“I think she looks familiar. The girl that’s right beside Brandon. But I’m not sure where I’ve seen her before.”
The traitorous William notifies and briefs Vice President Cabrera about President Hidalgo’s meeting with General Borja. Lucas charges him to keep him informed about whatever happens next and figure out how to manipulate the automated counting machines for the elections.
While the members of the Vendetta revel in the fact that they have allies who are always willing to help them, Miss Becky strives to have her girls hired for the congressman’s birthday party. Captain Gina is campaigning in her neighboring and stretching out her neck as she goes as if expecting to see someone or something.
Lo and behold, a group of masked men ‘ãttačk’ her and lay hold of her. She fights them off in such comical manner and the commotion pulls in a crowd. Gido makes a quite pathetic attempt to ‘save’ her boss. However, the goons seize Gina again and drag her into their van. And off they go.
Wally and the kids who had witnessed the incident earlier inform Grandma Flora about Captain Gina’s abduction. Speaking of, the rotten official takes delight in the stunt she had pulled earlier with her minions, confident that the people would have sympathy on her and vote for her.
Brandon strives to get Brother Lorenzo to cooperate with him by issuing thrêãts against his family but it doesn’t seem to work. At Barangay 628, Captain Gina makes her ridiculous return and the neighbors hustle to attend to her as Grandma Flora and her family observe.
“I only regained consciousness after those men tossed me out onto the street,” Gina mentions a moment later.
Jerome and Soriano ask the captain to go over her story again since some details of it doesn’t make sense.
“Say what?”
“In your statement earlier,” Soriano begins. “You told us that there were four kidnãppers.”
Captain Gina nods. “Aha.”
“But then when you talked to me,” Jerome adds. “You said that there were five.”
“Five, including the driver.”
“Also, you mentioned to us that…they threw you out onto the street,” Soriano states.
“Yes, I was thrown out onto the street,” Gina agrees.
“Are you sure?” Jerome asks. “Because you told me that you were thrown onto the ground.”
“Sometimes, there’s grass on the side of the street. They were all wearing masks. It was pretty dark.”
“You’re now saying that it was dark? But you were kidnäppęd when the sun was still up. How come you said it was dark?”
Captain Gina responds with a lame statement, saying that it was dark because she had blacked out. She then whines about being interrogated before leaving with her men.
Meanwhile, General Olegario meets up with James to get some cameras, communication devices and other stuff for their mission. She soon returns to the group with everything she had acquired.
Back at Barangay 628, Flora commends Soriano and Jerome for doing their job so well. Wally speculates that the captain might have made everything up and Jerome mentions that they could file a criminal case against her if it’s proven so.
Cardo thanks the girls for all their assistance. As Homer and his minions stake out the Alano residence, eager to drop by and say hello to the family, the Vendetta begin to deliberate on their next line of action. The girls are given some jewelries with tiny microphones and cameras installed in them, and earpieces as well.
Our favorite hero then urges then not to take their eyes off their targets – Lucas, Brandon and Hipolito – so they could find out who among them has Brother Lorenzo in their custody.
Menchu makes a futile attempt to talk Alyana out of her decision. Once she enters the boss’ office, he gladly informs her that the annulment summons would be sent to Cardo next week. However, his excitement dies down when Alyana hands him her resignation letter.
Psyçhö Marco goes after her, screaming his lungs out and Menchu strives to talk some sense into him. Later, Marco calls his mother to tell her about how Alyana has left her, and Catherine promises to talk to her.
“If Alyana leaves and chooses not to marry me, I would be better off deãd and gone,” Psyçhö Marco whines.
“I will fix things,” Catherine reaffirms. “You and Alyana will get married.”
The Vendetta and their allies make ready to hit the road. Andi worries that Hipolito might recognize her so Cardo tells her to avoid him and focus on Congressman Brandon. He then assures the girls that they would get them out as soon as they see that they’re in any kind of danger. The birthday party is on way and Brandon welcomes some guests.
Miss Becky isn’t able to go in with the girls since her name isn’t among the approved attendees. While Victoria prays for her husband’s safe return, the devilish, trigger-happy Homer breaks into her house, terrorizes her and takes her captive.
Back at the party, Brandon notices Andi and when he asks of her name, she says it’s Violet. So we’re going with Violet here. Violet wishes Brandon a happy birthday and he thanks her and asks of the club she works at. Blossom and the others come to make the ave.
Homer gladly informs Hipolito of their escapade and promises to send a video soon. He asks of their pay and the Vultures says they’ll talk about it tomorrow. The Scorpion and his lackeys are excited. President Hidalgo can’t seem to understand why Lucas keeps supporting the controversial Hipolito.
William speculates that someone might be trying to tarnish Hipolito’s name but Oscar won’t be fooled as he states that he’s growing more suspicious of Lucas. Hipolito, Lucas and Brandon watch Homer’s video featuring terrorized Victoria and the trio are excited and even make a toast to their victory.
Later, Andi/Violet and the Flower Power Girls perform on stage and both Brandon and Hipolito seem mesmerized. In no time, it gets to the cake cutting and jubilation. Andi/Violet stands by Brandon and Hipolito can’t stop staring. Upon noticing Hipolito’s demeanor, Lucas asks what’s wrong.
“I think she looks familiar,” Hipolito says. “The girl that’s right beside Brandon. But I’m not sure where I’ve seen her before.”
Congressman Brandon makes a toast to his father and expresses his appreciation for his support as well as for that of their party members. The members of the Vendetta observe and they have quite a lot to say about it.
Romulo declares that once they get the information they need about Brother Lorenzo, it would be the beginning of their downfall. Anyway, Brandon makes a toast to Hipolito and urges everyone to make him the number 1 senator in the polls by voting for him.
The Flower Power Girls get closer to the vice president and Hipolito and they begin flirting with them. One in particular tells Hipolito that she feels like getting kidnäppęd everyday so he would come and rescue her. Hipolito laughs at that, saying that she should just call her if she needs saving.
Meanwhile, Brandon sets his eyes on Violet again and charges her to leave with him after the party. Violet says she’ll think about it but Brandon won’t take no for an answer. Andi/Violet regroups with the Flower Power Girls at the restroom to inform them of the congressman’s demands. A number of them urge her not to go, saying that there are safer ways to help Vendetta.
A few others however argue that it might be the only way to get valuable information. A moment later, Andi/Violet walks with Brandon to his car, reflecting on how Cardo had saved her from Catindig. She’s startled by Brandon who throws his hand around her shoulder.
“The car is waiting for us. Shall we go?”
General Olegario, Cardo, Miss Becky and the other members of Vendetta observe through the hidden camera as Andi stares back at Brandon silently.
