sure that neither Arnold nor Celine would know about their secret because she would take it to her grave.
Anyway, Anton happens to find another perfect match for Lester from their partners in India.
Sam brings Caloy some food and apologizes for the trouble. She assures him that he wouldn’t be taken straight to jail after he’s discharged from the hospital. Caloy makes light of the situation and asks her to come and visit him if he ends up going to jail.
At the Hernandez residence, Anton informs his sister about his discovery and offers to fix the document of the kid so they can fly him over. However, Amelia refuses to delay her son’s transplant operation. Anton makes a quite pathetic attempt to get his sister to consider his suggestion. Amelia rants about the long process of smuggling in the donor from India.
She worries that they might get caught by the authorities so she refuses to gamble with the life of her son. As Anton looks on hopelessly, Amelia taunts him with how he wants to save Robbie in order to be Celine’s hero. To spite her brother, she declares that the transplant will push through and that’s final. Anton is evidently frustrated.
