“I want to tell you their biggest secret. It’s Adrian. Lucas, Adrian is not your son. He’s Vanessa’s son with Conrad. Your wife has been lying to you all this time.”
The episode starts with Vanessa asking Lucas whether he’s talked to Lena and wanted to know when Lena will be leaving. Lucas told her Lena has asked for a few more days like they agreed on and Vanessa said she can’t stay with Lena. She complained about how Lena has been treating her and said she’s only putting up with Lena because she doesn’t want any trouble.
Vanessa said she doesn’t trust Lena and Lucas admits he doesn’t trust her either. He’s worried about his image should they kick Lena out and Vanessa said she’ll tolerate Lena for a few more days but once she’s out, she doesn’t want to see her.
Lena came to Royal Wellness but was stopped by a security who told her she’d need a visitor’s pass before she could get inside since she’s not an employee. Lena told the security that her father owns the building. Her father is Lucas Narciso and after hearing that, the security allowed her inside.
Lena barges inside the meeting room and introduced herself as Lucas’s daughter. One of the clients said he didn’t know Lucas had a daughter and Lena said she also got to know about it recently. She’s Lucas’s long lost daughter.
Not liking Lena’s interfere with his meeting, Lucas told Lena her name was not included in the name of the attendees. Lucas took Lena aside and asked her what she’s doing. Whether she wants to embarrass him infront of his clients and Lena said she just wants to be involved in the family meeting.
Lucas told her she can’t and asked her to get out. Lena raised her voice so the others can hear and asked whether it’s because she’s an illegitimate child that’s why he’s asking her to leave. She started creating a scene and Adrian asked her to leave.
Jordan called out Lena’s name who was leaving and asked her what she did at the meeting room. She told him what happened and Jordan said he knows her plan is to provoke Lucas but thinks she went too far. He told her Lucas is calling her. At Lucas’ office, Lucas was furious at Lena for humiliating him infront of his clients and Lena apologised.
She said she just got carried away because he threw her out of the conference room. Lucas made it clear he doesn’t want her near his business and Lena asked whether it’s because she’s his mistress’s child and Lucas said because he doesn’t trust her.
He’s only being patient with her because she’s his daughter. Lucas said because she’s his daughter doesn’t mean she can ruin everything he’s worked hard for and Lena reminded him about having shares in Royal Wellness and Lucas mentioned that 5%.
Lena said aside that 5%, she’s got another 65% which are his and according to their law, she’s his daughter and it recognises her as one of his heirs so she’s gonna inherit Royal Wellness someday. Lucas said he’s alive but she’s already talking about what to get when he’s gone and asked how she could be so shæmelëss.
Having enough of her, Lucas pulled Lena by the arm telling her to leave his office and his house. Knowing Lena has the right to his properties, Lucas called his lawyer to make a will where Lena doesn’t end up with a single cent.
Vanessa was having dinner with Adrian when Conrad and his family arrived. Conrad said they’re there to celebrate Allison’s victory and sat down on the same table as Vanessa and her son. Adrian wanted to leave but Vanessa kept on insisting he stays since they’re waiting for Vanessa’s friend.
Adrian doesn’t think Conrad showing up is a mere coincidence and is worried things might get messy. Vanessa assured her son that Lucas won’t know about it as she’s done letting him control her. Seeing her son not wanting to stay, Vanessa agreed they should leave. She told Adrian he can’t drive because he’s drunk and called Lucas to pick them up.
Lucas made things clear to Lena about not wanting her near his business and family. He told her she can’t fòöl him and Lena asked why does he allow his wife to fòöl him then. She revealed to him about Vanessa and Conrad having an affair in the past and told him Vanessa and Conrad have been deceiving him.
Not wanting to listen, Lucas held Lena by the neck and asked her whether this is her plan to completely ruin his relationship with Vanessa but Lena said she doesn’t need to do that because his marriage with Vanessa is long ruined. Lucas wasn’t ready to believe anything Lena said and she suggests he asked Vanessa and Conrad himself.
She offered to go with him and said they should all come together so that he’ll finally learn the truth about his family. Lucas and Lena were in the car and Lena was telling Lucas about the secret she’s got on Conrad and Vanessa which is a proof that the two had an affair. She was about to tell him when a car crashed into theirs.
Lena regained consciousness and after seeing the unconscious Lucas who was badly injured, she starts calling for help. Meanwhile, Adrian had a call from someone who told him about Lucas’s accident. At the hospital, Lucas thanked Lena for saving his life since he knows it wasn’t easy after everything they went through.
Lena told Lucas about what she saw regarding the car that crashed into their car and Lucas concludes what happened wasn’t an accident. Lena told him she can only think of Vanessa and Conrad as the suspects and Lucas asked why they would do that.
Lena reveals that it’s because of their secret since they don’t want Lucas to find it out. Lucas thinks it’s their secret affair from a long time but Lena said the affair wasn’t important but what’s important is the results of their affair. A child.

Adrian and Vanessa came to the hospital Lucas was admitted and enquired about him. The nurse confirms Lucas was admitted at the hospital and Vanessa starts shedding crocodile tears thinking Lucas is deãd but the nurse told her Lucas is alive, a revelation that shocked Vanessa.
Vanessa and Adrian came to Lucas’s ward and she starts showing concern for him. Lucas slãppêd her and told her he knows the truth and asked Adrian not to call him dad because he’s not his father. Vanessa asked Lucas whether it was Lena who told him and said Lena is lying. She only wants to ruin their family because Lena wants to be his sole heir.
Lena told Vanessa she can deny it all she wants however, it’s not hard to tell between them who’s lying. Vanessa tried to attack Lena but was held back by Lucas who dared her to lay a finger on Lena. He said Lena’s his only child and demands to know how Vanessa made a fòöl out of him and reminds her about what he does to people who betray him.
Lucas asked Adrian whether he knows about the truth to which he admits he does as Lena told him a few weeks ago. Lucas was furious because Adrian didn’t tell him and Vanessa said it was all her fault. Lucas accuses her of trying to k!ll him because they didn’t want him to find out the truth but Vanessa denied it.
He told her she and Conrad will pay for it and told her not to step foot in his mansion or the company. Adrian confronted Conrad for pushing on with his plan despite warning him several times. He asked Conrad not to use him as an excuse after Conrad revealed they did everything for his sake.
Vanessa told Conrad about Lena telling Lucas the truth but Allison and Rachel heard their conversation when Vanessa mentioned about Adrian being their son. Rachel questioned her father about his affair with Vanessa. Conrad’s daughters didn’t take the news about his affair with Vanessa well. No matter his explanation, the two girls weren’t ready to accept the truth.
Vanessa showed up at the Narciso Mansion and Lena asked how she’s got the audacity to show her face after attempting to k!ll her and her father and Vanessa said between them it’s her(Lena) who has no shame so Lena should leave as this is her house.
Lena said she lost all her rights to the house the moment she cheated on her dad and Vanessa reminds Lena about being an illegitimate child, a mistake and unwanted so she shouldn’t be delusional. Lena asked her to leave before she gets her dragged out and Vanessa asked her to go ahead.
Vanessa saw her things being packed and the maid told her it’s an order from Lucas and she won’t be allowed inside the mansion anymore. Lena told Vanessa to be thankful that Lucas is allowing her to get her things because thinking about it, she bought the things with Lucas’s money and Vanessa said she’s got no shame.
“Guard! Guard! There’s a trash here! Please, can you throw it out?” Lena taunted . She got the guard to get Vanessa out of the house while Vanessa thrëateñed to make her pay. Lena had a victorious smile as Vanessa was being taken out.
