Emman Suffers A Wrongful Conviction & Finally Reunites With His Son, Only To Lose Him Again In The Most Horrible Way.
The show begins with a man walking out of the Fortress East Bank, carrying bags of money and flanked by armed guards. After the money is delivered to a waiting armored truck, Dexter, one of the guards assigned to it, makes a suspicious phone call before joining his comrade.
As Emman drives the truck to its destination, Dexter begins asking about his son who is now under observation at a hospital after undergoing an operation. They soon come across a closed road and some construction men direct them to take a different route.
Emman obliges but after observing for a while, he grows suspicious and decides to turn back and get back onto the original route. Upset, Dexter pulls a güñ on him and tries to compel him to take them back to the other route since someone is waiting for them there.
Emman ignores his threats and resolves to speed ahead, garnering the attention of some officers in a patrol car. A high-speed chase is on and in no time, the guys are cornered by the police.
Dexter steps out of the van and guñs down a couple of officers and begins to make a run for it. Emman is also compelled to run off after making a quite pathetic attempt to reach out to the officers. He comes across Dexter and that’s the beginning of an unforgiving fistfight.
They’re evenly matched for a while until Dexter eventually takes down Emman and runs off as the police gain on them. Emman recovers and chases after Dexter. He catches up to him a couple of times, he bests him again and again and manages to slip away.
While Emman continues chasing after Dexter, they come to a point where they’re trapped by the police. Dexter jumps onto a moving boat in the river below and Emman does the same. The fight continues right there and as the police close in on them again, Dexter escapes by plunging himself into the river.
Emman is then apprehended and taken into custody. He’s processed and escorted into a jail cell. Three years later in the Alcala province, Emman works at a hotel with Bernie, his younger brother.
Emman helps his brother deal with some troubling guests and later sends him to pick up the cake he ordered for his son, Robbie. Caloy convinces some female guests to go jet skiing with him and after he leaves to get the watercraft ready, some guys come over and begin harassing the girls to go to a party with them.
Emman is compelled to step in and teach the perverts a lesson. He ends up in jail and begins worrying about his son’s birthday tomorrow. Nick convinces the police chief to have his son Emman released since he had just been standing up for the ladies.
Chief Galang lets Emman off with nothing short of a warning. Once they return home, the Salvador family discuss about the issue, with Bernie worried that his brother might have to spend some time in jail again like before if those guys press charges.
In Manila, Celine celebrates her son’s birthday with Anton her boyfriend. They all dine together and Robbie is eager to go to Alcala to see his father. Anton makes a pathetic attempt to convince Celine not to go to the province. A video call soon comes in from Emman.
After talking to his son, Emman stares at a photo of Celine and reflects on how he had met her when he had literally been on the brink of death. The next morning, he eagerly waits for Celine to show up with their son at the hotel. Emman is delighted when he reunites with Robbie, who later flaunts the medal he had won in a Muay Thai tournament.
Celine and Robbie are brought to the room where they would be staying in. Emman and Celine get all worked up when they find their son ill in bed.They begin arguing over what might have caused it and when Celine says it might be heat stress, Emman decides to fan Robbie with a book to help him cool down.
Fortunately, Robbie gets better and asks his parents if they’re okay. Nick and his boys gladly prepare for Robbie’s birthday party, only to learn that it’s been postponed to tomorrow.
Emman has a civil conversation with Celine. He asks about her boyfriend whom she’s now engaged to, and his relationship with their son.
Celine assures him that Anton is good to Robbie. Emman then thanks her for agreeing to visit and they begin bantering over their son. After Emman comes to learn of Celine’s upcoming wedding with her fianceé, he thanks her for letting him become a part of their son’s life in spite of their past.
A moment later, Celine finds Robbie missing and she alerts Emman. They search the hotel room and come to realize that he had been playing a prank on them. When they find him, they admonish him for his behavior.
Robbie convinces his mother to let his father stay over with them since he doesn’t get much time to be with him. The next morning, Robbie has a video call with Anton who gets all worked up and upset when he sees Celine in bed with her ex.
Anton has Robbie wake his mother up and when he questions her about what’s going on, Celine assures him that it isn’t what it seems like. Emman soon wakes up to hear Celine’s conversation with Anton. In Manila, Anton is working in the gym when a random guy hits him by accident. He gets upset and beats up the unfortunate guy mercilessly.
Back in Alcala, Celine overhears Emman questioning their son about his relationship with Anton. Emman soon takes Robbie to the park where they spend some quality time together. He notices a suspicious character hanging around.
Celine calls Anton on phone and strives to appease him when she figures that he’s still upset with her on account of the morning incident. Anton tries to talk her into cutting ties with Emman but Celine points out that they can’t deprive him of his right to be with his son.
She says she and Emman have settled their differences for their son’s sake. Anton gets worked up and urges her to erase him from their lives. Celine won’t be persuaded though.On his son’s request, Emman calls Celine and asks her to extend her stay for one more day.
Celine turns him down, saying that she has a ton of things to do back home. Emman assures his son that he would find other ways for them to spend some more time together.He later brings Robbie back to the hotel room and leaves to order some food from a nearby restaurant.
While Celine goes to take a shower, some masked goons sneak into the hotel. Emman has a glimpse of that suspicious hooded character from the park and he soon receives a phone call from Celine who informs him about their son’s disappearance. Emman chases after the hooded guy but he escapes in a waiting van.
Robbie is tied inside and held down by some goons as he cries out for help. Emman hurries to get his bike and gives chase, only to crash and lose them. Celine, the Salvadors and the police watch the CCTV footage of Robbie’s kidnãpping.
Upon seeing the footage of Emman going after the kidñappërs, Nick is confident that his son would be able to rescue Robbie. However, chief Galang receives a phone call about Emman being in the hospital.
Once they get there, an agitated Emman writes down the plate number of the van that had taken his son and urges the police to find him. Celine gets all worked up and she’s pretty inconsolable to learn that the kidñappërs had gotten away with Robbie. Emman comforts her and promises to find and rescue their son.
