After Celine asks a question of grave significance during dinner with the despicable Hernandez family, Amelia’s worries for her family’s safety intensifies.
In spite of Amelia’s misgivings for Celine to become a part of their family, Anton is still determined to marry Celine, to hell with the consequences. Araceli objects to her children’s suggestion to leave the city. Arnold receives a pleasant gift from Analyn. Celine finally reconciles with her mother.
With a bit of assistance from his father, Emman closes in on another lead and opportunity to find his missing son. Franco narrowly escapes capture. When Anton finds another perfect match for Lester, he tries to save Robbie so he can be seen as the hero in Celine’s eyes. Amelia refuses to give into the wishes of her brother, leaving Anton frustrated.
