“I think she was drunk earlier. You want more proof, Miss Achiever? She brought vodka in a water bottle. And that’s not the first time.”
Bobby urges Audrey to act fast and end her relationship with her husband before he humiliates her. Audrey refuses to do so or believe Bobby’s assumptions. At the Sicats, Nico teases Bea who’s decided to put on dark glasses to hide her black eye.
Rica arrives home and checks up on her, but Bea snubs her. Rica then announces that she had gone to see the psychiatrist because she doesn’t want to repeat what she had done to Bea. Her parents are excited. Karla asks how it had gone and Rica replies positively.
Karla banters her husband over his partnership with Raylin, and Dan strives to make her see that they need every extra money for their expenses, and so he needs to push through with it. The next morning, Rica shows her brother a photo of the notebook Kyle had left at the Constantine, and when she asks what it means, Nico says it’s a memo. He then begins teasing, saying that she’s probably in trouble with her boss.
At Balai Arkitektura, Rica apologizes to her coworkers and tells them that they’re not obligated to treat her special to make her feel better. She notes that she appreciates all their efforts, and that their presence is enough for her. Chino asks if she’s saying that to make them feel better and Rica says everything she said is true and out of honesty.
“You guys showed me that no matter how long it takes, my life can still go back to the way it was.” Miss May also apologizes, saying that they didn’t know how to act around her because the information had come as a shock.
After Kyle appears and heads to his office, Mrs. Gracia tells Rica that she believes Kyle did the right thing by protecting her from that councilor who’s power tripping. A group hug ensues. Meanwhile, Audrey confronts Raven over how she looks so haggard, only to receive a phone call that distracts her.
Rica apologizes to Kyle for everything she had said yesterday. She reveals that she had gone to see a psychiatrist so she can deal and not snap and turn into a monster in front of him or other people. Kyle remains silent and when Rica blabbers about the memo emoji she can’t seem to understand, Kyle reveals that it simply means ’noted’.
“Ha. Noted?”
“You apologized, remember?” Kyle mentions. “I said ‘noted’.”
Rica laughs at that. “It wasn’t clear.”
“What could be clearer than that?”
“The word ‘noted?’ Or thumps up emoji? Or even a happy face emoji? Or the letters ‘OK’.”
“Or a heart…” Kyle blurts out before he can stop himself. “Emoji.”
Rica stares and seems amused. She apologizes again and Kyle shrugs it off and tells her that there will be no more talk about personal life, and that he will no longer mention how they met or anything related to it. Kyle says there will be no more personal messages or emojis, only work, business-like, and professional. Rica is at a loss for words.
Pogs acts out upon noticing Bea’s black eye while Nico teases her, telling her that she looks like a zombie. Bea runs off when Brax comes over and he goes after her and sees her black eye. Brax says she’s still pretty and Bea gets all excited.
At the site, Kyle is briefing Rica about the Santuario site when Raven makes her appearance and decides to take a selfie of the group to promote their product. Axel points out that Rica isn’t in the frame and Raven demands that she adjust.
Axel has a talk with Rica about how Kyle had told her to keep things professional. He asks why she’s been acting out since that was what she wanted, and Rica blabbers about the boss’ decision.
She complains about how Kyle had said that there would be no personal relationship between them, only professional. It just so happens that Raven pours out her heart to Kyle, going on about how she’s liked her since high school.
“We lost our chance back then, but we can pick off where we left off, right?”
Kyle moves away when Raven tries to touch him. “It’s in the past, Miss. Ramones. Whatever feelings I had, I no longer feel them now.”
Rica disagrees with Miss May’s opinion of Axel as she points out that he’s a good listener and easy to talk to, adding that she actually trusts him. She admits that it surprises her how she acts when he (Axel) tries to make physical contact with her, and Axel asks that they keep things between them.
Rica asks if he’d rather look bad to other people and Axel merely tells her that it’s because it’s true. Audrey stands in front of the mirror and broods by herself. She states that her husband ‘wouldn’t dare’. Said husband sends her a text message, telling her that he’s on his way home.
Back at the Santuario site, Rica collides with Raven and the latter’s water bottle drops and breaks. Rica apologizes and she tries to help her pick up the shards. Kyle ruses over with an acquaintance of his who takes note of what Raven had actually been carrying.
“Is this vodka? Isn’t it too early for alcohol, Miss Ramones?”
Raven glances around silently at Kyle’s team and some others staring at her from the stairs. She turns to go down the stairs and when she stumbles, Rica makes the mistake of trying to help her. Raven shoves her away forcefully and Axel catches her before she falls. Raven then disappears in tears before both Kyle and Axel simultaneously ask Rica if she’s okay.
Karla discusses with attorney Dizon the mysterious girl (Ella) whom they can’t seem to find. Talk shifts to Dan’s potential business partner for the furniture shop. Following the site visit, Kyle steadies Rica when she staggers on their way out.
Axel brings up Raven’s evident alcoholic problem, a.k.a AUD (Alcoholic Use Disorder). He goes on about the signs, from the drink she brought along, to her temperamental moods.
“That’s not proof enough to say she has AUD,” Rica remarks. She then turns to Kyle. “Right, sir?”
“I don’t know about AUD,” Kyle says. “But yeah. I think she was drunk earlier.”
Axel then butts in. “You want more proof, Miss Achiever? She brought vodka in a water bottle. And that’s not the first time.”
Rica asks Axel why he seems to know so much about AUD and he merely says that he had read about it. At the Sicats, Karla arrives home to see her husband leaving with Raylin.
When she questions him, Dan excitedly tells her of the business meeting they have with a client, confident that their products would be sold at the mall since Rica had helped him improve the designs.
Raylin begins blabbering excitedly about Dan and his designs and Karla offers to tag along. However, Dan assures her that he can handle it, and Karla hugs her husband while silently taunting Raylin.
Karla then frustrates Raylin’s efforts to ride with Dan on his motorbike, compelling the nosy neighbor to take a cab instead. Meanwhile, Raven drives on the road, crying and reflecting on the humiliation she had suffered at the Santuario site.
