“Do you want me to console you? I genuinely pity you for having parents like them. Bunch of liars. You were born into a despicable family. I’ll make them pay for their sins.”
Miguel finds Adrian druñk and wãsted at the bar and he wakes him up and tries to take him home. However, Adrian insists that they talk. About Lena. He blabbers about how he can’t seem to forget about her because they’re going to have a child together.
Supposedly. Miguel then tells him not to give up on Lena if he really wants to be with his child. Lena and Jordan come to check up on Ramon at the hospital.
Talk shifts to Adrian, and Lena can’t help but to revel in how he is obsessed to be a father, and also in the fact that he still seems to have feelings for her. The board of Royal Wellness aren’t happy about the bad press they’re always getting, with some investors even threãteñing to pull out. Lucas merely says that it would be their loss.
Jordan is surprised to learn that Adrian is still in lövê with Lena. Lena takes pleasure in that and plots to use it to cause a rift between him and Lucas. Jordan asks how long she’s planning to fake her pregnancy since it’s not safe to be close to the Narcisos.
Still, Lena vows to do everything within her power to dëstroy their family. She also plans to use her fake pregnancy to ruin their lives.
While Lucas and Vanessa have a meeting with some investors, Adrian barges in to ask if Lena’s accusations against them are true.
The Narcisos excuse themselves to talk things over away from prying eyes. When Adrian confronts his father again, Lucas responds by puñching him in the belly. He then calls him an ungrateful boy for choosing to believe in the ‘lies’ of ‘that woman’.
“I saw everything on the news,” Adrian argues. “Lena spoke up about the attempt on her life as well as Ramona. And she accuses you of being the mastermind.”
Vanessa puts on an act. “You really think we’re capable of k!lling people?”
“So you’re just upset because that Lena got hurt?” Lucas adds. “That woman made a fòöl out of you!”
Adrian points out that Lena is carrying his baby and he’s the only one who has a right to avenge since he was the one she had fööled. Lucas continues to berate Lena and call her all sort of names.
He goes on about how Lena is using him to destroy their family. He scolds Adrian some more before Vanessa intervenes. Lucas then returns to the conference room to learn that one of the investors had left because of what Adrian did.
The team discuss the ongoing case and Miguel urges Lucas to sue Lena for slander. However, Lucas wants an easy and safer way to get out of the mess – he plans to face the media himself. Meanwhile, Jordan and Kiko go to a bar to get some info on Brian.
Later, Vanessa pleads with her son for them to work together so they can combat the company’s problems. Adrian merely gives her a look and walks out on her. Kiko discusses with Lena the investigation on Brian, and Lena hopes that the Narciso couple would rot in jail for what they had done.
Meanwhile, Lucas and Vanessa give an exclusive interview on national television. Lena and Ramona, as well as Jordan and his family, watch the live broadcast as Lucas declares that he isn’t a mûrdērer.
Vanessa joins in on the fun and Lucas follows up by saying that they have nothing to do with the things Brian does. Brian also watches from his hideout, and man isn’t happy as he listens to Lucas talking him down. Big sister Vanessa doesn’t help matters at all.
“He chose the wrong way to help,” Vanessa states. “Taking a person’s life is a different story. And that is where my brother made a mistake.”
“We are cutting off all ties we have with him,” Lucas chimes in. “Because of what Brian did, we promise to cooperate with the authorities in order to find him. This is the best way to help him change and mend his ways.”
Lena shakes her head in absolute disbelief and disgust, upset with the lies the Narcisos are spewing. “After everything they did to me, I’ll make them pay for their sins.”
Jordan and his family discuss how the Narcisos had shæmelëssly denied Lena’s accusations against her.
Since the misërãble family is still the main connection to catch Brian, Jordan offers to take care of Adrian while his father keeps an eye on Vanessa. Speaking of, Adrian spies on his father as he talks on phone with Brian. Lucas tells Brian to stay put where he is so they could meet tomorrow and talk.
Ramona counsels Lena to be careful and not go out alone anymore because of how evil the Narcisos can get. Lena says she understands and Martina tells Ramona that she also needs to be careful since she had also been targeted along with Lena. Lena vows to hunt down Brian and make him pay for what he did.
Brian confronts Lucas about the interview he had given concerning the ãttaçk on Lena and Ramona. Lucas pûnçhes him and berates him for always making trouble whenever a task is given him. Brian begins whining about how Lucas and his family would try to save themselves from the mess.
“If we don’t save ourselves first,” Lucas begins. “We wouldn’t be able to save you. Don’t you get that, Brian?”
Ramona asks Lena how long she plans on faking her pregnancy, and she tells him that she would use it for as long as she can to control Adrian. Lena vows to break the Narciso family and destroy Lucas’ relationship with Adrian.
Meanwhile, Adrian picks up a makeshift metallic wëapoñ and after waiting for his father to leave, he jumps Brian and beãts him up mercilessly for putting the life of his child in danger. At Royal Wellness, Lucas is in search of Adrian after learning that he missed a meeting and hadn’t come in all day.
He begins grumbling about how his son goes missing when needed. Miguel fails to reach Adrian on phone so Lucas agrees to let him handle an important meeting. Later that night at home, Brian reports to Lucas how his son had almost beaten him to dëāth.
Adrian arrives home and apologizes for missing his parents’ calls. Lucas greets him with a backhanded slãp, upset that he had gone after Brian because of Lena. Adrian gets in his father’s face and declares that dealing with Lena is his own business. Vanessa holds her husband back as he tries to beat some sense into their son.
The next day at Royal Wellness, Lucas promotes Miguel by giving him Adrian’s position in the company. Adrian walks out of the meeting quite upset. In no time, Miguel calls Lena to share with her about how her plan has been going so well. He then thanks her for helping him get ahead in the company.
“Did you call me to express gratitude?” Lena asks. “Or to brag? What I want is justice, and I am yet to get it.”
Lena has a talk with Ramona about how they’ve been successful in their plan to manipulate Adrian into going against his father. Still, she wants to ruin the Narciso family completely. Speaking of, Adrian has an argument with Lucas over the recent happenings in the company. Lucas says he would no longer tolerate what he’s been doing to him and the company.
Adrian spites his father by telling him that he would also not tolerate his attempts to k!ll his child anymore. Lucas gets upset, even as Adrian says that he and Lena could still be together if they weren’t his parents. As usual, Vanessa strives to keep her husband from getting physical with their son. Lucas then kicks Adrian out of the house. Vanessa’s attempts to talk him into staying falls on deaf ears.
Lena takes delight in ignoring Adrian’s phone calls. Speaking of, Adrian is drunk and throwing a fit a bar. He gets in a fight with another customer and soon goes to confront Lena in person. Lena refuses to talk to him and tries to run him off, until he brings up the matter with Brian.
Adrian laments over his ordeal, losing his position to Miguel and getting kicked out of his house and all.
“So what?” Lena retorts with indifference. “Do you want me to console you? All I can offer you is pity. I genuinely pity you for having parents like them.”

“They know where Brian is,” Lena continues. “Bunch of liars. I really pity you, Adrian. You were born into a despiçable family.”
