Adrian called Lena to ask about his baby. She told him after hurting her he has the nerves to ask about her baby and he said he hadn’t meant to hurt the baby. She told him they shouldn’t be talking since they have no future together and he asked her who told her he wants to have a future with her. She hasn’t even apologised for what she did.
Magda tried to end things with him but Adrian told her she can’t tell him when he can call her. He was still on the phone with Lena when his dad came. He reminded him of what they talked about Lena and asked his son to stop talking to “that piece of trash”.
Lena who heard the conversation between the father and son said to Adrian to tell his dad she’s not trash. Time will come when the tables will be turned and it’ll be her turn to treat them like trash.
At Royal Wellness, a woman who was about to have surgery sang praises for Lucas as she thinks he’s the best man for the job. Ramona interrupted them and points out some complications of the surgery which got the woman scared. Lucas defended himself but Ramona brought up the topic of a woman who’s surgery wasn’t a success under Lucas.
Lucas drags Ramona aside, asking her what she’s implying. She said she’s only worried about his patient but he brags about being the best plastic surgeon in Salvacion.
Martina was laughing after she heard what Ramona told her. She said she’s surprised Ramona got out of Royal Wellness alive. Ramona told Martina the kind of people she lived with in prison so she knows how to deal with merciless people like Lucas.
Martina thinks Ramona has changed and Ramona said anyone that has gone through what she did is bound to change. Martina hoped Ramona will someday change to the good person she was but Ramona wasn’t ready to give up on her rëveñge on the Narcisos after what they went through because of the Narcisos.
Meanwhile Lucas was furious because Ramona was able to enter Royal Wellness and Vanessa assured him that won’t happen again. He told Vanessa about Lena telling him it’ll soon be her turn to treat them like trash and that got him more fuming. He asked Adrian to find out about Ramona Joaquin and do everything to smear their company’s name.
News about Ramona and Lena being in prison was on the internet and Adrian has an interview on TV and tries to ruin the Satin Dream product. Magda got mad after hearing what he said and she called the Narcisos “monsters”.
Two store owners who made deals with M&R cooperation backed out and Adrian who got that information informed his parents. He told them how he did that and Lucas told his son he’s proud of him.
Adrian collided with Lena and when he tried to pick her phone which was on the floor, he changed his mind after seeing it’s Lena. She taunts him about not being a gentleman and he said she’s not a lady.
She reminded him of when his dad called her garbage and he also reminded her of what she said about treating them like trash. Jordan wondered why Ramona and Lena seem unbothered when their company is being smeared.
Ramona told him that they already knew beforehand that the Narcisos would use the fact that they were ex-convicts against them so they already prepared for that. Martina came out to deny the allegations of the owners of Satin Dream being ex-convicts. She revealed that she’s the owner of Satin Dream and accuses the Narcisos for trying to ruin her company’s reputation.
She said she’s the the one who formulated the products of Royal Wellness and made the company the success that it is today. She told those who wanted to ruin her company’s reputation that they’ll pay and called out to Lucas to have a respect for his late father’s name.
After watching Ramona on TV, Adrian told his father they’ll fix it but Lucas got mad and blamed his son for not figuring out that Martina is the owner of M&R. Later, Lucas makes mockery of Martina, saying that she used to be like a tiny mouse but is now like a lion. Martina declares that she’s prepared to go up against the vultures, and that she’s there for her 5 million retirement pay.
After a little bit of thrêãts, Lucas has the cheque prepared and handed over to her. Vanessa then engages Ramona in an exchange of words over the real owner of Satin Dream.
“Mark my words,” Vanessa states. “Ramona and Lena will go down. And you’ll go down with them.”
“We’ll just see about that,” Martina retorts.
Lena asks Ramona if she’s ready for the next step of their plans, and she notes that Conrad Suarez is a good friend of the Narcisos. A moment later, Martina goes to Commissioner Conrad’s office to ask him to handle her grievances against the Narcisos since he’s the one governing Salvacion.
She tells him that he seems capable of being impartial and Conrad agrees and promises to focus on her case and make sure that truth and justice prevails.
The Commissioner calls Lucas on phone after Martina has left to notify him of the case. He then plans to reach out to their friends in the judiciary to earn their favor. Lucas then gloats over Martina’s quest for justice.
Meanwhile, Adrian confronts Lena and whines over how his parents have been blaming him for everything happening to them because of her. Lena argues that he started it by slandering them and Adrian vows to make her pay for deceiving him. Lena and Ramona are delighted over the decrease in the stock prices of Royal Wellness.
Enter Martina who hands Lena the cheque she had received from Lucas earlier. Ramona then asks Lena if she’s ready to be part owner of Royal Wellness and she gladly replies in the affirmative. At company in question, Miguel plans to take advantage of his family’s misery and own a portion Royal Wellness much to Rachelle’s displeasure.
Allison is informed of how nanny Sading had fallen when she had been throwing a tantrum earlier, so she makes haste with Fred her driver to carry her into the van. Rambo is walking and chatting with Jordan when he spots Allison entering the van which soon drives away. Since Allison had looked so different, Rambo concludes that it couldn’t have really been her.
Lena, Ramona and Martina pay a visit to Digna, and Martina takes note of a particular framed portrait of Digna and Helen (Lena’s mother). When Lena asked how they knew each other, Digna recounts how she was always in contact with Helen because she made the orders for the chemicals for Royal Wellness. She then brings up how she had found Helen passed out in the stock room.
“Helen was locked up inside the stock room all night,” Martina says. “So she ended up inhaling the chemicals stored in there. If she was indeed pregnant, then it’s possible the fumes would have affected the baby she was carrying.”

Martina shakes her head. Ramona then recounts an incident she had witnessed on that fateful day. She had seen Vanessa scolding Helen harshly and she hadn’t interfered because she thought it was just about work.
“It’s Vanessa again?” Lena says in disbelief. “She ruined me even before I was born. Vanessa ruined my mother’s life. That woman is despicable. She’s a monster.”
At a restaurant somewhere, Martina asks Ramona if Lena happens to know who her father is. She makes mention of a particular guy who always used to follow Helen around back then, and both women think about Conrad and they begin to wonder if Conrad is really Lena’s father.
