“I need a private army to huπt Cardo. I want that Cardo deãd. And I’ll be the one who’ll take his life. Cardo, you bãstârd, I’m gonna k!ll you. I swear you’re gonna meet your maker! Dīê!!!”
Oscar and Marissa have a talk with their kids about the ongoing chaos in the country. They suggest that they go and stay overseas for the meantime in order to guarantee their safety.
However, Yohan and Aubrey are reluctant to leave for the US. The family then decide to stick together through it all.
Meanwhile, Lucas briefs Catherine of his plan against William. Talk turns to their dëmėnted son and his obsession with Alyana. The Flower Power Girls are eager to carry out their scheme against William.
Though the Vendetta have reservations about putting the girls in harm’s way, they assure them their protection and all make a toast to Cardo. At the Arevalos, Teddy has another argument with his insufferable wife about Cardo and Marco.
In the meantime, Grandma Flora and her family discuss about the possibility of Marco coming after them. Cardo finally returns to the hut and woefully decides to set his wife free despite how much he lövês her.
When he lays by her side and closes his eyes, Alyana turns to him sadly, regretful over how she had treated him earlier. Meanwhile, Marco receives news about the night Alyana had disappeared. Apparently, she had been seen in a vehicle headed north with an unidentified person.
The next morning, Cardo painstakingly prepares breakfast for his wife. He wakes her up and asks her to get ready after she’s eaten so he would take her back to Manila.
While Marco sets out with his private army to Santo Nino, Cardo joins Caloy and the others at their hangout spot and thanks them for all their help. He then reveals that he would be taking Alyana back to Manila because he doesn’t think she would ever forgive him.
“I can feel she no longer lōvês me.”
“That’s a shame,” Elizabeth says. “You shouldn’t give up so easily.”
“There’s no point anymore. Alyana has truly made up her mind. And if that’s what makes her happy, I have to set her free. I think it’s the right thing for me to do.”
Alyana sits by herself in the hut and seems to be in deep thoughts as she’s left her breakfast untouched. Psyçhö Marco advances with his men, scratching his mind like the lünatiç he is. He cocks his güñ and seethes, ready and eager to spill the bløōd of his rival.
“Cardo, you bãstârd, I’m gonna k!ll you,” so says the psyçhö. “I swear you’re gonna meet your maker! Dīê !!!”
While our favorite hero entertains his buddies with his final goodbye, Marco and his minions arrive outside the house where they find Cardo’s car parked there. Marco orders his men to k!ll Cardo and make sure Alyana stays safe. The armed men step out of the cars and proceed in their numbers, alarming the inhabitants of the town.
Cardo is heading to the hut when some random goon calls out his name. He turns and dashes away as the guñmën open fire. Caloy and his family hurry to safety at the sound of the guñshöts. Cardo races to the hut, all the while evading the ãttaçks of the enemy.
He deftly dives in to find his wife taking cover and screaming her lungs out. Our favorite hero retrieves his güñ and returns fire. After gûnñing down a couple of the goons, he escapes with Alyana. The ättaçkers give chase just as psyçhö Marco steps out of his vehicle.
Cardo manages to get Alyana through the river safely amidst the ongoing güñ battle. The guñmën come at them and Cardo takes out another group and hurries to the bridge with his wife. He urges Alyana to save herself but she’s reluctant to leave him behind. Cue in a few gunmen to compel her to run the other way.
While Cardo deals with them, Alyana carelessly runs into Marco’s path and easily gets captured. Our favorite hero runs toward the direction his wife had gone and doesn’t bother looking ahead. Psyçhö Marco shoots him a couple of times before his men join in on the fun.
Cardo drops to the floor, blöôdied. Alyana breaks free and hurries to his side, crying out in despair over her loss. Suddenly, she jerks awake in the comfort of the hut and recalls how her husband had intended on setting her free. In that, Cardo sadly drives his jeep headed out of the town.
Back home, Alyana fails to find him so she hurries out and desperately tries to track him down. At the Cabreras, Pysçhö Marco nags his mother about how he’s still not heard anything about Cardo and Alyana’s whereabouts.
“All we need to do is hire a private investigator,” Catherine says. “We can hire the best.”
“No, I don’t need a private investigator,” Marco grumbles. “I need a private army to hunt Cardo. I know my father can help me with that. I want that Cardo deåd.”
Catherine looks on in absolute disbelief.
“And I’ll be the one who’ll take his life,” Marco declares.
Catherine suggests that for his own good, he should just forget about Alyana before he gets into trouble. Psyçhö Marco takes offense and begins ranting. He vows to do things on his own with or without her help.
Meanwhile, Cardo stops at the river and glances around for a while before carrying on. Alyana stands on the bridge, crying out her husband’s name. When she gets to the river and doesn’t see any trace of him, she breaks down all the more.
General Borja and his men deliberate on how they’re gradually losing the trust of the president. The guys fear for the country’s fate once Lucas and Hipolito are able to manipulate the president. On that note, the General charges them to find Homer and his group immediately before they conduct another ãttaçk.
In bed, Bubbles worries about the wellbeing of the group since they had gone after the president, but Homer declares that he and his men fear no one, not even the president. Alyana sadly takes comfort in the chapel and hopes that she receives a miracle; that Cardo would change his mind and come back to her.
She’s regretful of the harsh treatment she had dealt him. On his way out of the town, our favorite hero suddenly stops and begins brooding. Back in the chapel, Alyana prays for Cardo’s return as she can’t bear the agony of losing him again.
Captain Dingding has a talk with her men about her duties to serve the community. The guys bring up Councilor Gina’s accusations against Grandma Flora and her family. They insinuate that Flora probably knows the location of the Vendetta, adding that if her family is protecting criminals, then that would make them criminals too.
However, the captain disagrees with them and declares her trust for Flora. She then charges her men not to be hasty to judge the Dalisays.
The miracle Alyana prayed for materializes in the flesh at the chapel. She turns to find her husband standing there and staring at her. Alyana smiles and as he approaches, she gladly goes to hug him.
She wails over how she had thought he had left her for good, and Cardo states that he can’t live without her and neither can he stop löviñg her no matter how many times she pushes him away. Alyana asks for forgiveness for the unkind treatment she had given him.
“I don’t think I can live without you either.”
Cardo gets emotional. “Are you trying to tell me that you’ve finally forgiven me? Are you saying that you want me back?”
“That’s right,” Alyana replies. “I do. I want us to start all over again. It’s time we start healing and rebuilding our family.”
“I will turn my back on everything just for you,” so says or favorite hero. “Just so I can show you how much I really lövë you. I don’t wanna live a life without you, because I lövë you so much.”
It’s Alyana’s turn to be overly emotional. “I lövë you very much, Cardo.”
The episode concludes as the lövëbirds gladly hug with such passion.
