Pinky Reunites With Her Family & Plots To Finalize Her Rëveñge. Jenny’s Suspicions of Shannon Intensifies.
Jenny believes that neither she nor Jack would be charged with the múrdęr of Pinky if she’s able to prove that Pinky is indeed alive. She begins to suspect that Shannon might be Pinky. At the Hung Vila, Shannon greets her mother-in-law to leave for work.
Betsy suggests that she should go and look for Jack and Shannon tells her to go and look for him herself since she’s always at home doing nothing. Betsy is appalled. Shirleen is amused by the exchange and as Shannon leaves, her mother begins complaining and Shirleen tells her that she’s met a worthy opponent who won’t let her take advantage.
Ethan informs his parents about his talk with Windsor and how he seemed to be covering up something. The Lins begin to suspect that Shannon is their very own Pinky and they can’t seem to understand why Miss Gao had married her to Jack.
Shannon (Pinky) finally decides to go and tell her family the truth since she’s in the final stages of her plan. At Shufon Group, Jenny asks Mr. Hung for one million in exchange for her help to prove that Jack hadn’t k!lled Pinky. To add to the deal, she would get back together with Jack and return to Venus. Gordon curses and refuses to believe her.
When he tries to kick Jenny out of his office, she tells him that she would come back once she has the evidence.Ethan lies in wait outside Venus and spies on Shannon as she heads inside. Jenny comes up behind him and catches him in the act. She tells him that she knows he’s also suspecting that Shannon is his sister Pinky. In no time, Jenny heads inside to confront Shannon about her suspicions.
She mentions that Ethan is lurking around outside and then tries to make her admit that she’s Pinky. Shannon denies it even as Jenny insists. Following an exchange of slãps between both women, Windsor shows up and reveals that he’s in lövê with Shannon, and that he isn’t Miss Gao’s biological son.
A moment later, Shannon receives a phone call from Jack and she makes it her mission to see to it that Ethan follows her. When she gets into her car and drives away, Ethan boards a taxi and follows. Shannon meets up with Jack, only for Ethan to show up and surprisingly enough, Jack agrees to go with him to the police station.
Shannon informs Mr. Hung about Jack’s arrest and tells him to hurry over to the police station while she goes to see the Lin family and try to convince them to settle. Mr. Lin is delighted to receive the news of Jack’s arrest.
He informs his wife about it and hurries out. Outside the police station, Mr. Lin runs into Gordon and taunts him with his son’s arrest. Shannon notifies Miss Gao about Jack’s arrest and Giselle decides to go with her to see her family and beg them for forgiveness Betsy hustles Jenny for her money as soon as she sets eyes on her at home.
Jenny tells her that she can prove Jack’s innocence. She says Pinky is alive but before she can get into any further details, she’s cut off by a phone call and learns of Jack being at the police station. In the meantime, Mrs. Lin runs into Miss Gao and Shannon outside her house and she’s taken by surprise when Shannon calls her “mom” and confirms that she’s really Pinky.
Shannon (Pinky) apologizes for returning so late as Mrs. Lin breaks down in tears. Inside the house, Pinky reveals all that had happened to her mother and notes that she hadn’t come back right away because she wanted to get rëveñge on Jack and his family.
Mrs. Lin asks Miss. Gao why she had kept her in the dark after knowing everything and Giselle apologizes, saying that she was afraid Pinky would have left her had she tried to stop her. Pinky pleads with her mother not to blame Miss Gao because she might have diëd on the streets had it not been for her help.
She remains determined to have her rëveñge on Jack in spite of her mother’s misgiving. Pinky convinces her mother to go to the police station and have Jack released. In no time, Jack is set free and when Ethan and Mr. Lin start harassing him, Mrs. Lin stops them and literally drags them along.
Jack and his father can’t seem to understand why the Lins had redrawn their statement against Jack. Mrs. Lin brings her husband and son to Miss Gao’s place to meet Shannon. They’re both surprised when Shannon calls Mr. Lin “dad”. Mrs. Lin tells her husband that Shannon is their very own Pinky.
After recovering from the shock, Mr. Lin begins bombarding her with questions. When Pinky admits that she hadn’t come back because she wanted to get rëveñge, Mr. Lin slãps her and laments over how devastated she had left them. Pinky goes on her knees and apologizes profusely and eventually, Mr. Lin reconciles with her in such a dramatic manner.
Miss Gao apologizes to the Lin family for keeping them in the dark about their daughter. Pinky assures her family that everything she did was solely based on her decision, so Miss Gao and her son aren’t to blame. She asks for a little more time to finish her rëveñge against those who hurt them. Ethan apologizes to his sister for conniving with Jenny against her.
Pinky calms her brother and vows to make sure that Jack and Jenny pay for their sins. Speaking of, Jenny arrives at the police station and she’s surprised to learn that the Lin family had redrawn their case against Jack and enabled his release. Jenny begins to suspect something fishy going on. At home, Jack enjoys a bowl of his favorite noodles his mother had made.
Betsy begins criticizing Shannon and Gordon reveals that Shannon had gone to beg Pinky’s family to have Jack released.Gordon asks his wife to be nicer to Shannon once she gets back. Pinky sits at the table with her family at home and considers going back to the Hung villa soon before they begin to suspect her.
However, they convince her to stay and have dinner together. Miss Gao is in a very somber mood due to having lost another daughter and Windsor consoles her. Jenny can’t seem to understand why Pinky’s family had let Jack go so easily. She thinks that if Shannon is really Pinky, then she must be having several secret meetings with her family.
