The episode begins with the authorities working the crime scene outside Grandma Flora’s house while Margie’s sister Charlene begins passing her nasty comments as usual. Inside, Delfin checks up on his sister and the rest of the family and Billy assures them that they would be kept safe from any further threats.
Homer and his dëāth squad return to the safe house pretty upset with their failed mission. The Scorpion plans to visit Cardo’s family again to force a confession out of them. The Dalisays deliberate on the mastermind behind the recent ãttaçk on them and Grandma Flora can’t help but to long for the moment when all their troubles would come to an end.
At the hideout in Baseco, Patrick steals through the sleeping members of the Vendetta and after failing to pull a fast one on the commander, he manages to steal George’s güñ and gets away with it. At camp Crame, Delfin and his men compare the CCTV footage of the hotel where William Celerio had been k!lled, to that of Flora’s neighborhood.
The guys point out that the group that åttaçked Grandma Flora’s house have the same body types as that of Homer’s gãñg. Still, General Borja says it’s not enough evidence. Billy hints at a connection between Homer and VP Cabrera, saying that Lucas might have deployed Homer and his men to hunt down Cardo for k!lling his son.
VP Cabrera confronts Homer and lashes out at him for failing him yet again and wasting the resources he had given. When Hipolito pleads for another chance for the guys, Lucas brandishes a güñ and vows to finish them off if they mess up again. Meanwhile, the Vendetta discuss their next line of action and Cardo lays out his plan to kidnäp the president.
Ramil is shocked while Tadpole and a few others fear the outcome of such a dangerous move. Cardo reaffirms his intention and states that they would find a way to kidnäp the president without anyone getting hurt.
At the palace, the president asks General Borja about Marco’s presence in Legarda during the encounter and Delfin tells him that only his father Lucas can answer that question since Perez had admitted that he had informed the vice president about the Vendetta’s location at the time. He then goes on about the ãttaçks on the Arevalos and his sister’s family.
President Hidalgo refuses to believe that VP Cabrera has a hand in what happened to Cardo and Alyana’s families so General Borja vows to prove that theory. To speak of, our favorite hero plans to eliminate the president if it is proven that he’s the mastermind behind all the corrupt practices in the country.
Hipolito charges Homer and his minions to tolerate the vice president until he gets a position in the government. When that happens, they would throw Lucas under the bus.
“I won’t give up just like that,” Lucas thinks to himself as he’s being driven somewhere. “I know that there are other ways to get you and your little group, Dalisay. No matter where you are, I will find you.”
Homer has a talk with his men and urges them to regain the trust of the vice president since he’s the one in power and superior to Hipolito. Delfin has another encounter with Lucas on his way out of the Palace. At the hideout, Alyana informs Diana and the others about her failed, misërãble attempt to talk her husband out of his reckless plan.
Diana then asks Jerome to call General Borja so he could stop what Cardo and the Vendetta are planning. Jerome notifies General Borja about the plan to kidnäp the president. He refuses to give up their location so Delfin urges him to talk to Cardo again and convince him not to push through with his plan.
George finally notices his güñ missing and goes around the house in search of it. When he asks his cousin Patrick about it, the guy plays dumb and stüpïd. While Jerome discusses with Soriano about an effective way to stop Cardo, Earthworm and Tadpole overhear and jump to conclusions and confront them.
Jerome and Soriano strive to make things clear but the guys refuse to listen. And that’s the beginning of another fight. The commander has the fight stopped and strives to restore order. Cardo is doing some laundry with the girls when Melba and Efren come to notify him of the altercation between his friends.
Our favorite hero hurries to the living room where he finds his police buddies. Jerome and Soriano explain what had actually happened and in order to prevent another altercation, they decide to leave the group. Patrick meets up with his drūg-dealing buddies and unveils the güñ he had stolen.
The crooks are all excited, even as Patrick declares that if anyone tries to get in the way of their operations, they would fight back for sure. Homer is eager to go after Cardo’s family again so he could use them to force Cardo and the Vendetta out of hiding. However, Hipolito objects to it since he doesn’t want the president to suspect VP Cabrera again.
On that note, he charges Homer to lie low for now. Grandma Flora comes to the Arevalo house to check up on Virgie and let’s slip the ordeal her family had gone through last night. Teddy is relieved that no one had gotten hurt and for the fact that General Borja has assigned some officers to watch over both their families.
Elmo and Paco insinuate that the ãttaçks could be the doing of VP Cabrera who probably wants to avenge his son’s dëāth. At the Palace, the president holds a meeting with his vice and some other officials, including General Borja.
VP Cabrera taunts General Borja with his fruitless investigation and hunts for Cardo and the Vendetta.
He suggests to the president that they intensify their campaign against the vigilantes by increasing the reward money and arming civilians to join the hunt. President Hidalgo is appalled. Having no shame, Lucas stoops low to use emotional blackmail, reminding the president of the countless people who have been ‘victimized’ by the Vendetta.
“Your days are numbered too, Oscar,” Lucas thinks to himself as he regards the president with absolute contempt. “If Vendetta doesn’t end up k!lling you, I will do it. With my bare hands.”
Aubrey has a talk with PSG head Harold Casillag about the recent troubling incidents. Casillag makes known his suspicion of the vice president. President Hidalgo has a one-on-one with VP Cabrera about the incident in Legarda involving his deãd psyçhö son Marco. He asks about how Marco had been able to figure out the hideout of Cardo and the Vendetta and Lucas evades the question and plays him for a fòöl.
In the meantime, Aubrey talks to her mother about Casillag’s suspicion of Lucas. When asked if she believes that Lucas is innocent of the allegations against him, Marissa spouts some nönseñse about how her uncle Lucas has already proven that he and Brandon had nothing to do with the tampering of the voting machines, as well as the kidnãpping of brother Lorenzo.
Like husband like wife. Imbecility does run in the family. Noel decides to take his girlfriend Marie to the mall by tricycle. While President Hidalgo graces an awarding ceremony for some promising youths, Marie goes shopping with Noel. Hipolito has a talk with VP Cabrera about their plans against the president.
He proposes that they lie low for the moment since one wrong move might taint their reputation again. Lucas agrees with him and hopes to use the president’s trust to help his son get out of prison. Lucas plans to use his eldest son to get revenge for Marco. Meanwhile, Marie compels Noel to buy some cups of coffee for her and her friends.
She shows the girls the photo she had taken of our favorite hero and swears them to secrecy. Cardo remains determined to have a one-on-one talk with the president so he could make known to him what the people in their nation have been going through. Soriano asks of his plan but Cardo refrains from giving any further details.
“We have different principles and viewpoints,” so says our favorite hero. “You guys are police officers who uphold the law. And us, we’re criminals who fight for the rights of every Filipino.”
Lucas comes to see Brandon in prison and makes known to him his worry of how the president might stop trusting him because of what happened to Marco. Brandon points out that there’s no cause for alarm. On this note, Lucas declares that the most important thing is for him to get acquitted so he can help him get ‘justice’ for his brother’s dëāth.
