“Cardo, are we still going to abduct the president? Isn’t it too dangerous? Now that someone tried to ässãssiñate him, they’ll blame us again for what happened.”
President Hidalgo and First Lady Marissa gladly greet some batch mates of theirs and even introduce their children to them as well, ignorant of the looming danger that is the sniper currently targeting them. VP Cabrera comes over to greet the president, delighted with his appearance at the university. Meanwhile, Grandma Flora and her family move out of their house to live with Delfin in the nearby neighborhood, much to Councilor Gina’s dismay.
While the members of the Vendetta lie low at a nearby eatery, VP Cabrera breaks away from the president and his people to join his own classmates. In the meantime, Homer and Hipolito look forward to General Terante’s plan getting ruined so VP Cabrera would come running back to them for their services. At the university, Lucas gives a speech after receiving a recognition award, purposely to dishonor the Vendetta. He concludes his declamation to a warm reception.
Greco, Earthworm and Tadpole stand outside the university to survey the entire area. Back at the eatery, Cardo makes know his plan to the rest of the group – they would wait till the president’s event is over and once he’s outside, that’s when they would make their move. General Olegario charges the guys to try their best to make sure that no one gets hurt. Soon enough, Greco, Earthworm and Tadpole return to inform everyone of how the university is teeming with guards, officers, students and civilians.
Alyana desperately tries to reach her husband on the phone, all to no avail. She worries about his safety and that of the group and Bubbles cheers her up. .First Lady Marissa also receives her recognition award and after expressing her appreciation, she goes on about how she had created some of her fondest memories at the university and met the lövê of her life there. She then dedicates the award to her three children. Casillag looks around for any signs of danger.
Delfin has a talk with her sister about the situation on ground – he’s torn up between fulfilling his sworn duties as a law enforcer and pursuing Cardo and his comrades. Flora sympathizes with him and states that she’s sure he would do what is best for the majority while considering the safety of Cardo and Alyana. Delfin hopes to find enough solid evidence to pin down the true criminals, VP Cabrera and Hipolito.
President Hidalgo is introduced as the most outstanding alumni of the year, and he takes the stage to a great reception from the audience, the sniper still targeting him as he goes. Oscar reaffirms what his wife had said earlier and also dedicates the award to his family. He then calls them over to the stage. In the meantime, Lucas calls Terante and urges him to make his move already. Terante states that his sniper already knows what to do.
“He’ll k!ll the president first, he’ll k!ll the first lady, and then deal with his three children,” Terante declares.
“He better get to it,” Lucas grumbles. “This ends now.”
“Yes, sir.”
President Hidalgo and his family express their gratitude to the university for always providing quality education for the young generations bound to become the future leaders of their country.
Aubrey, Yohan and Gracey take turns proclaiming their dreams and aspirations for themselves and the country. As the Hidalgos come together for a group hug, Casillag notices a flicker of light coming off from the scope of the rifle in the other building and he notifies his men and springs into action.
The sniper begins firing but misses misërãbly. Casillag and his men shield the president as they lead him to safety amidst the commotion brought about by the sound of guñshöts. The members of the Vendetta set off for the university after hearing the guñshöts.
Danger literally looms in every corner of the university as Terante’s men are taken down by the police and the president’s guards. Lucas calls Terante to lament over how his sniper had failed. Terante assures Lucas that he has a backup plan and more men to get the job done. Casillag secures the president and his family in one of the rooms and having left a guard to protect them, he steps out to deal with the threats around.
VP Cabrera enters the room and when Oscar asks what’s going on, he incriminates the Vendetta as usual. The kids begin to make a fuss and Oscar assures them that they would be safe. Lucas regards them with absolute contempt and hopes that they all perish.
While the Vendetta are on their way to the university, Casillag tracks down the sniper and engages him in a guñfight.
Delfin is hanging out with Flora and the rest of the family when he receives a phone call from Billy, telling him about the attempted assåssiñatiøn of President Hidalgo at his homecoming event. Back at the university, Casillag takes on the sniper in a fistfight. He bests him and throws him down the stairs, pulls out his güñ and then finishes him right on the spot. The Vendetta finally arrive outside the university and strive to figure out what’s going on inside.
VP Cabrera convinces President Hidalgo to move out of the room with his family to a more ‘secure’ place. Oscar unwisely obliges and heads out with his family and security detail. They come across some goons who güñ down a couple of the guards before they’re taken down. Some other goons show up to ãttaçk and Casillag makes his return to güñ them all down.
Casillag assures President Hidalgo that they’re in the clear, only for a random goon to pop out of the civilians taking cover to ãttaçk.
Unfortunately, Casillag notices the threat a moment too late and resolves to shield the president with his body. He guñs the goon before he gives into his wounds and dies. As Oscar and his family are shocked with the turn of events, Lucas comes over to observe with such a frustrated look on his face.
General Borja and his men are en route to the university. Outside the school, the Vendetta decide to wait for their target to show so they don’t get caught in the crossfire. Once President Hidalgo and his family are safely escorted into a car and driven out, they begin to tail him.
The rotten VP Cabrera is also taken away by his men to ‘safety’. Soon enough, Delfin arrives with his men at the university where the casualties of the encounter have been rounded up. Lucas calls an officer on duty at the university and tries to convince him that Vendetta is responsible for the ãttaçk.
As the Hidalgos escape, Gracey woefully asks why they had to leave Casillag behind and Oscar states that he’s already gone, adding that he owes him his life for saving him. The kids begin worrying about the shøõters and Oscar assures them that their security would deal with them. Aubrey asks if VP Cabrera had been right all along – that Vendetta is the one responsible for all the chaos.
“Cardo, are we still going to åbduct the president?” Jerome asks as they continue their pursuit.
“Isn’t it too dangerous?” Soriano chimes in. “Now that someone tried to ässãssiñate him, they’ll blame us again for what happened.”
“Let’s not worry about that,” our favorite hero remarks. “We need to make sure to save their lives first.”
The news of the attempted assåssiñatiøn of the president goes viral. The Arevalos and Dalisays worry about the safety of their respective relatives in connection with the Vendetta who are rumored to be behind the ãttaçk. Hipolito and his men are delighted with how things turned out since they hope to get a chance to outshine General Terante. Meanwhile, President Hidalgo and his family are ambushed by another group of armëd men and Cardo and the Vendetta brace themselves for action.
