“Make sure you finish that traitor off. K!ll them all, including the police escorts. Even the doctors and nurses with them too. No one should be spared. We need to k!ll them all.”
Hipolito charges Catindig over the phone to concentrate on more important matters than General Borja – to eliminate the shady captured nurse and figure out how to get rid of Romulo Dumaguit. Catindig proposes that they deal with him while he’s being transferred to another hospital.
At home, Yolly criticizes the actions of Cardo’s Vendetta group, even as Paco points out the countless people they had saved in their undertakings.
Brandon briefs his parents about the incident leading up to Marco’s accident and brings up his fîght with Alyana. Lucas concludes that he had been depressed. In no time, psyçhö Marco regains consciousness and begins making an embarrassing, childish scene because he believes Alyana doesn’t lõvê him anymore.
Later, Brandon and Lucas discuss Marco’s numerous süiçide attempts, with the latter saying that his psyçhö son just needs to see his doctor.
“He needs professional help. Again.”
“Is that the only solution?” Brandon asks. “What if you just let him?”
“Let him what?” Lucas retorts. “Continue his relationship with Alyana? I’ll never let that happen. She’ll just ruin Marco’s life. She’ll also ruin our family.” Alyana receives a phone call from Catherine who accuses her of being the reason why her son had almost died after getting drunk.
After a medical checkup at the hospital, General Borja and his men make ready to transfer Romulo. Meanwhile, Hipolito notifies Homer’s gäñg and the guys plot a deadly ambush. Anyway, Alyana shows up at the hospital and actually apologizes for Marco’s mãdnëss.
Vice president Cabrera gently tries to kick Alyana out of the room, only for Marco to wake up again and apologize to that thing Cardo calls a wife. He begins blabbering about how he can never live without her. He asks if she still lõvês him and when Alyana reluctantly says she does, Marco then asks her to marry him. The vice president seems exasperated.
Alyana says what illëgãl boyfriend wants can’t happen since she’s still married to our favorite hero. Psyçhö Marco offers to speed up the annulment process but even still, Mrs. Dalisay seems unwilling to go through with it. And that’s when the bömb drops – Psyçhö Marco thrëãtens to k!ll himself if Alyana doesn’t marry him, and so Alyana reluctantly agrees to be his ‘by-force wife’.
Catherine excitedly thanks Alyana for agreeing to marry her dëmêñted son. She cuts her off when she tries to make a certain point and thanks her some more. Lucas looks on helplessly.
Meanwhile, president Hidalgo has a talk with William about Romulo’s case, hoping that the commander would soon start cooperating with the CIDG before someone tries to hurt him again. Over the phone, Grandma Flora expresses her worries over her grandson’s group.
“What if they ättaçk to break Dumaguit out? What are you going to do?”
“I am a law enforcer,” Delfin remarks. “It is my sworn duty to ensure that Dumaguit will not escape from our grasp, no matter who is trying to help him.”
“But it’s also your duty to protect Cardo since he’s family, right?”
The members of Vendetta join Miss Becky and the Flower Power Girls for the get-together dinner. Miss Becky thanks Cardo and the group for going out of their way to save them despite the horrible treatment they had given them.
Our favorite hero says it’s all in the past. In no time, everyone begins digging in, everyone except Blossom. Cardo and Diana notice the depressing look on her face. General Olegario approaches Blossom after she’s broken away from the group to sob. She consoles her and offers a listening ear should she need someone to talk to.
Blossom laments over her traumatic experience on the yacht, though she takes comfort in the fact that her kids she had left in the province hadn’t been orphaned because she and the others had been saved by her group.
Cardo looks on as Diana consoles her some more. Miss Becky begins hitting on Ramil and doesn’t get subtle about it. She hints that she’s still single and even goes ahead to call the Manager ‘cute’, garnering an ooh reaction from everyone.
Enter Andi, who urges her mother to stop embarrassing them. Cardo and the others can’t stop laughing. Stating that she was just trying to find her and her brother a new daddy, Miss Becky drags Ramil away for some fresh air. Peng follows them.
Andi joins Cardo at the table, and when Peng mentions that they look good together, Ramil recounts how he had lost his son and wife. Peng says his sister might stand a chance with our favorite hero, but Miss Becky wants her daughter to be with someone who can free them from poverty.
Back at the table, Cardo engages Andi in a little chitchat and soon gets to know of the attempt that had been made on Romulo’s life.
“Our group badly needs your help,” Cardo says. “We didn’t want to involve you, but you’re the only one we can count on.”
“I understand,” Andi remarks. “You saved my mother, and my friends too. So I’m ready to help you now. They’re moving him to another hospital tomorrow. That’s your cue to save him.”
Cardo notifies the group about the attempt that had been made on the commander’s life and mentions how Andi had stopped the k!ller. Speaking of, Andi informs her brother about how she’s been tasked with escorting Romulo to the new hospital.
As Peng worries about the dangerous situation, Cardo brings up Romulo’s transfer and pushes for the group to hurry before he’s targeted again. Greco suggests that they storm the hospital before the transfer happens, but Diana points out that it would be too risky because the police might have doubled their security in preparation for the transfer.
She then urges that they focus on accessing the hospital he would be transferred to. At the Arevalos, Alyana has a talk with her mother, blabbering about Marco’s condition. She takes blame for it because she had refused to talk to him then.
While General Borja briefs and charges his men to secure Romulo at all cost, Homer riles up his henchmen to use every single büllët on the commander and make sure to k!ll him this time.
The Scorpion looks forward to seeing Catindig there so they could also get rid of him too. Bubbles, who had witnessed the scene comes to question her lövêr boy and the crook merely says that they’re just trying to do their job, adding that she would get a share of the huge bonus they would be given.
The traitorous sñåke Catindig cautions Romulo to not bother trying to escape, saying that he wouldn’t stand a chance. Romulo takes turns glancing at him and General Borja. Over the phone, Homer informs Hipolito that his men are ready to move, and the Vulture charges him to finish off Romulo and everyone else with him – cops, nurses and doctors.

Homer smiles wickedly.

Homer assures Hipolito that their targets would be in for a ‘nice’ big surprise. Meanwhile, Peng informs the Vendetta group about the army-like convoys surrounding the commander.
On account of this, Cardo asks that they postpone their rescue plan since it would be quite dangerous. He then proposes that they wait until Andi gets back to them about Romulo’s condition before they act.
Greco worries that someone might try to ãssassïnatë Romulo again and Diana assures him that he would be safe since lots of cops have been dispatched to guard him. While the authorities are transferring Romulo, Homer’s gäñg ambush them on the way and start ättaçking.
Some of the officers take cover and return fire while the amateurish ones get günñned down easily. Billy drags Romulo out of the escort van to safety, just as General Borja takes cover after taking out a couple of goons. With her ears covered frantically, Andi takes cover inside the van where the doctor gets hit.
Despite their numbers, the police seem to be losing to their ättaçkers. “Romulo!” Homer taunts as he fires away happily. The intense güñ battle drags on and Vargas requests for backup. Billy exchanges fire with some goons and ultimately gets hit in the shoulder, courtesy of Homer.
He drops his güñ and being the exceptionally skilled günmãn that he is, Romulo catches the güñ despite being cuffed. He expertly takes out some goons coming at them in grand style, and eventually drags Billy to safety a crucial moment before Homer blows up the car they had been hiding behind earlier.
Homer’s gang continue to have the advantage as they shõöt down several cops. They advance and collectively fire at the van where Romulo, Billy and Andi are taking cover in. Reinforcements arrive just then, compelling the crooks to flee. Homer is pretty upset to have failed yet again.
Anyway, Billy favors his wounded shoulder and thanks Romulo for saving him. Cue in General Borja to check up on his men. As Andi looks on, Delfin takes Billy’s güñ from Romulo who’s passed out now.
