Jenny manages to secure a suiçidë note for Pinky and she gets the wedding ring from Jack and happily leaves, ignoring Jack when he calls out to her and asks what she’s going to do.
Meanwhile, Pinky struggles to cope with her worn-out body as she makes some cream. Despite the burn on her body, she encourages herself to press on and vows to make those who hurt her have a taste of the pain she’s feeling. At the seashore, Jenny plants the suiçidë note and enlists the help of some kids in her scheme.
A moment later, Ethan is made aware of the suiçidë note Pinky had supposedly left. Mrs. Lin is inconsolable and so is her husband. Jenny meets up with Jack and assures him that Pinky’s family wouldn’t bother him anymore because she had succeeded in fôöling them.
Jack thanks Jenny for her help, and Jenny goes ahead to suggest that they drive out Pinky’s family out of the house before they uncover evidence against him. Jack is reluctant to go to such extent and Jenny points out that his life would be over if he’s exposed as the one who had k!lled Pinky.
Meanwhile, Pinky’s family grief for her and plan to have a funeral so she could rest in peace. Mr. Hung offers his son’s position in the company back to him and Jack plays tough but eventually accepts. In no time, father and son dress up to leave for work. Jenny shows up with Shawn as they talk about Windsor.
Since Pinky’s case is already closed, Jack’s father asks him to go and pay his respect to her family. Jack agrees and asks when he can get married to Jenny and his father gets upset and scolds him because his ex-wife had just died. Jenny puts on an act and claims that she’s not in a rush to get married and Mr. Hung scoffs and walks out.
Jack and Jenny leave their son with his grandma before leaving for work. Mrs. Lin and her family take turns saying their farewells and apologies over a photo frame of Pinky’s. Jack and Jenny show up to pay their respect. Unknown to them, Pinky spies as they head into her house.
Later, Ethan and her father pack up Pinky’s stuff, only for their landlady to show up and inform them that they need to move out because Jack had cancelled the lease. They asks for some time to get things sorted out and the landlady gives them a month to leave.
Ethan is upset over the stunt their ex-son-in-law had pulled and his father worries about what they’re going to do since Pinky was the one who always paid their rent. Pinky finally finishes making the cream and wonders whether it would get rid of her scar.
She goes ahead to apply it on her burn. Miss Kao is told of how Gordon Hung had made his fortune and ran off with her daughter who had unfortunately died of a high fever when she had been just a year old. Kao is devastated that Wong had k!lled his flesh and blood after leaving her.
While walking through town, Pinky comes across an advertisement about a makeup contest of a certain company that hasn’t been doing so well because of the competition from Jenny’s company.
The winner of the contest would be employed and taken to France to study there. Meanwhile, Pinky’s father barges into Mr. Hung’s office to question him about how his son had redrawn the deposit on their flat. After an exchange of words, Gordon walks out on him.
Jack serenades Jenny and proposes to her and Jenny gets excited. She worries about his father’s refusal but Jack says it doesn’t matter to him, so Jenny wholeheartedly agrees to marry him. As they celebrate with the band and all, Pinky observes them secretly. At home, Mrs. Lin acts out when Ethan decides to burn Pinky’s clothes and other stuff so she’s not always reminded of her loss.
Pinky spies as her mother and brother head inside the house. She then hurries over to salvage a particular photo from the fire. Jenny is gushing happily over her engagement with Jack when she receives a package from Pinky which contains nothing but the half burnt wedding photo of Pinky and Jack. Jenny is alarmed.
A moment later, she storms into the flat to ask of Ethan’s whereabouts. When she doesn’t find him there, she demands that the family move out immediately. She makes mockery of Pinky’s death and orders her men to clear the building of the family’s belongings.
The makeup competition turns out to be the handiwork of Windsor’s mother. When Windsor learns of the handmade creams Shannon (Pinky) has been selling around, he hits the street in search of her.
Pinky’s products gets scattered on the floor when someone bumps into her on the street. As she picks them up, Windsor finds her and comes to her aid. He brings her to the hospital and after they part ways, Windsor asks his doctor friend to help Shannon.
In no time, the doctor reaches out to Shannon (Pinky) and asks her to make him a hundred bottles of her products because the nurses had highly commended them. Of these, he insists of paying for. Miss. Kao asks her son out to dinner on account of the troubling information she had received earlier about Mr. Hung.
She’s shocked to learn that Mr. Hung is the president of the company her son works at. Windsor tries to introduce her mother to his boss but she comes up with an excuse and off she goes. Somewhere in town, Pinky chances upon Jenny.
