“It’ll be too easy to let him die. That will be like letting him get away without suffering and feeling the pain. I won’t let that happen! That’s not justice!”
Vanessa was upset over what Lena did to her at the Narciso Mansion and Adrian reminded her about warning her not to go there. Adrian blames his mother and Conrad for their current situation and doesn’t understand why they tried to k!ll Lucas.
Vanessa showed him the bruises on her body and said if Lucas can do this to her then he can do the same to him.Vanessa explained that she came up with such a plan to get rid of Lucas because she’s had enough of his beatings but she does lövê Lucas.
Adrian still thinks whatever Lucas did is justified and Vanessa can’t believe even her own son doesn’t support her. She blames everything on Lena and said Lena can’t walk away unharmed. She swore to make Lena pay.
Lena was telling Ramona about her grievances of Lucas being her biological father. She wished James Hidalgo was her father and Ramona said it’s up to her whether to accept Lucas or not. Lena said she wished she never and Ramona said Lucas can still be a father to her once he becomes deserving of it.
Once he’s paid for everything, and they’re the ones who are going to make him pay unless Lena wants to back out. Lena assures her she won’t back out. Rachel came to the Narciso Mansion calling out Miguel’s name and Lena told her the person she’s looking for isn’t here so she should leave.
However, Rachel said she won’t leave without Miguel. Lena mocks her and said she talked as if Miguel is some kind of toy she lost and reminds her that Miguel is a human, he can think and make decisions on his own and has decided not to lövê her anymore.
Rachel got angry and tried to slãp Lena but Lena held her hand and told her she could bully her in the past but not anymore. She asked Rachel to grow up. Rachel asked Lena why she is making things hard for her. Why is she making her suffer and Lena told her those were her questions back then about why Rachel was hurting her and making her suffer.
Lena asked Rachel now that she’s got to experience it, does it hurt and has she ever wished she can just hide or disappear out of shame? Because if not yet then she (Rachel) hasn’t experienced half of what she put her (Lena) through.
Lucas was back to his home after getting discharged from the hospital. He enquired about Vanessa and Lena told him she kicked her out. Lucas wanted to know why Lena is still staying at his house and she explained she had been about to leave on the night someone attempted to k!ll him.
She asked whether he wants her to leave and he said after all that they went through, he wasn’t expecting her to be here. He thanked her and told her she can ask for anything she wants.
Lena remembered everything the Narcisos did to her and asked Lucas whether he’s ready to turn himself in to the police and pay for the wrong he did to her and her lōvêd ones. She asked whether he can make Vanessa and Brian pay for everything they did.
Seeing him silent, she said just as she thought. “Not Yet” she taunts. She told him she’s gonna stay to take care of him. Conrad’s daughters were upset at him for showing more concern for Vanessa and Adrian rather than for them.
Lena arrived late at M&R cooperation but explained the reason behind her lateness to Ramona. Ramona asked whether she now feels sorry for Lucas and Lena said pity is all she can feel for him. Not as a family but as a person.
Ramona wanted to know what her pity means and asked whether she’ll feel sorry for him when the day comes when they finally make the Narcisos pay.
Lena told her that her pity for Lucas won’t hold her back from making him pay for what he’s done to her because everytime she sees him, all the painful memories comes back to her. Ramona hopes she’ll use that pain to keep them from straying away from their objective.
“You know what? I realised the reason why I saved Lucas. It’s for him to pay for everything that he did to us,” Lena declares. “I mean, it’ll be too easy to let him die. That will be like letting him get away without suffering and feeling the pain. I won’t let that happen! That’s not justice!”
Lucas received an envelope which had the results of his DNA test with Adrian. It was Negative and he recalled what Lena said to him about Adrian not being his son but Vanessa’s son with Conrad. He got furious and took out his güñ to confront Conrad.
Conrad was at his office when Lucas showed up and pointed a güñ at him. Conrad pleads with him to put his güñ down but Lucas threatened to make him pay for what he did.
Lucas called Conrad a traitor and reminds him that he got everything he owns thanks to the Narcisos.
Lucas pointed out what he did for Conrad to become the person he is and Conrad reminded him of repaying everything through his help since the Narcisos have also benefited from him.
Lucas wondered where Conrad got his audacity from knowing his life is in his hands and reminds him of how he doesn’t spare the lives of anyone who’s betrayed him. Having enough, Conrad asked Lucas to shöôt him because they both know Lucas is a cold blooded mürderêr.
Conrad managed to snatch the güñ from Lucas and told him he can k!ll him if he wants without having to go to jail. The police showed up and Conrad quickly defended himself, saying that it was Lucas who barged in trying to k!ll him and the güñ he’s holding belongs to Lucas. Lucas was arrested for that.
Adrian visited Lucas at the police station and asked whether it was Lena who did that to him. Lucas said it was Conrad; his father who did it. Lucas was mad at Adrian for keeping the truth from him and Adrian explained he only learned about it recently.
He told Lucas he will always be his father because he can’t accept that he’s not his father. He assures Lucas that he’ll get him out if jail. Lucas asked Jordan to watch over Lena and keep her safe.
Jordan couldn’t believe his ears and Lucas explained that Lena’s his only child and it was because of her that he learned about Conrad and Vanessa’s deception, so he thinks her life might be in danger. Somehow as her father, he’s worried about her hence is counting on Jordan to protect Lena.
Adrian came to Conrad’s office and the man was happy thinking Adrian came to check up on him but Adrian said he didn’t come for him. Conrad asked whether he needs anything to which Adrian confirms. Adrian then asked him to drop the charges against Lucas and set him free. Conrad is speechless.
