“Let me out of here! Put me down! I want to go back to Manila! Cardo! I said put me down right now!”
The episode begins with the Cabreras’ lawyer briefing Brandon about how they would handle the trial. Brandon is upset when he learns that he can’t escape his transfer to the city jail. Homer’s gãñg take delight in their reward for their bløōdy services.
Homer hands Bubbles her share of the money after settling the guys and Bubbles takes it reluctantly. When Pilo argues against going out for some fun, Homer asks if he’s chickening out again. Pilo says he’s just concerned for their group since they’re wanted men. He then reassures Homer of his loyalty.
At the Dalisays, Grandma Flora discusses the recent bömbiñg incident with her brother who notes that they have to find the real culprits in order to prove the innocence of Cardo and his group. Flora is troubled with the unending problems their family are being dealt with.
She reveals to Delfin her suspicion of Alyana being with Cardo. Delfin worries that Cardo could be putting Alyana’s life in grave danger because of his involvement with Vendetta. Speaking of, our favorite hero returns to the hut to find Alyana sleeping.
He sits beside her and stares, reflecting on some memories from their courtship to their marriage. Cardo lies down in front of his wife and he holds himself back from going in for a kĩ$$ as he recalls their recent altercations. Alyana opens her eyes to stare at him after he turns away.
The next morning, Mrs. Dalisay silently plots to go back to Manila because she’s certain that her parents and her illëgâl boyfriend must be worried sick about her. Speaking of sick, psyçhö Marco has gotten himself drunk and wasted and when his mother tries to wake him up, all he can do is to mutter Alyana’s name.
While Gina and the other newly elected councilors are sworn into office, Captain Dingding counsels her constituents on good hygiene so they don’t suffer when trash floods the drainage system. Paco is impressed and expresses so.
Councilor Gina makes a pathetic attempt to get into the good graces of a certain mayor. Back at Santo Nino, Alyana sneaks out of the hut while Cardo still sleeps. She avoids getting seen by Caloy and his family and takes to her heels.
At the Palace, Casillag tells the president of the additional security he had requested to protect his family. Oscar expresses his appreciation, just as Homer prompts his men to get ready for their next project from Hipolito, a much bigger job that would pay them well. As they feast, Pilo and Bubbles share a meaningful look.
“Sir, I know how difficult it is for you to trust the people around you now,” Casillag says to Oscar. “But I will not promise my loyalty to you. I’ll prove it through my actions.”
President Hidalgo nods. “Thank you.”
The members of the Vendetta deliberate on the possibility of Cardo having been captured by their enemies. General Olegario argues that they would have heard of it if it were so since Lucas and Hipolito wouldn’t pass up the chance to force their group to come out of hiding. Ramil seconds her and believes that Cardo is doing alright. Speaking of, Cardo wakes up to find Alyana missing.
Alyana desperately tries to get to the terminal so she could catch the bus headed for Manila. As Cardo strives to find his wife, Alyana hitches a ride on the already filled up jeepney. In the meantime, Cardo and his buddies race to the terminal upon discovering that Alyana is trying to leave for Manila.
At the tenement, Miss Becky makes a futile attempt to make her daughter admit her apparent feelings for our favorite hero. Andi and her brother then set off for work. At the Dalisays, Paco insinuates that Cardo and Alyana might have eloped together.
Wally wonders why Alyana hadn’t contacted her parents and Marikit worries about her safety. Grandma Flora assures them that if they’re really together, then Cardo wouldn’t let anything bad happen to his wife. The hunt continues for the runaway wife of our favorite hero.
As fate will have it, the jeepney breaks down in the middle of the river so the trip is postponed for tomorrow. Undeterred yet frustrated, Alyana struggles to get out of the river and proceeds to continue the journey on foot. A moment later, Cardo pulls over near the jeepney and asks the driver about ‘the pretty lady dressed like a city girl’.
The driver points out the direction she had gone and in no time, Cardo catches up to her. Alyana tries to get away like a çriminål being chased by the police and our favorite hero chases after her and recaptures her with ease.
“Let me out of here!” Alyana protests after she’s been carried into the car.
“Stop being stubborn!” Cardo retorts. “Alyana! Stop being stubborn! I won’t let you go back to Manila! It’s too dangerous! You’re staying here!”
While Teddy beats himself up for failing to protect his daughter, Andi reflects on the times Cardo had saved her life, just as the girls at the tenement discuss how Andi had fallen in lövê with Cardo.
Miss Becky is troubled with her daughter’s situation since she had fallen for a devoted married man. Back at the hospital, Peng notices his sister’s demeanor and when he asks her what’s wrong, Andi claims its nothing.
Vice President Cabrera doesn’t pass up the chance to criticize the Vendetta as his son is set to be transferred to the city jail. After he’s done ranting in front of the cameras, Brandon is taken into the escort vehicle and Billy grudgingly closes the door in his face.
As Homer’s gãñg plot to carry out their next attack, Teddy tells Jerome and Soriano of his suspicions – how Alyana could have been dragged into the problems of Marco’s family.
Catherine fears for what could happen if Alyana doesn’t come back. Marco comes over and asks to speak with his father.
Back at the Arevalos, Teddy informs the officers about his other suspicion – that Alyana might be hiding because she wants to back out of her engagement with Marco. Jerome then begins to wonder why she hasn’t contacted them. Back in Santo Nino, Cardo carries Alyana on his shoulders and heads straight for the hut.
“Put me down!” Alyana protests as Doray, her mother-in-law and the guys look on.
“You can’t go home!” Cardo hisses.
“I want to go back to Manila! Cardo! I said put me down right now!”
Cardo ignores Alyana’s ranting and proceeds to dump her in the hut. Alyana shoves him away angrily and resumes ranting. She demands to be let go and declares that she doesn’t lövê our favorite hero anymore. Cardo is crushed and all he can do is to walk out.
Meanwhile, psycho Marco orders his lapdogs to spy on the Dalisay family and watch their every move. Elmo notices a black van circling the block and he mentions that it’s the third time the driver has done that. Marikit asks him to stop being paranoid. Yolly mentions that Marco could come back and cause a scene.
Back at the Cabreras, Pysçhö Marco tells his mother that he had hired someone to keep an eye on Cardo’s family since he suspects that they know something about Alyana’s kidnapping.
“What if our men get caught?” Catherine worries.
“And what if they don’t really have any idea where Alyana is?” Menchu chimes in.
“I will find out what they really know,” declares the demėnted mama’s boy.
