“We can’t turn back now. We have to fight back. This is for our country, so there’s no reason for us to be scared. All we’ve got left is our faith. We’re preparing for a big battle.”
Billy and his men notify General Borja about how Cardo’s Vendetta had broken into Congressman Brandon’s house after his birthday party. The General takes note of a CCTV footage that shows a blurry figure of the woman the congressman had left the bar with.
The Dalisay family discuss the crooked ways of rotten politicians, particularly Lucas, Brandon and Hipolito. Wally comes clean about his meeting with Cardo the other day.
Catherine is hounded by a group of reporters as soon as she returns to the country. The nosy press push for her to comment on the scandals involving her family but she ignores them and soon goes to confront her husband about the situation.
She asks if he’s really involved and Lucas makes a futile attempt to deceive her. Catherine laments over how he and Brandon’s vices are negatively affecting her and Marco. Lucas promises to take care of things while she handles Marco.
Marco and Alyana simultaneously watch the news report of the vice president’s statement against the Vendetta. Alyana seems to worry about her absentee husband as she hopes that he would abandon his mission so the justice system could work.
And I guess we all know what Psyçhö Marco thinks – he hopes that our favorite hero would die. Dīê, and dīê some more. At the tenement, General Olegario worries about the more powerful enemy they would be going against.
“We can’t turn back now,” Cardo declares. “We have to fight back. This is for our country, so there’s no reason for us to be scared.”
“You’re right,” Diana agrees. “That’s why any decision you make, we’ll be behind you.”
“Thank you, General. Since at this point, all we’ve got left is our faith.”
The Arevalos watch a news report about the hospital the congressman has been confined in. A group of people accuse Brother Lorenzo of lying against Brandon, and another group, members of the said pastor’s church, come to his defense.
Teddy declares that he believes in the pastor more than the congressman. He then begins wondering out loud if Marco knows of what his father and brother are into. Catherine makes her appearance at Marco’s office and the temperamental crybaby emotionally reunites with her.
While Oscar and Marissa deliberate on the accusations against Lucas and Brandon, Lucas and Hipolito plot to make Brother Lorenzo look like a liar in the eyes of the public. With the elections drawing near, the vice promises to make sure Hipolito wins.
Psyçhö Mama’s Boy Marco pours out his heart to his mother over how Alyana had left him. Catherine promises to talk to her and that seems to calm her crybaby boy. At the Palace, the president has a talk with his vice about the scandals involving him and his son.
Lucas promises his full cooperation for the investigation and begins whining about how the people have judged him without giving him due process.
“They’re trying to take me down.”
“If you’re both innocent, the investigation will prove it,” so says the president. “Everyone will know you are not guilty.”
Lucas takes offense at that. “If? If, Oscar? My son’s a victim too. He had nothing to do with Alano’s kidnãppiñg.”
“Someone else was behind the pastor’s kidnãpping?”
“How will I know? Alano could have been paid in millions.”
Oscar is indifferent. “You mean a bigger amount of money compared to what Hipolito offered him?”
Lucas gets evidently upset. He says that its useless defending himself since he (Oscar) has already found him guilty, theoretically. He then vows to personally put his son behind bars if he’s found guilty. At the tenement, Cardo deploys a number of the group to stand guard at every corner of the building so they can make sure that no one breaks in. He then tasks Anton and Barakuda to get a fast, moderate getaway car. And a lot of bûllēts too.

Billy and his men come to question Brandon at the hospital. When they ask if he had gone home with anyone, the rotten congressman claims that he had been by himself. Billy exchanges looks with Chikoy and Vargas.
Enter Vice President Cabrera to throw a fit and run off the guys. Lucas later calls William and urges him to focus on carrying out his plan to manipulate the election results.
A news report of the Cabreras come on TV, and Virgie runs her mouth like a blockheaded person, defending Marco’s family and even going to the extent of making him out as a far better person and a more suitable match for her daughter than Cardo. Teddy is exasperated and can’t seem to understand why his wife is still clinging to the idea that Marco is a good person.
Ramil takes Cardo, Anton and Barakuda to an old friend who happens to be a car dealer. He asks for the old equipment they used back in the day to ròb people. Different sorts of ammunitions.
With some policemen lurking outside, the group is compelled to escape with one of the stolen cars Ramil’s friend offers reluctantly. Meanwhile, Catherine shows her annoying face at the Arevalos to try to convince Alyana to get back together with her son.
Alyana tells 2nd Lady that she doesn’t want any controlling and scary kind of lövê, the kind that comes from her demėnted son. When Catherine argues against that, Teddy tries to make her see reason, all to no avail.
Virgie makes matters worse by opening her abominable mouth to declare that she’s in support of her daughter getting back together with psyçhö Marco. Catherine then capitalizes on the sudden turn of events to brainwash Alyana some more.
Brother Lorenzo announces to his followers that he’s filed a case against the congressman for kidnãpping and frustrated múrdęr. Speaking of, Brandon and Lucas reflect on how Cardo’s Vendetta has been ruining all their plans from the get-go.
Back at the Dalisays, Teddy stops Marco from coming in to see Alyana and asks that he respect her decision. The overgrown mama’s boy won’t have that. Inside, Virgie is at it with her föolishñess again as she tries to convince her daughter to go and talk to her ex-illęgäl boyfriend.
“Don’t you feel sorry for Marco?” Virgie whines. “Talk to him even for just a bit.”
Alyana resists. “What about me? Don’t you feel bad for me? I’m such a mess inside.”
Teddy asks Marco to go home since his family needs him, especially his father and brother. Marco blurts out that he doesn’t have anything to do with what Brandon has been doing.
Shocked, Teddy asks if they had really kidnäppęd Brother Lorenzo and Marco tries to give a different meaning to what he had said. General Borja comes to meet Brother Lorenzo to get confirmation on his statement and report.
Delfin asks how the Vendetta had been able to track him down and Lorenzo speculates that there are ordinary citizens helping them. He then hints at the vice president being in cahoots with Brandon and Hipolito. Meanwhile, Cardo and the Vendetta make ready to go out for a mission.
On General Borja’s orders, the CIDG search and re-examine the room the pastor had been confined in and törtùred, and they eventually find some fingerprints. The Vendetta set their eyes on Hipolito’s campaign headquarters.
Ramil brands Hipolito as a despiçable man for resorting to that so the public would think he’s a good and religious man. General Olegario declares that after what they had done to Brother Lorenzo, Hipolito would never be able to repair his reputation again.
Homer is eager to get back at the pastor but Hipolito demands that he doesn’t do anything since he, the vice president and his son would be in serious trouble if anything happens to Brother Lorenzo.
And with the elections in two days, he charges Homer to keep a low profile. The Vendetta tail Hipolito and spy as he enters a particular house. Hipolito meets up with Lucas, eager to find out how William would be able to get the top secret source code the president will create.
At the Palace, the traitorous William urges President Hidalgo to be cautious when creating the source code, and Oscar declares that he would make sure no one would be able to tamper with the votes.
“Just imagine,” Hipolito gloats back at the rendezvous place. “Nobody will know the votes will be rigged on Election Day. And no one will even question the election results.”
Hipolito laughs wickedly along with the vice president. Outside, Cardo, Romulo, General Olegario and the other members of the Vendetta look on.
