“I was just dad’s errand boy back then. Following his every command, cleaning up his messes. But that day, I stood up for myself. Bbelieve me. I did not k!ll him. I am not a mürderêr. Please believe me.”
Karla asks Dan if he’s really okay with Rica getting to know Troy and Raven more and he replies in the positive and says that he would eventually get used to it, even if Rica starts calling the mayor ‘dad’.
Karla thanks him for all his effortsl0omm mm mm mm konm npoo9 and Dan tells him that she also needs to be okay with Troy for everything to work out. Meanwhile, Kyle reflects on his conversation with the man who claimed to have personally known Joseph Laurena.
Kyle learns of how Joseph and Alberto had embezzled the funds meant forl loo l the construction of the arts building. Allegedly, Joseph had been greatly affected by the collapse of the building and the dëåths it had caused so he had agreed to meet Philip Constantino on the rooftop to sort things out.
A car had arrived before Joseph could meet Mr. Constantino. It was mayor Troy Ramones. On this note, Joseph’s alleged lôvër insinuates that Philip didn’t commit suiçidë but was probably pushed to put an end to everything.
Bea sees an instapost of Pogs and Stella together and she begins wondering if they’re now official. Rica arrives at Balai Arkitektura to find Kyle and Axel deliberating on the note left behind by Joseph Laurena.
In school, Bea finds Pogs and Stella getting all cozy with each other and she confronts the former. After admonishing Pogs for getting her hopes up, she finally admits that she lōvês him too. And with that, she storms off, hurt that he hadn’t waited for her. Rica checks out the incriminating note and questions its authenticity.
Still, Kyle wants to hand it over to the police so they could continue the investigation. They get emotional and exchange a few choice words and Rica urges him to give her the chance to hear out the mayor first. She leaves the office in such a misërãble state as everyone looks on.
Outside the city hall, Bobby spies on his brother and cocks his güñ. After he conceals it, he approaches Troy but Rica gets to him first and asks to have a talk with him. Bea arrives home all upset over how Pogs had fallen for someone else now that she’s come to realize she also likes him. She confides in her mother about her situation.
At the city hall, Rica shows Troy the note and bluntly asks if he had really pushed Kyle’s father to his dëāth. Troy states that he hadn’t pushed or k!lled him. He admits that he had been there that day. A flashback reveals how Alberto had sent Troy to go and deal with Philip Constantino and stop him from investigating.
“I was just dad’s errand boy back then,” Troy recounts. “Following his every command, cleaning up his messes. But that day, I stood up for myself.”
Troy walks into the Constantine building and lingers by the doorway. He calls his father on the phone and refuses to carry out his mürdērous intent, he suggests that he find someone else to clean up his mess.
Presently, Troy tells Rica that though he had been there, he and Philip had never seen each other. He says he blamed himself when he found out about Philip’s suiçidë because his life had been destroyed after he covered up for his father.
“But please, believe me. I did not k!ll him. I am not a mürderêr. Please believe me.”
Rica gets all worked up and laments over how the mayor’s actions had indirectly led to the dëāth of Philip. She’s hurt to learn that he had just stood by and watched while Kyle’s father’s life was being destroyed. Troy apologizes but Rica walks out on him. Bobby spies with mürdērous intent.
A moment later, Troy confronts his father and asks if he had really had Philip Constantino k!lled. Alberto taunts him with how he had been relieved with his dëāth. When Troy tells him to stop with the mind games, Alberto makes mockery of him some more, saying that he’s as guilty and corrupt as he is because he had followed his orders.
A sin is still a sin, and he won’t be considered any less guilty just because someone committed an even bigger sin than his. This lesson is Alberto’s last gift to Troy. Troy mentions that his father had done everything he did for the family and his legacy.
“Take a look around you, dad” Troy taunts. “You are alone. And you will die alone. The only legacy that you will be leaving behind, is a legacy of a family of broken men.”
Karla counsels Bea not to jump into conclusions about Pogs. Bea can’t seem to understand why she had fallen for him when Brax is more of her type. Karla relates with her and tells her that lövê is a complicated thing. Karla goes on about the importance of one’s first lövê and the person they eventually end up with.
Bea breaks down and apologizes profusely for the terrible things she had said to her the other day and Karla consoles her. Cue in the mayor for an impromptu visit. Alberto seems troubled by the things Troy said to him earlier. He receives a phone call from Romeo who’s tired of waiting for the right time to carry out his sick desire.
Alberto gives him the go-ahead to do what he’s been wanting to do. Meanwhile, Troy confides in Karla about the issue with Rica and Kyle regarding Philip Constantino’s dëāth. He assures her that he didn’t k!ll Philip and Karla says she believes him.
Troy recounts the several mistakes he had made in the past and Karla encourages him and assures him that he would get through his tribulation. Troy fears that he could lose Rica and again, Karla assures him that that would never happen.
Speaking of, Rica treads to her desk at BA. As Kyle hangs out with Axel at the bar, he receives a phone call from Rica who asks if they’re still okay. Kyle assures her so and she apologizes. Kyle then asks her to get some rest so they could talk later.
Nico brings Pogs home, just as Raven chances upon Axel and Kyle at the bar. Chino joins the guys just then. Back at the Sicats, Pogs is all dressed up and carrying some flowers, pretty worked up over going to see Bea. He asks if he looks okay and Nico prompts him to close his flap.
Pogs is excited with the fact that his lövê also lōvês him. Anyway, Kyle breaks away from the guys to head home and Axel ushers Raven to take a seat. They’re then left staring at each other. Meanwhile, Kyle suddenly gets dizzy while he walks out of the bar. He falls to the ground and passes out on the spot.
