Jenny Successfully Exposes Shannon’s Real Identity. Ethan Rescues Pauline. Pinky Shocks Jack With The Terrible Truth.
Jack calls Shannon (Pinky) on phone to tell her to come back home since she’s alone with Windsor. He threatens to storm the Gao residence, and Shannon asks Jack if he doesn’t trust her. Jack declares that he doesn’t trust her and Windsor.
He then gives her 30 minutes to come back home before hanging up. Shannon vows to make Jack go through the same pain that she suffered. Outside the villa, Jenny meets up with Betsy to reveal that Shannon is having an affair with someone.
Jenny tells Betsy that Windsor and Shannon are not real brother and sister. She reveals that she had seen Windsor and Shannon on a date. She then tells her that Shirleen suspects them too, and that Pinky is not deãd yet.
Betsy thinks she’s spouting arrant nönseñse, even as Jenny asks why the Lins had suddenly let Jack go when they had been so determined to have him arrested. She insinuates that the Lins must have found out that Pinky is alive.
Betsy refuses to believe it still, so Jenny promises to prove her suspicions. Before leaving, she asks Betsy to make a glass of honey water for Shannon and then she would know the truth. Betsy then remembers that Pinky had been allergic to honey.
Jack is tormented by his own föôlish imaginations of Shannon and Windsor making out and in no time, he shows up at the Gao residence to take away his fiancée. He meets Miss Gao who agrees to help him get a loan from some friends of hers.
The properties that Jack would pledge would go to the loaner if he fails to pay up in due time. Jack gladly agrees to the deal. He soon receives a phone call from his mother, telling him to buy her some honey on his way home. Shannon overhears.
The next morning at the Hong villa, Pauline nags her aunty and uncle to buy her a wedding dress. She gets excited about getting married when Gordon agrees to consider her request. Mr. and Mrs. Lin makes deliberate efforts to arrange a date for their son but Ethan bluntly refuses to go through with it.
Betsy is delighted to learn that Pauline would soon be married off to some guy, and once that happens, her life would be so peaceful. In no time, Pauline arrives at her uncle’s office and she’s introduced to Mr. Liu Bin. As she nags Gordon about Pinky’s brother, Liu manages to convince her to go out with him for some steaks.
Ethan has a glimpse of Pauline with Liu before they slip out of the company, and he begins to wonder why he seems to feel uneasy about it. After having dinner, Pauline has Liu Bin drop her off at the Lin house.
She excitedly bids him goodbye, saying that she would be getting married to Pinky’s brother soon. Liu Bin gets upset and threatens to go and take compensation money from her uncle for going on a date with such an idiōt.
Pauline holds him off and tries to appease him with the loose change she has and Liu gets even more upset and tries to hit her. However, Ethan shows up just then to give him a pretty good beating before running him off.
Pauline embraces Ethan in relief and has him promise to always protect her. At the Hong Villa, Betsy coats all the food she’s prepared with honey in order to verify whether Shannon is actually Pinky. Shirleen couldn’t care less.
Shannon joins Betsy and Shirleen at the table and when she’s given a glass of honey water, she actually enjoys it to the disbelief of both mother and daughter. Shannon then begins eating and she commends Betsy’s cooking, saying that everything tastes better with a little bit of honey.
Shawn runs over and she feeds him some of the food and the honey water before she resumes eating heartily again. Without warning, Shawn has an allergic reaction to the honey and Shirleen rushes him to the hospital.
Betsy can’t seem to understand why Shannon hasn’t had any allergic reaction after eating so much honey. Eventually, she concludes that Shannon isn’t Pinky. Silently, Shannon taunts Betsy with how she had outsmarted her.
Apparently, she knew Betsy would test her so she had taken some anti-allergy medication in advance. After Jenny has been told off, she comes up with another scheme to expose Shannon’s real identity.
Shannon agrees to do a facial massage for her mother-in-law, just as Jenny calls Mrs. Lin to inform her of how Jack’s fiancée is dying in the hospital after getting into an accident. The Lin family get worked up when they hear of it, so Ethan tries to call Pinky’s cellphone to confirm whether Jenny had been telling the truth.
Shannon has left her phone in her room to attend to Betsy so she isn’t able to answer. On this note, the Lins hurry out of the house and head for the hospital and Jenny spies with satisfaction.
Jenny calls the Hong Villa and when Shannon answers, she announces that Pinky’s parents are dying in the hospital after having a car accident. Shannon gets worked up and drops the telephone and hurries out, abandoning Betsy.
A moment later at the hospital, the Lins arrive in a state of agitation in search of Pinky as Jenny spies nearby. Soon enough, Shannon also hurries inside to look for her parents. When they come face-to-face, Jenny makes her appearance.
Shannon faces off with Jenny and her family back her up since there’s no point crying over spilt milk. After a few more exchange of words, Jenny vows to make Pinky regret not dying in the ocean that day. Pinky isn’t that much bothered to have been exposed by her nemesis since she’s in the final stages of her rëveñge plan.
She would devastate the Hongs with the truth before she leaves the villa with her dignity intact and her head held high. Jack is working in his office when Jenny barges in and tries to make him believe that Pinky is still alive. He taunts her and laughs off Jenny’s claims of Shannon being Pinky.
Jack vows to never fall for her schemes or get back together with her. Also, he threatens to teach her a lesson if she dares slander the woman he lōvês. Shannon returns to the villa to give a flimsy excuse of why she had left Betsy and ran out of the house.
Betsy reprimands Shannon for abandoning her to supposedly attend to her mother. She tells Shannon that she can’t be rude to her just because her mother had loaned money to her son. Shannon gives her a piece of her mind and states that though she’s a senior of the family, she never acts like one.
Shannon declares that Betsy acts more like a child. After she storms off, Betsy begins grumbling and complaining about how Jack has no taste when it comes to women.Jack returns home and informs his fiancée about how he had thrown Jenny out of his office when she had come to talk a lot of bùll$hït.
Shannon indulges him and states that she doesn’t give a damn what they’re both up to. Jack seems confused. Right there and there, Shannon receives a phone call from Windsor and he taunts Jack who begins questioning her about their relationship. As Shannon makes mockery of him, Jack demands to know what is actually going on between them.
Shannon questions Jack about how he had abandoned her in the ocean and k!lled her unborn baby in the process. Jack is evidently confused. When he asks her who she really is, Shannon gets in his face and bluntly declares that she is Pinky.
Jack takes the revelation as a joke and admits that he had been freaked out by the act. Pinky then ups her game and bashes Jack and Jenny for abandoning her in the ocean to die. She calls Jack a cruel bãstârd.
Pinky gets physical with Jack and accuses him of k!lling her baby. When Jack can’t take anymore, he breaks her hold on her and declares that Pinky is deãd. He says Shannon is crazy and with that, he storms out of the room.
Pinky finds the situation amusing. Jack gets into his car and recalls the incident that fateful night. When he notices Pinky’s reflection in the rearview mirror, he actually hurries out of the car and runs off on foot like a mädmån. Pinky chuckles.
A moment later, Jack sits misërãbly somewhere and recalls his encounters with Shannon and begins to worry about the implication of her being one and the same with Pinky.
He also recalls the countless assets he had used as pledges to get the loans and he worries that if Shannon is really Pinky who had come back for rëveñge, then his family and their company are done for. The next morning, Pinky stares at a photo of her engagement with Jack and she makes mockery of him, silently stating that she’s back.
