“Are you sure you’re not interested in Rica? Because I’m really digging her vibes. I’m interested in Rica. I’m going to ask her out.”
Kyle and Chino take turns making fun of Axel as he favors his throbbing leg. Rica’s name comes up and Axel asks if Kyle likes her. Kyle replies in the negative, saying that he had only pursued her for work and nothing else. Chino teases Axel some more and he in turn kicks him in the leg.
Jigs finds Raven drinking pineapple juice at a club and when he joins her, she charges him to make sure she doesn’t do anything stüpid. She begins glancing around and when Jigs questions her, she goes on about how she had seen Kyle the other night. Jigs state that they’re not meant to be, though Raven believes otherwise.
Raven ignores her father’s phone call as she discusses Kyle with Jigs. While the Ramones couple have dinner somewhere at a restaurant, an admirer comes to appraise them. Troy and Audrey put on a show, and the woman goes ahead to gloat, saying that what happened to ‘that woman’ serves her right.
Troy asks Audrey what the woman had been talking about earlier but she claims to have no clue. Meanwhile, Kyle arrives home with Axel, who urges him to go and visit his mother occasionally because she misses him. Outside the Ramones mansion, Jigs who’s gotten himself drunk, stutters, whining on and on over how his friends had treated him.
“And I’m warning you about Kyle Constantino,” Jigs falters. “Better stay away from him. Erica back in high school – I courted her for a long, but he stole her from me.”
Troy comes upon the scene and isn’t the least bit happy. He gets in Jigs’ face and demands that he stay away from his daughter and his house. However, Jigs mockingly throws him shade, saying that he’s also as dirty as every other politician. Troy chases off the shãmëless drunk as he talks some more nõnsënse.
Rica dresses up for work and comes to ask Nico about her lucky blue dress, only to see Bea in it. She asks her to change out of it so she could take it to work, but Bea is reluctant to take it off. Karla intervenes as both girls argue. Dan laughs and she follows suit. Both girls then ask their mother if she’s okay.
“I’m more than okay,” Karla says. “Don’t you know? It’s been a while since I last saw you two fîght over a dress, just like old times.”
Karla laughs again and the girls do same. Rica then decides to go to work with what she’s already wearing. On her way to the office, she urges herself to go inside and apologize, and not to act out to the point of using her stun güñ on anyone again even if someone surprises her.
Pogs finds Bea all dressed up and waiting for someone. Guessing that it’s probably Brax she’s eager to see, he gladly reveals that the guy’s sister had gotten married in New Zealand, and thus, his absence from school. And the country. Bea plays dumb. Meanwhile, Rica goes through her bag as she walks into Balai Arkitektura, and she inadvertently bumps into Axel.
The other workers of Balai Arkitektura behold the scene of Axel literally on his ã$$ after he had been knocked down accidentally. Rica apologizes profusely, saying that she hadn’t seen him. Axel offers his hand and when refuses to budge or help him up, he gets up by himself.
As Rica apologizes again, Kyle comes upon the scene. “This is Axel Mateo,” Kyle later says to Rica in his office. “Our senior architect. Axel, this is Rica, our junior architect.”
The workers of Balai Arkitektura gossip about the incident that had occurred yesterday. Miss May declares that Axel deserved what had happened to him since he’s a player and might have made a move on Rica. Back in the boss’ office, Rica apologizes to Axel, saying that she had thought that he was going to attāck her.
Axel playfully asks why she had thought that and Rica merely says that she had just been mistaken. Still, Axel presses for details. As he advances on her, Kyle calls him to order and Rica tells him to just say so if he can’t accept her apology. Kyle stifles a smile. After Axel leaves, he asks if she had really tased Axel because she had been surprised.
Rica lies through her teeth and apologizes again. “He’s a troublemaker,” Kyle says. “But he’s one of the few people I trust, so I hope you give him a second chance, since you, Axel and Chino have to work together.”
Audrey asks Raven why she hadn’t shown up for dinner like they had agreed, and Raven makes it crystal clear that she’s done with the ‘perfect family’ act in front of cameras. Audrey then charges her not to make a repeat performance of her alçohõlic breakdown in public, adding that she doesn’t deserve to be humiliated like that again. Raven then throws one back at her before turning away to leave.
Karla is having a talk with her husband about her suspended account when attorney Dizon shows up to inform them of how Jigs had escaped the anti-voyeurism case (complaint for recording Rica without her consent), because he had claimed that his phone had been stolen, and therefore, how Archie had obtained the video had nothing to do with Jigs.
Upon learning that Karla’s Face Chat account has been suspended, Laura decides to buy one of her bags. At Balai Arkitektura, Chino briefs Rica about the building they would be restructuring. Axel begins making advances at her and when she ignores him, he taunts her with her stun güñ.
Again, Rica ignores him and launches into a talk on preserving the historic features of the building as Kyle listens in, amazed. “It’ll be more expensive to retain the current design of the building,” Chino argues.
“It’ll take more time. I really think we should repurpose the whole building.” “I think Rica is right,” Kyle declares, standing in the middle of the doorway. “If you take a look at their previous projects, you’ll see that they retrained the original designs. We shouldn’t ignore that.”
Rica can’t help but to smile. Later, Chino sulks over the matter and makes deliberate attempts to stay away from Rica. Axel goes after Rica again and proposes that they start over since they got off on the wrong foot. He reintroduces himself and offers his hand as Kyle observes from his office. Rica doesn’t shake his hand, but resolves to staring and frowning at him.
Axel turns to walk away, just as Rica finally returns his greeting. His focus back on her again, Axel invades her personal space, telling her that he’s looking forward to working with her.
As Kyle continues to watch as the two stare at each other, miss May cautions Rose to warn her friend to be wary of ‘that playboy’. To make her point, she states that everything that comes out of the guy’s mouth is a string of endless lies.
Seated in his office, Kyle watches quite upset as Axel smiles at Rica before walking away. Chino begins nagging him, asking what was so bad about his suggestion that it had been deemed unacceptable. Kyle says he already told him. When Chino presses for a better explanation, he snaps at him.
Attorney Dizon returns to her office to find mayor Troy waiting for her. Turns out he was the one who had sent her over to the Sicats. Laura recounts how Kakay’s social media account had been suspended due to ‘fråudulënt’ activities. She adds that Mrs. Sicat has been selling her products outside the furniture shop which barely gets any customers.
“So to help, I ended up buying a new bag. You good?” Troy mulls it over. “This is probably what ‘that woman’ was talking to Audrey about.”
Attorney Dizon doesn’t bother to hide her surprise. “So you think Audrey is once again involved with what happened to Kakay’s account?”
Bea has nothing better doing than to ogle photos of Brax on her phone. Enter Nico, who comes to tell her that their father is requesting for some coffee. A moment later, Bea brings some cups of coffee to the furniture workshop, only to learn that her brother had just played a prank on her. Pogs, the apprentice of her dad begins showing off on her account.
“What do you think?”
Bea stares in annoyance for a while. “Your fly is open!” Pogs looks down in disbelief and quickly closes his fly as Bea walks away. Dan and another apprentice laugh as he acts all jittery, asking why they hadn’t told her.
At Balai Arkitektura, Kyle grips Rica’s key chain which she had attached to her bag, and reflects on what happened on the rooftop. He’s startled by Axel who suddenly shows up and asks if he likes ‘that stuff’. “No way. It’s just dirt.”
“Are you sure you’re not interested in Rica?” “I already told you,” Kyle reiterates. “It’s her work that I’m interested in, not her.”
Axel seems satisfied with that. “Great, because I’m really digging her vibes. I’m interested in Rica. I’m going to ask her out.”
