“It’s my grandchildren who are the victims here. Ricardo Dalisay? How come? Does Ricardo Dalisay come to this school? Is he studying here? Is he a student in this school? These children will not move out of this school. Have a pleasant day.”
Melba and Efren wish Cardo and the Vendetta the best of luck in their mission. Lucas continues to put on a show of fake concern for Aubrey in front of the press, and even promises to take care of her once she recovers. In Baseco, the members of the Vendetta get onboard a boat to leave for Manila.
In the meantime, the school principal asks Elmo to have the kids transferred to another school because their relation to Cardo has got some parents worried and fearing for the safety of their wards.The Vendetta continue their journey to Manila. Once they get to the hospital, they plan to make their move after visiting hours is over.
Aubrey fears for her safety because of the PSG officials Lucas has assigned to supposedly protect her. On that note, she takes off her IV drip and struggles to get out of the bed. She stumbles to the floor and has difficulty getting up because of her weakened state. As fate will have it, a nurse chances upon her.
Aubrey pleads with the nurse not to tell anyone that she’s recovered yet because her life is in danger. While George’s family pray for the safety of Cardo and the Vendetta, and for their mission to be fulfilled, Aubrey manages to convince Nurse Lisa to give into her wishes. When asked about the people making an attempt on her life, Aubrey merely says that it would be better for her not to know.
She then pleads for her help to escape the hospital. The nurse is compelled to cover for Aubrey when the doctor comes to check up on her. At the Dalisays, Elmo informs Grandma Flora about the decision of the school principal. Flora declares that the kids would not transfer schools.
She would have a talk with the principal herself because being a former teacher herself, she’s aware of the school regulations. Nurse Lisa joins her coworkers at the nurse station and she gets all jittery as they discuss about Aubrey’s condition.
Cardo and the Vendetta finally arrive at the port in Manila, and they waste no time to get in their jeeps and begin heading for the hospital. Cardo and Ramil take turns to radio President Hidalgo and convince him not to show himself to anyone when they get to their destination. Our favorite hero promises that they would rescue his daughter safely.
At the hospital, Nurse Lisa confesses Aubrey’s unconscious act to the doctor. Conveniently enough, Lucas just so happens to be at the hospital visiting some of the patients so the doctor takes the nurse along to tell him of the ‘good news’. Grandma Flora arrives at the school with Elmo, only for some parents to begin gossiping about their family.
Elmo tries to go and confront them but Flora merely tells him to ignore them. She has the kids show them the principal’s office and once there, Flora pleads her case.
“I know the student rights of the children that you want to expel,” Flora declares.
The principal argues that it isn’t the first time that there’s been a disturbance in school because of the children in her care.
“That’s because our children are being bullied by the other kids,” Elmo points out.
“It’s my grandchildren who are the victims here,” Flora continues. “So what happened to the students who were bullying them?”
“We have applied the sanctions that are called for,” so says the principal. “I received a petition signed by some of the parents, that you transfer your children because they’re afraid of Vendetta.”
Flora is exasperated. “Do you honestly believe that my grandchildren are capable of hurting those bigger bullies?”
“It is your grandson Ricardo Dalisay who we are afraid of.”
“Ricardo Dalisay?” Flora says in disbelief. “How come? Does Ricardo Dalisay come to this school? Is he studying here? Is he a student in this school?”
“But ma’am..”
“These children will not move out of this school, and if you will insist on it, word will certainly reach the school superintendent. Have a pleasant day.”
The doctor informs Lucas and Brandon about Aubrey’s recovery and how she’s been deceiving everyone because of the fear for her life. Lucas feigns concern and relief to know that Aubrey has finally recovered. In no time, he goes to see her to make some bogus promise and Aubrey keeps up with her act all the same.
Cardo and the Vendetta have arrived outside the hospital and Alyana insists on going in to find out where Aubrey’s room is. Bubbles then offers to go with her. Flora and Elmo counsel the kids to ignore all those who badmouth them and their family and just focus on their studies so people would realize that they’re not a violent family.
Pacquito promises not to fight back at the bullies. While the Vendetta lurk outside the hospital, Lucas and Terante interrogate Nurse Lisa about everything Aubrey had said to her. After the nurse is gone, Lucas orders Terante to get rid of her in case she knows something that might bring them down.
As Alyana and Bubbles make their way into the hospital, Terante informs Lucas about his plan to eliminate Aubrey and pin the blame on the Vendetta as usual. The mürdērous intent can best be carried out outside so Lucas assures him that he would make the doctor approve of Aubrey’s ‘transfer’ to another hospital.
Alyana and Bubbles slip into the hospital and begin their search for Aubrey’s room, just as Aubrey is being taken out for the supposed transfer. Billy and his men discuss Lucas’ grievances against General Borja, Cardo and the Vendetta. Chikoy speculates that the people assigned to protect Aubrey might be planning something and teaming up with the enemy.
Alyana and Bubbles decide to take the stairs to the fourth floor to avoid the police, only to run into some soldiers. Fortunately, they’re able to maintain their cover. Eventually, they get to the fourth floor and learn of Aubrey’s ‘transfer’ to another hospital. Cardo is getting impatient and worried since the girls haven’t returned until now.
He decides to wait a while longer and if Alyana and Bubbles still haven’t shown up, then the group would have to move in. George’s family discuss about the ongoing mission of the Vendetta, with Melba hoping that the guys would successfully rescue Aubrey before someone else gets to her.
Back at the hospital, Aubrey is carried into a waiting ambulance while Alyana and Bubbles strive to get out and return to the group. The members of the Vendetta duck and take cover as some police cars speed by with the ambulance. In no time, the girls regroup with group and when Alyana informs Cardo that Aubrey is being transferred to another hospital, our favorite hero realizes that it’s just a front for their enemies to execute their plans.
On this note, Cardo notifies the others and the chase is on. Oscar can’t help but to express his worries for his daughter’s safety.
“I know you’re just waiting for an opportunity to see your daughter again, Oscar,” Lucas thinks to himself. “But I will not give you that opportunity. You’re never gonna see Aubrey ever again. And you will follow her to the grave.”
The police cars leading the ambulance stop at a bridge, and the nurses begin to wonder what’s going on. As Cardo and his comrades take their positions to observe, the policemen and the PSG guards start heading for the ambulance. Aubrey continues to feign unconsciousness, and the episode concludes with Cardo seething and taking aim.
