Jack Helps Jenny To Fake Her Pregnancy. Pinky’s Family Receive Help From Windsor’s Mother.
The episode begins with Jenny confronting Pinky for still being alive. Pinky unleashes on her and gives her a pretty good beating, pulling in a crowd to watch the scene. In a flash, Pinky stands alone on the street. She had only imagined beating up Jenny.
Pinky hides herself when Jenny passes by and she silently vows to deal with her someday. Ethan arrives home to find the mess Jenny had made of the place as well as how she had ordered them to move out.
Ethan is upset and pushes for them to leave the place but his mother won’t have it that way since the house holds some memories of Pinky. A moment later, Mrs. Lin comes to see Mrs. Kao to pour out her heart to her about her current situation.
Mrs. Kao relates with her since she had also lost a child before. She’s taken by surprise to learn of Mrs. Lin’s connection to Gordon Hung’s family. Mrs. Lin laments over how the Hung family is trying to drive her family out of their house.
She pleads for an advance salary and her boss agrees to help her. Mr. Hung refuses to try the food Jenny had prepared so Pauline gladly digs in. Jenny begins to put on a show of being nauseous so Pauline speculates that she might be pregnant. Mr. Hung hopes not.
Jenny leaves the table to use the washroom and Jack goes to check up on her. Turns out that she had only been pretending. She talks Jack into faking a pregnancy so his father would have no choice but to let them get married.
Jack tells his mother that Jenny might be pregnant with his baby and she gets all excited. His father isn’t the least bit enthused. When Shelly learns of it, she resolves to make mockery of Jenny, saying that Pinky’s stillborn baby might have been reborn in Jenny because it had been nursing a grievance.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Kao schemes against Gordon. She soon meets up with his son and demands that he quit his job. Mrs. Kao asks her son to come and work for her or set up his own business. She berates Mr. Hung and when Windsor presses her for answers, she refuses to go into detail.
Windsor then refuses to quit the job. Mrs. Kao then expresses her disappointment over how her son had failed her again before leaving. The next morning, Windsor is woken up by Pinky at the hospital after he had gotten himself drunk last night.
Pinky tries serving Windsor breakfast but he politely turns it down and as he tries to hurry off, one of his shirt buttons comes off and Pinky insists on sewing it back in place. She grabs her stuff and begins to work and Windsor stares at her and recalls a similar experience he had had with Shannon his late sister.
Pinky asks Windsor about the name Shannon since she had heard him saying it repeatedly last night. Windsor says it was his sister’s name. While the Lin family pack up their stuff, Mrs. Kao shows up and Mrs. Lin gladly receives her and introduces her to her family.
Mrs. Kao loans out some money to Mrs. Lin for the deposit and even gives her husband and son a job. Since she wants to open her own construction company, she employs all three of them to do some research in the factories about construction materials.
Jack continues his scheme with Jenny ande makes it seem like Jenny is going to take a prenatal test. Mr. Hung sends John to go with Jack to the clinic and report back to him about whatever happens. Jack soon picks up Jenny and though John tags along with them, Jenny isn’t the least bit concerned.
In the meantime, Pinky reflects on the countless times Windsor had come to her aid. On this note, she plans to stand up on her own and not cause him anymore trouble. The Lin family is given traveling expenses by Mrs. Kao to begin their jobs and they’re quite excited and hopeful of living a much better life from now on.
Meanwhile, Windsor tells his mother that he’s decided to quit his job like she had requested. However, Mrs. Kao says there’s no need anymore because she would be needing his help since she’s planning to invest in a construction company.
Windsor gladly agrees to help. Windsor receives a phone call and a moment later, he arrives at the hospital where he’s given a letter Pinky had left him after she had moved out of the hospital. In the letter, Pinky thanks him for all his help and reveals that she’s leaving.
Meanwhile, Jenny agrees to have her urine tested to confirm that she’s indeed pregnant. She manages to steal an actual pregnant woman’s urine and presents it to the doctor as her own. In no time, the doctor congratulates her for being pregnant and John leaves to inform his boss.
Jack learns of how the Lin family had renewed the contract for their flat. Jenny convinces him to go to the house so they could know what they’re up to. Once there, she confronts Mrs. Lin and asks about how she had gotten the money.
Mrs. Lin makes mockery of her, saying that Pinky had sent them the money from heaven. She then kicks her and Jack out. While Ethan and Mr. Lin are busy doing their job with such joy, Pinky signs up for the makeup contest using the name of Windsor’s dead sister – Shannon.
