Magda prepares to face off with the Narcisos. Miguel’s desire to have a baby with his wife is on the rpchs. Adrian introduces Lena to his family as his fiancée, and the sight of her comes as a shock.
Rachelle’s interference compels Magda to expose her husband Miguel’s past involvement with her. A showdown ensues and Lena slãps the Narcisos with her make-believe pregnancy.
Miguel confronts Magda who calls off their deal. Lucas lashes out at his son for allowing himself to played. Upset with being taken and made for a fòöl, Adrian confronts Lena and gets physical with her.
Magda’s connection to Ramona and M&R is exposed. After Jordan’s attempt to save Lena falls through, Betchay manipulates him with his fake baby. Lena plans to ruin the Narcisos with a new product line.
Magda has an exchange of thrêãts with Lucas. Ramona discredits Lucas’ abilities to a potential patient. Upset and itching for payback, Lucas teams up with his son to cook up a wicked scheme.
Without wasting time, Adrian exposes the brains behind Satin Dream and successfully discredits and ruins their reputation. The Narcisos take delight in the bad publicity of Satin Dream and M&R.
Miguel strives to reconcile with his wife. Following Adrian’s stunt on national television, Martina comes forward to make a counter statement that shocks the Narcisos and brings a sudden halt to their jubilation.
Lucas plots to sabotage Ramona and her company. With their sales dropping drastically, Lucas gives Brian an order to get rid of Magda, Ramona and Martina. Meanwhile, Martina and Ramona make a shocking discovery.
Magda confronts Vanessa over how she had mistreated her mother which had resulted in her deformed face, and Ramona counsels her against her reckless actions. Lucas and Vanessa push Brian to accomplish the task he’s been given.
M&R is under attack from bloodthirsty armëd men. Simultaneously, both Ramona and Lena escape from their captors. Ramona saves Lena after she’s caught again.
Jordan’s carelessness leads to Ramona getting shot and Brian’s escape. With their sinister plan foiled, Lucas orders Brian to eliminate Kiko. However, things don’t go according to plan.
Fortunately, both Ramona and Kiko pull through. Lena slãps Adrian with the atrocities of his parents. Allison continues to lead Rambo on. Meanwhile, Lena gives Adrian an ultimatum.
Adrian gets drunk over his problems and his cousin Miguel counsels him not to give up on Lena if he really wants to be with his child. Correction: fake child. Adrian confronts his family over Lena’s accusations right in front of their investors. Upset with the incident, Lucas reacts with force.
The Narcisos strive to do damage control by discrediting Lena’s accusations on TV. Lena plots to use her fake pregnancy to compel Adrian to get to Brian.
Adrian spies on his father and hunts down Brian in a fit of rage, ultimately discovering the shady dealings between him and Lucas. Adrian confronts his father over his connection to Brian. Lucas makes Miguel the vice president.
Vanessa confronts Lena and vows to ruin her plans. Following the altercation, Vanessa makes calculating attempts to verify the authenticity of Lena’s pregnancy.
Lena takes delight in the bad publicity of the Narcisos on account of Adrian’s drunken public display. Upon discovering the real truth of the matter, Adrian gets pissed off and vows to make Lena pay.
Ramona gives Lena a much needed counsel. With their stock prices continuously decreasing, Lucas and Vanessa cook up a scheme to win the slander case.
Nevertheless, Lena plots to destroy the connections of the Narcisos by ruining Rachelle’s marriage to Miguel. On this account, Lena sets her sights on Miguel and plots to cripple him in an attempt to destroy Royal Wellness.
