“Now that the commander is back with us, Vendetta is whole again. Long live Vendetta! Long live!!!”
The doctor briefs the Cabreras about the stable condition of Marco and Catherine doesn’t pass the opportunity to accredit Alyana for her son’s recovery. She pushes for their relationship and Lucas objects to it yet again as he points out that Alyana is still married to Cardo.
However, Catherine couldn’t care less. At the Dalisays, the family discuss Alyana’s rumored relationship with the vice president’s son. Yolly and Grandma Flora hope that our favorite hero and the thing he calls a wife would eventually get back together.
Lucas plots to break up Marco’s relationship with Alyana since the latter would always be connected to Cardo even if they’re separated. Since Catherine is the one pushing for the marriage, he considers taking her out of the picture so he could proceed with his plan.
While the president has a talk with his wife about his encounter with Romulo at the hospital, Catindig riles up his henchmen to k!ll Romulo. Vendetta’s allies return to them and brief the group about the situation at the hospital. Cardo thanks them and begins plotting with his comrades their rescue plan.
Meanwhile, Lucas pushes for his wife to go to New York to establish ‘strong connections’ after she’s received an invitation from the Department of Internal Relations. Catherine is hesitant and unwilling to leave Marco behind though Lucas talks her into attending the convention.
Cardo briefs his comrades about their entry plan and Miss Becky has him promise to keep her daughter safe. Over the phone, Homer tries to make Hipolito enlist his services to k!ll Romulo but the Vulture strongly charges him not to interfere with Catindig’s plan, lest he ruin everything.
“Make sure Romulo Dumaguit ends up dëãd,” Catindig says to his private army en route to the hospital. “Anyone stops you, get rid of them.” Alyana pays a visit to her illëgãl boyfriend/fiancée who hopes that her father would warm up to him soon. Alyana puts his worries to rest and psyçhö Marco hopes to be discharged soon so he could be the one to pamper her. Eww. What a disgusting scene.
Captain Gina passes through the Dalisays’ neighborhood with her campaign team and Wally takes from her a couple of her campaign posters. Gina is excited thinking that he’s going to campaign for her. However, Wally reveals that he just needs the papers to help Elmo get the grill ready. In other words, the campaign posters would be used as makeshift firewood.
Grandma Flora and the others are amused by Wally’s silliness, and Yolly chases off the grumbling group. Homer heads for the the firearms dealers’ rendezvous point with his lackeys, convinced that Catindig would mess up and therefore, they would have another chance to win Hipolito’s favor and earn some more money.
Meanwhile, Andi checks up on Romulo and proposes for him to be stitched up again. She assures him that he would feel much better after they drop by the emergency room, and Romulo nods as if understanding some underlying meaning.
The masked ex-military men storm the hospital and begin firing indiscriminately at the officers standing guard outside, as well as the helpless civilians. As Catindig floods the interior of the hospital with his men, güñniñg down everyone they come across, Cardo jumps right into action with his comrades to deal with the crooks outside.
General Borja receives a call for backup from one of his men and the team head over to the hospital after calling for reinforcement. As Catindig and his group continue k!lling randomly as they go, Cardo and his comrades finish off the crooks outside and hurry into the hospital.
“Maybe we should un-cuff Mr. Dumaguit for his safety,” Andi says to one of the officers on guard duty inside the commander’s room.
“We can’t do that,” argues the officer.
“We have no idea what’s going on outside, officer. Someone might try to k!ll Dumaguit again.”
“Don’t worry. We have the place surrounded. Nobody’s going to make their way into this room.” Yeah, right.
The intense güñ battle continues, with the crooks getting the better of the officers and thinning them out with ease. General Borja and his reinforcement arrive outside and approach the hospital, just as Cardo takes out a couple of goons in his way. General Olegario, Anton and the others join in on the fun and güñ down several crooks.
Catindig is notified of the presence of Cardo and his comrades, and so he sends his henchmen to go and get rid of the group while he carries on to deal with Romulo. Ramil and a few other comrades save some civilians after taking out a number of günmën who had been after them. On one of the floors, Happy tries to shõöt down at the cops and George holds him off and reminds him that the cops aren’t their enemies.
Cardo encounters another group of goons and he takes them out. Another group emerges and the other members of Vendetta back up our favorite hero to eliminate them as well. Once George notifies them that they’re surrounded, the Vendetta retreat as the officers storm the hospital and lay waste to some men in black. Cardo examines the exterior of the hospital through a window.
“There are too many of them (the attackers). And there are more cops on the way. But we can’t just abandon the commander.”
Our favorite hero jumps out of the window once the area is cleared. He then dashes over and gets onboard a motorbike and drives right into the hospital, taking out goons as he comes across them in grand style.
While Jerome and his team take down some masked men, Catindig advances in his search for his sole target. Fortunately, Romulo is un-cuffed from the hospital bed in his room, just as the members of Vendetta regroup and begin wondering about the whereabouts of Cardo.
Cardo performs a quite impressive skill with the motorbike as he simultaneously güñs down a couple of goons he comes across. While his comrades are running out of ammo and resolve to split up, Catindig finally finds the target room and easily güñs down the officers on guard duty.
Romulo has Andi flee and take cover in one of the rooms before he strives to get away from the Catindig who continues to shõöt down everyone in his way like a mādman. Ultimately, Romulo dives into one of the nurses’ stations to avoid getting hit. Catindig takes off his mask and seethes. “Dumaguit! Say your prayers now! I’m gonna make sure you’re not getting out of here alive!”
And with that, the traitorous sñâke Catindig emerges out of his hiding spot, his güñ locked and loaded at the commander who’s still on the floor. Catindig takes his time to aim and before he knows what hit him, Cardo darts forward on the motorbike and knocks him down in grand style with the rear end (tire).
The acting director of the NDA a.k.a Hipolito’s other puppet informs the president about the armed men that had stormed the hospital, as well as the other group – Cardo’s group and Vendetta – who are reportedly fighting the armed men in black. Now back to the action, Cardo gets rid of Romulo’s handcuffs with a single shot as Catindig scurries away and takes Andi hostage.
Romulo gets onboard the motorbike as Catindig holds Andi hostage at guñpöint and issues baseless threats. Our favorite hero seethes and sparks the engine. With his signature scowl in place and one hand driving, Cardo pulls out his güñ with the other free hand and shõöts down Catindig – ten times. The traitorous sñåke falls bloodied, and when Cardo pulls over, Romulo expertly snatches Catindig’s güñ from his dead hands.
General Borja comes upon the scene with his men as Andi urges Cardo and Romulo to escape. While the officers go after them, Delfin stares at Andi for a while before he notices Catindig’s dëãd body on the floor. Meanwhile, Cardo and Romulo, still onboard the motorbike, escape the hospital by jumping down from one of the floors.
The other members of Vendetta also make their escape as the officers go in pursuit.
“Stop!” orders General Borja. “There’s no point chasing them. It’s impossible for us to catch up.”
Hipolito is having a hard time reaching his dëãd puppet on phone and hopes that the traitorous sñåke doesn’t mess up again this time.
Meanwhile, the Vendetta return to their hideout amidst the troubled neighbors. The dëãd bodies are rounded up outside the hospital, just as Hipolito learns of Catindig’s fate through a news report. Man doesn’t look happy but who cares?
Cardo and Romulo also go through the troubled, gossiping neighbors to regroup with their comrades at the hideout. Miss Becky worries about Andi and our favorite hero assures her that she’s safe. The Vendetta thank Miss Becky and the Flower Power Girls for their help in rescuing the commander and Miss Becky declares that they would be one big family from now on.
Brandon spies on Homer who purchases some firearms from his men. Hipolito arrives outside the hospital just as Catindig is also laid among the dëãd men in black. He feigns ignorance and asks General Borja what he knows so far. Particularly, he asks what had made Catindig do the things he had done.
“Whatever it is we know, I am not compelled to tell you,” Delfin taunts.
“That means you do know something.”
“Let’s just say that Catindig won’t be taking his secrets to the grave.”
“Now that the commander is back with us,” Cardo begins back at the hideout. “Vendetta is whole again.”
Cue in the iconic Vendetta theme song.
“Long live Vendetta!” George calls out.
“Long live!!!”
“Long live Vendetta!”
“Long live!!!”
